Inledning: Surdeg är idag en trend som fångats av många och de flesta bagerier ochdagligvarubutiker säljer bröd som kallas för surdegsbröd. Ett traditionellt surdegsbröd är ettbröd där surdegen används som enda hävningsmedel i brödet.Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka skillnader i sensoriska egenskaper, utifrån ettkonsumentperspektiv, samt GI-värde mellan surdegsbröd, jästbröd och bröd bakat på bådesurdeg och jäst.Material och metod: Metoderna som användes var två olika konsumenttester för att bestämmaskillnader mellan de tre bröden, och en in vitro-metod för att bestämma GI-värde.Resultat: Resultatet visade att konsumenter känner skillnad mellan surdegsbröd och jästbrödoch mellan surdegsbröd och bröd bakat på både surdeg och jäst men däremot inte mellanjästbröd och bröd bakat på både surdeg och jäst. Den syrliga smaken i surdegsbröd minskar ombrödet bakas på både surdeg och jäst. GI-mätningen genom in vitro-metoden visade att brödetbakat på både surdeg och jäst hade lägst GI medan surdegsbrödet hade högst.Slutsats: Ett bröd bakat på både surdeg och jäst är mer likt ett jästbröd än ett surdegsbröd. In vitro-metoden är inte den mest tillförlitliga för att undersöka skillnader i GI för justsurdegsbröd samtidigt som surdegsbrödets pH-värde kan ha varit för högt för att kunna sänkabrödets GI-värde.

The writing style of a particular author can be divided into many subfeatures, for example use of words, language and syntax. Focusing on the latter, this study aims to show how well syntactic information alone can attribute the correct author to a document. Syntactic information is defined as overlapping syntactic subtrees of height one (1) for all sentences of all included documents. The performance is compared to that of the previously very successful method of comparing stop word frequencies. These are words normally excluded from search engine queries, because they are present in all sorts of texts regardless of topic.

The aim of this study was to examine nurses knowledge and attitude towards HIV/AIDS patients over the world. A descriptive literature study has been made based on scientific articles from the databases PubMed and Cinahl. The authors have examined the sampling and the falling off of the articles. The result shows that the attitude towards HIV patients is different from one country to another. The attitude was affected by several of factors such as experience, fear, knowledge / education and the nurses attitude and willingness to care for these patients.

There are a large number of studies on colour and its influence on human feelings, but thereare only a few studies on the association between feelings and colour combinations. Thisstudie investigates the association between colour combinations consisting of three equallysized colours and the feelings they convey. The methodology used in this studie follows theinstructions from the Nippon Colour & Design Research Institute (NCD) in Japan, NCD havestudied consumer psychology towards colour and colour combinations for several decades.This study used semantically differential scales to evaluate existing colour combinations fromNCD to descriptive adjectives and creation of new colour combinations to explore therelationship between colour combinations and conveyed feelings. A total of 69 peopleparticipated in the tests. The main conclusions formed by this study are: (1) the feelingsconnected with the colour combinations differ partly between the Swedish population and theNCD and (2) the Swedish population have similar feeling associations to most colourcombinations, except for trend dependent adjectives such asmodern, cool etc.

Omdessa målsättningar uppfylls menar vi att attraktionskraft skapas i stadskärnan ochcityhandeln.Uppsatsens bidrag: Det teoretiska bidraget med denna uppsats är att det finns ett antalmålsättningar som är viktigast för att skapa en attraktiv stadskärna och cityhandel. AbstractThis study is based on qualitative interviews with five-year-old children from a nursery school and two teachers with great experience. The purpose with the interviews is to find out what knowledge these children have about the Right of Common and what the teachers think they need to find this knowledge.The children didn't know what the word Right of Common stands for but when they got more concrete alternatives they had good experiences. The two teachers had different opinions about what is the most important concerning the stays in the nature. Exercise meant a lot for one teacher. To have fun and to use all your senses were more important for the other one.
