The purpose of the study is to analyze what conditions the specific company provides employees to enable organizational learning. To clarify the framing of the study a few quastions has been specified to narrow the issu. The questions that has been used are: what opportunities does the company creat to enable organizational learning and how does the emplyees contribute to organizational learning.In the search of knowledge to the previously questions this study becames a qualitative study with an ethnographic approach based on observations and interviews. This method gives the knowledge that makes us understand the actions that takes place in the oraganization and the shared image the oraganization provides. An understanding for the employees and the organization has been achived after compiling the empirical material from observation notes and transcripts from the interviewsIn the work whit the analysis the empirical material based on transcripts and observation notes has been the main material.

AbstractThe purpose of this work is to contribute knowledge about the transition of children from preschool to preschool classes. The experiences of pedagogical staff, parents and children are described, based on four deepening questions. The questions are about what the actors experience as positive and what the difficulties were in the transition process, and they also cover the differences of children and collaboration between actors. The method consists of qualitative interviews with parents, children, and pedagogical staff. The interviews concern the experiences of transition from the different actors.

The objective of this thesis was to research and gain knowledge about people involved in organized crime in Sweden. By conducting interviews we were able to analyze what factors played a role in an individual's choice to become a member of a criminal gang, as well as to gain an overall picture of these people. The qualitative research was carried out in three different cities in Sweden. Three people, aged between 30 and 60, who are currently members of a gang, were interviewed. In these interviews they shared their life stories in terms of childhood, youth, gang involvement as well as their hopes for the future.The results were then further analyzed to explore any similarities and differences among the participating individuals.

Our aim is to create a greater understanding for how Växjö Municipality is working with their vision, strategy and brand, and also how it is perceived by the business sector. This understanding will help us to highlight success factors and pitfalls that exist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a municipality?s identity, image and profile to convince the business sector to follow.Methodology: We have been using an abductive and qualitative research-method in which semi-structured interviews have been the basis of our empirical material. We had interviews with three employees, a communication manager and the mayor at Växjö Municipality as well as four organizations and two companies with sustainable focus. We did this to get different perspectives and thereby get a greater understanding.Analysis & conclusion: We have been able to identify both success factors and pitfalls in Växjö Municipality's strategic sustainability work.

The increased frequency of reported Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (MRSP) is of great concern to small animal healthcare due to limited options of antimicrobial therapy. The aim of this literature study is to investigate 1) characteristics and classification of S. pseudintermedius, 2) resistance mechanisms and emergence of MRSP, 3) risk factors for selection of MRSP, and 4) clonal distribution around the world. S. pseudintermedius is a skin and mucosal commensal in healthy dogs and cats, but can cause infections, including pyoderma. Beta-lactam antibiotics inhibit bacterial growth by binding to the penicillin binding protein (PBP), a vital enzyme in the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor på neonatalavdelningar arbetar ofta i nära relation med föräldrar till för tidigt födda barn. Föräldrars delaktighet i omvårdnaden av sitt barn kan påverka förälderns psykiska hälsa, anknytning till barnet samt påverka barnets välmående och möjlighet till utveckling. Syfte: Beskriva barnsjuksköterskors upplevelser av att optimera föräldrars delaktighet i omvårdnaden av sitt för tidigt födda barn. Metod: Kvalitativ studie med induktiv ansats. Genom ett bekvämlighetsurval rekryterades åtta kvinnliga barnsjuksköterskor vid två jämförbara neonatalavdelningar i södra Sverige att delta vid semistrukturerade intervjuer.

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka fem nyutexaminerade lärares upplevelser av föräldrakontakt i skolan. Studien baseras på intervjuer med fem nyutexaminerade lärare som arbetar på olika skolor inom samma kommun. Vi har enbart undersökt hur dessa fem lärare upplever föräldrakontakten, skolorna som lärarna arbetar på är inte av intresse för den här studien. Vi inleder uppsatsen med att ge en historisk tillbakablick på hur synen på föräldrakontakt mellan skolan och hemmet har utvecklats och förändrats genom tiderna. I litteraturgenomgången tar vi upp synen på samverkan mellan föräldrar och lärare ur olika perspektiv.

Syftet med denna C-uppsats är att studera hur olika utformningar av föräldraförsäkringen påverkar enskilda föräldrapars familjesituation. Upprinnelsen till att vi kom att intressera oss för detta var det förslag om reformerad föräldraförsäkring som kom från en utredning om föräldraförsäkringen i september 2005. Förslaget har till största delen inte trätt ikraft ännu beroende på att dess utformning kräver en utökning av föräldradagarna, och det är inte aktuellt i dagsläget. Det vi fann intressant att studera var hur familjer påverkas av att utformningen av föräldraförsäkringen förändras och vad det skulle kunna innebära om utredningens förslag träder ikraft. För att kunna studera detta valde vi att göra en enkätundersökning bland småbarnsföräldrar för att ta reda på hur olika utformningar påverkar den enskilda familjen.Det teoretiska underlag vi har haft som utgångspunkt inför denna studie är SOU 2005:73 ? This report is a B.Sc. Forestry thesis work at the school for Forest Management, SLU. The work was an assignment from the forest owners? association Mellanskog. The aim of the work where to investigate the economical result of removing undergrowth trees before first thinning, and a follow-up of the contractors and their compliance with Mellanskog standards. This thesis work was divided in three parts: The first was to find a relation between the net volume from the first thinning and the cost of cleaning undergrowth trees. Secondly there was a follow-up in the field, to investigate whether the contractors have done the undergrowth cleaning according to Mellanskog?s directives.

The aim of the thesis was to better understand how second language learners becomes lingual participants in a Swedish preschool. Using the following research questions: In what situations are SLLs lingual participants at the preschool? What does their emerging language look like? Are the participation any different considering children's time in the new L2 context? What kind of support does SLLs receive at the preschool?Two focal children at the same preschool was studied with ethnography of communication as method. The focal children chosen were one girl (Mandarin L1, 4.0 yrs) who arrived to Sweden and started the preschool two months ago at the time of the study, the other a boy (Serbian L1, 3.9 yrs) who started preschool and learning the L2 one year and two months before the study. Situations where the focal children interacted with other children or adults were analyzed. Results showed that the focal children in interaction with each other understands some of the others intentions before being able to speak about them in the L2.

This study focuses on trying to understand the attitudes of people born in the 1940?s concerning their view on social media. This 1940?s group has been growing on the social networks such as Facebook, but their usage is not active. Therefore, the purpose of this report is to understand in what way they are affected by the using of these platforms.

Problem statement: In what ways do companies work strategically with event marketing?To answer the problem statement, the following research questions help us gain the necessary understandings:What role does event marketing play in a company?s marketing mix?What are the deciding factors that make companies select certain events?What objectives do companies have with event marketing?How do companies evaluate their event marketing?Purpose: Through analyzing multiple case studies of event users and event organizers, this essay attempts to gain an understanding of how companies work strategically with event marketing as a promotional tool.Method: Primary data collection was compiled through a series of six interviews of both event users and event organizers. This qualitative data has contributed towards the formulation of six case studies that outline the research findings. In addition to interviews, secondary data was compiled through literature, scientific articles, and internet-based materials.Conclusion: The findings of this paper show that event marketing is an integrated promotional tool that is used to further strengthen a company?s comprehensive marketing mix.
