The underlying aim of this paper is to find out how the management and employees in a grocery store on a relatively small community in Sweden is experiencing Technology-Based Self-Service (TBSS), and self-scanning. And how store management and employees experience that the self-scanning ability is received by their respective consumers. Several open individual interviews were conducted with the administrative head of sales and various employees working at different departments at Coop Forum in Skara In offering self-scanning, we believe that the store provides consumers with an opportunity to perform their daily purchases by an easy and flexible approach, which we believe will have a positive impact on the entire store visit. A positive store visit, we believe play a major role in consumers choosing to do their shopping in the store.The issue to be elucidated in this paper is; How do management and employees in a grocery store perceive that self-scanning influence consumers' purchase and the service the shop offers? Why would a supermarket use self-scanning as part of the service they offer to their consumers? The report concludes the similarities and differences experienced by administrative sales manager and employees compared to previous research on the subject.

The design of packages is something that product manufacturers put great effort on. The package is often the consumers' first interaction with a product and consumers judge the product based on the package. A common way to evaluate a package design is to let respondents look at a package and answer which attributes they think the product has. This paper wants to take this evaluation a step further, i.e. it examines if consumers experience differences in taste between two identical products that have different package designs.

This paper is a study with two different aspects, with a main focus of the match factory in Jönköping. The first aspect is about how the work situation for children looked like in the match factory during the 1900 - century. The children´s work history over time, the children?s workday and life situation on the factory and outside is described in this paper. The second aspect in this paper is about how the pupils learn about their local history in the 3 and 4 grade.

In my scientific essay, I an experienced child minder, describe two different preschools cultures and investigate how preschool culture can be influenced and created by different conditions. In my first story I describe a professional preschool with a preschool director who is involved in the activities every day. The second story is about a preschool that is characterized by a different preschool culture and members of the staff who are stuck in old patterns and with an absent preschool director. What is it that really creates a professional preschool? I want through my essay highlight pedagogues child perspective, attitude, approach to ethics and preschool values.

Denna uppsats har till syfte att undersöka om det är möjligt att som pedagog tälja leksaker i en barngrupp medan barnen leker. Undersökningen har även inriktats mot om det egna förhållningssättet till själva utförandet av att tälja leksaker, kan ha inverkan på barnens lek. En frågeställning har då varit om leksakers utformning har betydelse för barns fantasiutveckling. Den egna utvecklingen av gestaltningsförmågan har också observerats. En kvalitativ forskningsmetod har legat till grund för undersökningen som kan jämföras med en aktionsstudie.

Introduction: First line managers in the public sector, are under a great pressure from both senior management, leadership, politicians and often from a large group of employees. Few studies have been made on the first-linemanagers psychosocial work environment, even though in the studies found that the manager affects their employees work environment.Aim: How first line managers in municipal elderly describes the psychosocial work environment on the basis of demand-control - support model.Methods: The study was conducted through individual interviews with six first line managers. Respondents were recruited through a strategic selection in a medium-sized municipality in Västernorrland. The interviews were conducted using an interview guide. Qualitative content analysis with an deductive approach was used as a method of interpretation of the results.Results: First line managers point out the difficulty in balancing the requirements and several managers also mentioned the importance of having clear role descriptions and objectives.

Background: Knatteskutt is one of the largest organizations in children's sports. Operations are located in approximately 150 cities / areas and have both sports and dance focus. The children are aged 3-7 years and may try several sports activities or dance styles during the semester, focusing on play and motor skills. Intresset för ämnet uppstod efter en lång yrkesverksamhet i människobehandlande organisationer och den brist på samverkan och förståelse för andra yrkesområdens perspektiv som framkommit i den dagliga verksamheten. En önskan att se hur samverkansarbetet praktiseras, hos dem i vars uppgifter samarbete över institutionsgränserna ingår som en central del. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur case managers organiserar sitt arbete utifrån frågetällningarna: vilka uppgifter har en case manager? Hur beskriver de sin respektive arbetsmodell och vilka för- och nackdelar ser de med sitt arbete? För att svara på frågorna genomfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med sju case managers i tre skilda arbetsmodeller: klinisk case management, personligt ombud och Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). Teoridelen består av en sammankoppling av de tre begreppen: biopsykosocialt perspektiv, samverkan och människobehandlande organisationer.

It has now passed two years since the new site- and construction law, PBL, went into force. It replaced the previous PBL applicable since 1987, and it involves relatively large changes in many different areas of the construction sector. The ambitions of the new law are for instance to simplify and clarify the legal text, increase efficiency in the permitting processes and improve the quality of construction. AbstractThe overall purpose of this thesis was to investigate to what extent new research findings, in neuroscience and learning, may be useful in a school improvement context. In a qualitative interview study combined with questionnaire, we have investigated the approach to school improvement that exists in a municipality. Informants have been head teachers in preschool and primary school, special education teachers in a student health team and a development manager. The outcome of the study showed that all of the study participants, all of which have a formal mandated to work for school improvement occurs. It also shows that informants, according to their professional position, express different goals when relating to school improvement.
