This study examines the possibilities of interpreting the moral values and ethics presented in the current curriculums in a way that makes them inclusive and constructive. The study also reveals how the liberal democratic ideal, presented in the curriculums as a hyper-ideology, is not at all easy to define or live up to in the pluralistic school of today.By close-reading and criticizing the curriculum for the Swedish Senior high school (Gy11)and by looking at it from two different points of views, as rules or norms and as a process, Ishow how the curriculum can be interpreted as a basis or starting point for a communicationabout values. Staten har sedan år 2000 i ökande grad kompletterat styrningen av kommuner och landsting med hjälp av öronmärkta stimulansmedel riktade till specifika områden. Från 2010 och fram till och med 2014 har Socialdepartementet tecknat årliga överenskommelser med Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting (SKL) om ett omfattande reformarbete riktat till landstingens och kommunernas hälso- och sjukvård samt kommunernas socialtjänst. Reformen benämnsBättre liv för sjuka äldre, där en viktig ingrediens har varit ekonomiska incitament i form av prestationsersättning.Syfte med denna studie är att belysa vilken påverkan styrsättet med förbestämda kvalitetskriterier och prestationsbaserad ersättning får på personalen i kommunal äldreomsorg. Studien är en fallstudie av implementering, där Arvika och Kristinehamns kommuner exemplifierar fallet. Det är en kvantitativ undersökning som bygger på 574 enkätsvar från olika personalgrupper inom kommunernas äldre-omsorg.Styrning med prestationsersättning sker inom många områden, men denna studie avgränsas till att un-dersöka ett nytt sätt att arbeta förebyggande inom äldreomsorg.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur berörda fotbollslag i Senior- och ungdomsserierna har uppfattat lagvärdsarbetet, genom att problematisera och belysa behovet av lagvärdar och vilka effekter som lagen ser av detta arbete. De frågeställningar som vi använde var: Anser berörda lag att det finns ett fortsatt behov av lagvärdar och hur uppfattar lagen själv idén med lagvärdar? Uppnår lagvärdarna sitt syfte, utifrån Stockholms Fotbollförbunds riktlinjer? Är lagvärdsutbildningen tillräcklig, sett utifrån dagens utformning? Har säkerheten runt matcherna förbättrats, i och med införandet av lagvärdar?MetodVi har gjort en totalundersökning omfattande samtliga lag som spelar i Stockholms Fotbollförbunds seriesystem och omfattas av kravet på lagvärd. Datainsamling har skett i form av enkät, utformad i samråd med Stockholms Fotbollförbund.ResultatMajoriteten av de responderande lagen anser att ett fortsatt behov av lagvärd finns. På frågan om lagvärdarna uppfyller sitt syfte, skiftade svaren.

The objective of this project is to study how two asperger units, one at a junior school and one at a Senior-level school are carrying at their work. I have interviewed one pedagouge at each unit to find out how they organize the education at the units and how they work to develop the students' social skills based on the students' functional handicap. The interviews showed that the following factors are providing the foundation for the pedagouges' work with the students: knowledge of the Asperger syndrome and the symptoms shown by each individual, the pedagouges being explicit and well structured as a professional and as adult combined with him/her being humble and showing respect towards the students and self reflection.Keywords: Asperger syndrome, functional handicap, social interaction, attitude..

The communist party Khmer Rouge took over the power in Cambodia in 1975, and ruled the country until the beginning of 1979. During these years they attempted to create a completely new society, a true Khmer nation, which involved massive economic and social reorganisation and elimination of people which did not fit in the new ideal.Three decades has passed since the genocide, and the Senior leaders of the Khmer Rouge will now be tried in the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which consists of both Cambodian and international judges and prosecutors. The integrity of those tribunal representatives will be crucial for the integrity of the tribunal as a whole and thus also for the outcome of the processes. It is hard to determine whether the purposes for demand of accountability will be satisfied, it is though clear that there are many obstacles in the way for an unproblematic and fair procedure..

The aim of this examination paper is to investigate the use of linguistic feedback among male Senior high school students. Two groups consisting of male students preparing for ensuing studies, and two groups consisting of male students taking vocational studies, was interviewed in four separate interviews. By comparing how these four groups used linguistic feedback in conversation noticeable differences has been identified. For example, the boys preparing for ensuing studies used linguistic feedback the most. Also, all interviewed groups used linguistic feedback the most when they agreed with each other.

Based on their answers, I have analyzed if there is anything that can be related to a common leader competence within their profession and, in that case, how it will appear.The result that I have found has been that it exists a common leadership style that teachers are more or less conscious of. The teachers decide on what level the classes or the pupils are andafter that decision they plan their education. The leadership in the classroom can be of different kinds depending on the situation.

My paper deals with SMS and IM language's impact on students' language in school. Text messaging and instant messaging involves several simplifications and abbreviations for the user to be able to write quickly and short but in the same time have made them understood by the recipient. The spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters are also of a secondary importance when writing via the text chat. My purpose with this paper is to investigate the prevalence of SMS and chat language in student texts, using students in the Senior level. My respondents were asked to answer a questionnaire and write a text to a picture.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka könsmönster i förskolan och pedagogers tankar kring genus, bland barn i åldern tre till fem år. Leken är viktig för barns utveckling och lärande, och förskolan ska arbeta för att motverka de traditionella könsmönster som finns i samhället. Därför är det av stor vikt att pedagoger vet hur de förhåller sig till pojkar och flickors lek. I resultatet presenteras utfallet av observationer och intervjuer gjorda på en förskola i nordöstra Skåne. Resultatet visar att pedagogerna på denna förskola tycks ha kommit långt i arbetet för att motverka traditionella könsmönster.

In this essay we describe the characteristics of the internet language used by Senior-level school pupils. Our primary question formulation is: ?Which are the significant features of the youth?s internet language on a morphological, lexical, syntactical and orthographical level?? In order to answer this question we have analyzed 45 text ex-amples which is brought from two different internet forums, Bilddagboken.se and Un-gdomar.se, forums which are widely used by youths. The analysis has been made on a morphological, lexical, orthographical and syntactical level. We have also another question formulation which is: ?How is emoticons used in youth?s internet conversa-tions?? Thereby we also study the use of emoticons in the examples we have analyzed.Our conclusion in this essay is that the youth?s internet language is a language that in many cases should be seen as an own language; it should be seen as an entirely new and unique way of communication.

On the basis of theoretical knowledge about the complex of problems which can occur in an implementation of a collaboration project, the purpose of this essay is, to examine how representatives on each authority relate to and manage collaboration as a work method, the awareness of problems within the organisations that collaborate, and the preparedness around how to manage problems with collaboration. "Unga vuxna" is a collaboration project between Kalmar county council and all 12 municipalities in the county council. More specifically it is a cooperation project between psychiatry and social services. Theories used in this essay are professor Berth Danermarks studies about collaboration, and social psychologist Jay Hall?s theory about capability.

This study is based on interviews with heads of unit, care staff and Senior representatives from a total of six people. We have in this study directed our focus on care quality in the elderly as a concept in development. It appears, when the elderly do not have any dependents, it is even more important that staff supports some extra where no relatives are involved.Quality of life is the broader concept of good quality care and where a good quality of care is a necessary condition for a good quality of life. According to the social services care is the target that older people will live a good life and be allowed to live in a safe environment, which we intend to investigate in this study. Opportunity for greater influence should now be given to older people and their families on how interventions should be designed and implemented.

The Third International Assessment of Educational Progress (TIMMS) and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) during the last decades regarding the results of mathematics teaching shows that China have a better performance than Sweden?s.Swedish teacher-guidelines focus on developing student?s individual interest and confidence for mathematics. In the Chinese teaching-guidelines for Mathematics Curriculum Standards, Ordninary Senior Secondary, the focus is given on: Elevate their mathematics literacy necessary for future citizenship and Development of citizen´s qualities (s.3).Teachers are the primary factors that impact teaching and learning of mathematics. Two teachers from Sweden and two from China were interviewed and their methods were compared in my study. The aim of my study was to understand mathematics teaching in China and Sweden.
