Valet av vårt ämne har framförallt sprungit ur att vi har sett en brist vad gäller problematisering kring sexuell identitet och socialt arbete. Vårt syfte med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka hur personal på behandlingshem ser på den sexuella identitetens betydelse inom missbrukarvård. Vi har dessutom intervjuat en psykolog på RFSL om hennes perspektiv på ämnet. I uppsatsen tar vi även upp hur man ser på sexualiteten och den sexuella identiteten i förhållande till kön, då vi har sett att kön och sexualitet är tätt sammankopplat. Vi har använt oss av kvalitativ metod och semistrukturerade intervjuer med två personer som arbetar på könssegregerad missbruksbehandling och två som arbetar på könsblandad.

This knowledge is essential for market participants to establish appropriate strategies that follow market trends.Method: We have used qualitative interviews with people involved in the charter industry.Result & Conclusions: The market is characterized by an increase in Internet orientation, where the travel directory and the physical travel agents are becoming less important. The understanding of climate impacts of travel has increased. More people of the third-generation buy package travels and countries in North Africa and Asia are growing in popularity.We believe the market in the coming years will be characterized by lower prices and lower quality.

Kamratposten is a swedish magazine aimed at youth aged 8-14. They write about almost everything that concerns youth, all the way from dealing with loneliness to animals and celebrities. This study concentrates at how they write about love. With a qualitiative narrative analysis of the 12 articles that concerns love from the 2013 issues of Kamratposten, I have tried to answer the questions: - What narratives about love are being constructed in Kamratposten 2013?- How do they construct males, females and gender in their articles about love?What I found was that the hetero normativity, or the heterosexual matrix as Judith Butler calls it, was very strong in the articles.

Through discourse analysis of twelve Library and Information Science theses, covering the period between 1975 and 2007, this thesis examines representations of homosexuality and homosexual identities. By using queer theory as a point of reference aspects such as essence/construct, equality/difference, notions of gender and views on the historical and contemporary situation of homosexuals are brought to the fore in the analysis. It is shown how the material unequivocally posits the contemporary situation of homosexuals favourably in comparison to a past signified by prejudices and oppression. This can be seen as an implicit essentialism in the texts, though ambivalences open up the possibility that it in some cases may be only strategically used while explicitly adhering to constructionist views. In linking concepts of a homosexual difference to prejudices, frequently involving notions of inverted gender performances or sexual ?extremes?, the discourse of progression posits normalcy and assimilation as positive values.

The myth of the user - a study of the user discourse and its visionariesThis study is a discourse analysis of the visions that implicitly are expressed in different texts about user-centered library theory. Several other studies have analyzed the discourse and conceptualization of how the user is expressed in the library debate. Therefore we have chosen to analyze the visions that are expressed by three different sources: the evaluation of the Swedish GÖK project, which was an reorganization of three different libraries in Sweden (Greenhalgh, Worpole & Landry 1995). The area of research has formerly described which results customer-involvement lead to, but have been scarce in describing how results are produced. Method: From a qualitative onset, a case-study collecting data through observations and interviews capturing customer knowledge contributions, and producer use of fetched knowledge has been conducted. Data has been analyzed using a grounded theory approach. Results have been processed in several steps in which material has been categorized and enriched continuously. Result & Conclusions: Customer-knowledge is broken down into market-knowledge, everyday-knowledge, and specialist-knowledge, which all are significant to a producer of goods.

This thesis deals with the field of warehouse management, focusing on frequency control of stock. The purpose of the thesis is to reduce the warehouse staff mileage by placing an article based on its number of picks, i.e. how frequently it gets picked. In order to achieve relevant results the following four questions have been answered in the thesis: How should the articles be placed with regard to the picking frequency?Which factors, if any, needs to be addressed beyond the picking frequency when articles are placed based on frequency?Can the present picking system be improved?Is frequency placement with regard to the picking frequency profitable to implement for the company?The thesis is based on literature studies and on the data that has been collected from the company?s business system.

Bakgrund och problemformulering: Sex som självskadebeteende är ett ämne som fått ökad medial uppmärksamhet de senaste åren. Den vetenskapliga forskningen är emellertid eftersatt.Syfte: Att undersöka upplevd erfarenhet och befintligt kunskapsläge om sex som självskadebeteende samt vilka omvårdnadsinsatser som ges till patienter med självskadebeteende. Detta för att kunna se hur lidande lindras och hälsa främjas i det dagliga vårdandet.Metod: Tvärsnittsstudie där 70 legitimerade sjuksköterskor besvarade en enkät med en kvantitativ del som redovisades med deskriptiv statistik samt en kvalitativ del där redovisningen skedde i form av en innehållsanalys enligt Graneheim och Lundman (2004).Resultatsammanfattning: Flertalet av sjuksköterskorna (83%) ansåg sig veta vad sex som självskadebeteende innebär. Dock upplevde 77% (n=54) att deras kunskaper ej var tillräckliga. Drygt hälften (60%) hade erfarenhet av sex som självskadebeteende och faktorer som kunde sammankopplas med det sexuella självskadebeteendet var andra psykiatriska diagnoser och låg självkänsla.

In this textual analysis I have examined the book Att följa Jesus by Ulf Ekman and information from Word of Life's official website. The aim of this study is to see how a religious leader is shaping the identity of the groups members after a certain pattern that differs from the surrounding, secular society. The research focus  of this essay includes several aspects:  how a culture is formed in a religious minority in contrast to the prevailing cultural context; how the material can be explained by Paul Pruyser?s theory on the psychological worlds; how what Ulf Ekman writes about distinguishing themselves from the environment differs from how other religious minority groups distinguish their identity;  and,  how the psychological world, expected behavior, and context of Word of Life can be structured by Valerie DeMarinis? model of assessment. I have placed Word of Life in a realistic illusionistic world developed from Paul Pruyser?s theory of psychological worlds.

Sexuellt våld i konfliktområden är en företeelse som drabbar såväl kvinnor som män. Med utgångspunkt i nongovernmental organizations informationsmaterial avseende sexuellt våld i konfliktområden kan dock fås bilden av att endast kvinnor drabbas av detta våld. Forskning visar att av 4076 nongovernmental organizations som arbetar med att hjälpa offer för sexuellt eller politiskt våld i konfliktområden är det endast 3 % som på något sätt nämner män som offer för detta sexuella våld och då i regel alldeles kort. Det pågår alltså en omfattande diskriminering mot män som utsätts för sexuellt våld i konfliktområden.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur rapporteringen i svenska dagstidningar genusnormativt förhåller sig vid framställandet av offer för sexuellt våld och huruvida sexuellt våld mot män i konfliktområden är tabubelagt i desamma.Denna undersökning genomförs genom en genusteoretisk kritisk diskursanalys. Uppsatsens analytiska ram är den kritiska diskursanalysen.De teoretiska utgångspunkterna i denna uppsats är diskursanalys och Norman Faircloughs tredimensionella modell.Resultatet visar på en diskrepans i rapporteringen om offer för sexuellt våld i konfliktområden.

 Prostitution has been intensely debated in Sweden for nearly four decades. Two major investigations have so far been initiated by the government and numerous propositions have been put forward in the Swedish parliament resulting in the sexköpslag from 1999 that criminalizes purchase of sexual services. The law aims at punishing the buyer and protecting the women in prostitution, thus making it possible for women to be helped by various social interventions rather than punished. Swedish society has undergone major changes in these decades. Globalization, the internet and the membership in the EU have changed the Swedish society and influenced the discourse on prostitution.This paper has a twofold aim, on the one hand investigating if and how these changes have had an impact on the prostitution discourse in texts produced by the government and analyze how female and male sexuality in connection to prostitution is constructed.

The city is complex, multi-faceted and fascinating. The same can be said about the rooms of the city. The experience of the rooms of the city can be described in as many ways as there are individuals. The question concerned in this essay is How can you describe the rooms of the city as a phenomenon and how can you describe the experience of these rooms in general? The concepts city and room are widely understood and neither of them has a description that can be used in all situations.

The purpose of this thesis has been to signify what creates quality for the dwellers. Bycreating a definition of the term we have showed how well the qualitycriteria?s has been fulfilled in the newly built one family house area Pumpkällehagen in Viskafors.The questions the thesis gives answers to is: What is quality for the dwellers inhousebuilding of today? and How well have these quality aspects been carried out in tracthousing areas? These questions have taken us to our main goal: To describe what qualityfor the dwellers is and how well it has been carried out in a certain area.The literature review is describing what was published before the making of this thesis.From four different publications within the concept of quality an analysis template hasbeen enacted. This template has been used for our case study, but is also supposed towork in future analysis of tract housing areas.Interviews was carried out with the areas architects; Ola Nylander and Mattias Karlsson,as well as the client; Mikael Bengtsson. From these we have gathered their point of viewon the background of the area, as well as their view on the term quality for the dwellers.Our work has brought us to enact nine different quality aspects, which we considercreates quality for the dwellers:? The Non-measurable properties? The rooms relative connections? Sufficient and user-friendly property complements? The property complements connection to the apartment? Location of the apartment and connections to the environment? Opportunities of outdoor activities? Orientation and transportation within the area? The social unity? The cost of the apartment and its form of tenureFrom the case study, using the analysis template, we can state that Pumpkällehagen is avery successfully built area where most of our assessment criteria?s and quality aspectshave been fulfilled.

The main aim of this study is to determine whether the monastery in Ny Varberg has been used as a hospital during its active years. The second aim has been to investigate weather the buried individuals at the monastery at Ny Varberg exclusively are deceased monks. Only individuals from the monastery's active years has been included in this study. A total of 16 inhumated individuals was analysed. Both men, women and children was shown to be present, as well as wide spread of children and adults.
