Syftet med denna studie är att belysa hur man på en skola arbetar med elever som har olika neuropsykiatriska diagnoser. Vidare är det av intresse att undersöka hur dessa elever bemöts av andra på skolan. De neuropsykiatriska diagnoserna som kommer att presenteras är, ADHD, Autismspektrumstörningar (Autism och Aspergers), tvångssyndrom (OCD), Tourettes syndrom, inlärningssvårigheter (dyslexi) samt DAMP. Fokus kommer att ligga på den neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningen ADHD som är den vanligaste. Stämplingsteorin har använts i studien då den är högst aktuell på grund av att man än idag stämplar individer utifrån vad man anser vara normalt eller avvikande.

I Förskolans läroplan, Lpfö 98 (Skolverket, 2010) står att pedagoger i förskolan är skyldiga att skapa en dialog med föräldrar avseende verksamhet och barnets utveckling. Utvecklingssamtalet är ett bra tillfälle att skapa goda relationer med föräldrarna. Detta uppnås genom ett kvalitativt utvecklingssamtal. Reggio Emilia är en speciell pedagogik som bygger på frågor och gensvar utifrån ett demokratiskt perspektiv. Genom att kombinera ämnet på ett nytt sätt, undersöks utvecklingssamtal ur ett Reggio Emilia perspektiv.Syftet med denna undersökning är att undersöka hur ett utvecklingssamtal utförs i en Reggio Emilia-pedagogiskt inriktad förskola.

An information audit identifies, among other things, organizations information resources, the information flow and the needs of the information users. The purpose of this masters thesis was to describe the management of information within a local unit of Borås municipality by putting an information audit-method in practice. The focus was on three issues: What information needs could be seen in the organization? How does the information flow through the organization? How does Sugan Henczels seven-stage model serve as a tool to map the management of information within the local unit? The study only described the situation at a certain time at the chosen organization. The seven-stage information audit model was revised and adjusted to the studied organization by only carrying out four of the seven steps: Planning, Data collection, Data analysis and Data evaluation.

The purpose of this thesis has been to develop a tool for modelling and simulating the nuclear plant Ringhals 3. The model should be used to improve the knowledge on the dynamics of the plant. Ringhals 3 is being upgraded to produce more power and a tool for analyzing the new operating conditions is needed.The work in this thesis has consisted of improving and developing an existing model of Ringhals 3 made with the modelling tool Dymola. The model has been validated by comparing the results of a simulated house load transient with data from the actual plant. Validation shows good agreement with data from the real plant.

Syftet med den här studien är att få inblick i pedagogers reflekterande kring estetiska uttrycksformer. Som frågeställningar har vi haft: Vad inkluderar pedagogen i begreppet estetiska uttrycksformer? Hur arbetar pedagoger med estetiska uttrycksformer? Vad vill pedagogerna uppnå för lärande hos barnen med användandet av estetiska uttrycksformer? Vår ambition har varit att synliggöra förskollärares olika sätt att se på användandet av estetiska uttrycksformer i förskolan. Till detta har vi valt en kvalitativ metod där vi använder semistrukturerad intervju för att samla in material. Genom intervjuer med sex förskollärare försökte vi synliggöra deras tankar och reflektioner kring arbetet med estetiska uttrycksformer i förskola.Resultatet visar att det finns olika sätt att se på estetiska uttrycksformer och dess användning i förskolan.

Several researches asserts that as teachers are responsible for the content of teaching and by formulating teaching "Why, ""How" and "What", that will also give signals to students about what is important knowledge. This essay addresses the difficulties teachers may face in terms of self-disclosure student texts and awareness of this in the design of teaching and writing tasks. Research shows that self-disclosure and self-therapy student texts exist and that teachers are experiencing a difficulty with regard to assessment and treatment.Through qualitative interviews examined seven teachers' design of any, to the student, self-disclosure information from curriculum and policy documents. Another purpose of this paper is to examine the extent to which teachers, through the information they give to their pupils, may affect the texts students submit. It turns out that the respondents are united in the belief that they, through their data, may affect the texts they receive from their students when they are the ones that control the content of teaching, and they agree that the curricula gives them a great choice for design data. The survey shows that the perception of the curriculum that will open up for self-disclosure texts differ as some of the respondents believe that the curriculum is very much about the students way to express feelings and opinions, while others believe that they may try to package this data in another purpose or exercise.

During 2007 the City of Stockholm installed five grid connected photovoltaic systems. The aim of this master thesis is to quantify the amount of produced energy and recommend routines to collect and analyse production data, to make production data accessible by the public and to gain experience for future installations.The total amount of produced energy until March 2009 is 227 000 kWh, with an annual rate of 150 000 kWh. The expected annual rate was 148 000 kWh.All system owners are positive about their plants and see economical benefits in scaling up such systems.The installations need very little attendance and maintenance, however it is recommended that an alarm function is installed for automatic feedback in case of a system failure. All future systems should be inspected during full operation to determine if the actual capacity is matching the installed capacity..

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how investments are justified in the Swedish data center industry, with a focus on cooling equipment. This is achieved through semi-structured interviews with 20 different interviewees. These interviewees represent different facets of the industry and facilitate an understanding of which factors, such as: investment costs, operating costs, reliability, environmental impact and the influence of external and internal actors, come into play and to which degree they impact the investment decision-making process. The results show that primarily low operating cost in the form of low energy consumption is the driving factor when it comes to the procurement of new equipment. A lower environmental impact is a positive side-effect of lower energy consumption.

In order to measure the quality of the logs, one can with help of Fast Fourier Transform technique get the signals resonance peaks. With help of these peaks you can see whether the quality of a tree is good or bad. This report contains the work of a where a program has been developed to be able to process a vibration created by an automatic hammer hitting on a log of wood. From the processed signal the program should be able to show both the raw wavesignal and the processed measured data from the resonance peaks. Beyond the raw wavesignal and resonance peaks the program should also be able to control the automatic hammer.

The purpose of this quantitative study was to examine the relation between sporting events, where alcohol is served, and the attitude towards alcohol among adolescents. We conducted a survey with 195 respondents, all of whom was students of Swedish upper secondary school. The respondents were between 15 and 18 years of age. The data were analyzed using theories of attitudes and norms. We also analyzed the data using previous research.

Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att undersöka möjligheterna för ett system till Skogsvårdsstyrelsen Värmland/Örebro, där uppgifter ska registreras i handdator vid fältbesök och därefter verifieras och slutlagras i Skogsvårdsstyrelsens databaser. Under arbetets gång har olika skogsorganisationer och företag intervjuats för att ta reda på om de har någon lösning som skulle kunna passa för Skogsvårdsstyrelsen. De lösningar som används av andra organisationer/företag har analyserats för att få fram för- och nackdelar med de olika varianterna. Slutprodukten innefattar inte någon prototyp på hur uppgiften skulle lösas utan föreslår olika verktyg som skulle kunna användas. Arbetet har grundats på litteraturstudier om införande av GIS i organisationer samt intervjuer och brevkontakt med personer och företag som arbetar med eller har kunskaper om fältGIS.

The aim of this study was to examine care managers and how they understand and use their discretion. We used a qualitative method and the data was gathered by semi-structured interviews. We interviewed eight care managers in four different municipalities in southern Sweden. The theoretical approach we used was Michael Lipsky?s theory about street-level bureaucracy.

I mitt arbete studerar jag H&M:s språkbruk i information kring hållbart mode. Jag har avgränsat mig till texten På väg mot hållbar bomull, en informationstext på H&M:s externa webbplats www.hm.com. Syftet med min studie är att visa hur man med en anpassad form av Klarspråk, tillsammans med en tydlig koppling mellan ord och handling i text, kan öka förutsättningarna för större kunskap och vägledning till hållbart mode.I min studie använder jag mig av två metoder, en textanalys och en semistrukturerad fokusgrupp. Syftet är att undersöka hur läslig, läsbar och läsvärd H&M:s text är för målgruppen unga människor och att få dem att berätta om deras syn på konsumtion i allmänhet och hållbart mode i synnerhet, samt hur de tänker kring hur man kan underlätta till en mer hållbar modekonsumtion.Utifrån min empiri och mitt teoretiska ramverk har jag tagit fram en ny text, skriven med en för målgruppen unga människor anpassad form av Klarspråk. Den nya texten utgår från två utvalda textstycken i den analyserade texten På väg mot hållbart mode och är för målgruppen därefter anpassad så att läslighet, läsbarhet och läsvärdet har ökat.

This thesis describes new methods for automatic crack detection in pavements. Cracks in pavements can be used as an early indication for the need of reparation.Automatic crack detection is preferable compared to manual inventory; the repeatability can be better, the inventory can be done at a higher speed and can be done without interruption of the traffic.The automatic and semi-automatic crack detection systems that exist today use Image Analysis methods. There are today powerful methods available in the area of Computer Vision. These methods work in higher dimensions with greater complexity and generate measures of local signal properties, while Image Analyses methods for crack detection use morphological operations on binary images.Methods for digitalizing video data on VHS-cassettes and stitching images from nearby frames have been developed.Four methods for crack detection have been evaluated, and two of them have been used to form a crack detection and classification program implemented in the calculation program Matlab.One image set was used during the implementation and another image set was used for validation. The crack detection system did perform correct detection on 99.2 percent when analysing the images which were used during implementation.

Examensarbetet behandlar matteidrott, vilket är ämnesövergripande undervisning inom skolämnena matematik och idrott och hälsa. Där idrotten ska ses som medlet för att nå fram till målet som är matematiken. Det vill säga att examensarbetet handlar om laborativ matematik med kroppen som konkretiserande verktyg.Syftet med examensarbetet är att försöka ge ett didaktiskt bidrag genom vilket traditionell matematikundervisning möjligen kan utvecklas. Genom genomförandet av en fallstudie ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv undersöka om elevers referensbilder i matematikområdet geometri kan utvidgas genom den matematik de genomför inom ämnet idrott och hälsa.Undersökningens data samlades in genom ett tillvägagångssätt som benämns som mixed methods i metodlitteratur, vilket bidrar till studiens två infallsvinklar. En med intervju för insamling av kvalitativ data och en med enkät (matematikdiagnoser) för insamling av kvantitativ data.
