It is common that patients experience emotional reactions as agony and anxiety after an acute myocardial infarction. Only a few studies related to the support in the acute stage have been made. The aim was to describe how nurses declared their support to patients with acute myocardial infarction in the acute stage. The used method was semi structured interviews with seven nurses in an Emergency ward in South of Sweden. The material was processed and analysed with inspiration from content analysis and produced two main themes.

The school inspectorate surveys illustrates problems and difficulties for teachers to suit individualized instruction. Therefore, the purpose of the study to investigate whether and in what ways some pedagogues experiences and practice offers the individualized instruction that the governing documents require. The study is based on a qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interviews and observations with four experienced pedagogues. I have been using Piaget's theory of the concrete material's importance for learning and also Vygotsky's theory of the proximal development zone. The results showed that pedagogues understand the importance of individualized instruction.

The aim of this study was to explore how six men who run a micro-enterprisewith a maximum of 10 employees handle the balance between work and otherlife. Qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews was conducted and thesample consisted of six men with micro-enterprises of varying ages. The themesused in the interviews were boundless work, roles, boundaries strategies anddemand / control - social support. The results showed that micro- entrepreneursdo not experience any major imbalance between work and other life. The studyrevealed that the division of roles in the home of the elderly respondents was ofthe classical gender character that woman took great responsibility in the home.Among the younger respondents the unpaid work at home was equal divided.Social support was perceived highly by all respondents, and they alsoexperienced a high level of control over the requirements of the job.

This model segments investors as active, passive, speculative and naive investors. This thesis has a demarcation to private investors on the Swedish stock market. It has a deductive and qualitative approach as the purpose is to study the Investor model.

Enligt tidigare forskning har tidiga insatser och chefens agerande betydelse för ett framgångsrikt rehabiliteringsarbete av långtidssjukskrivna. Enligt lag har arbetsgivare och chefer skyldighet att organisera en lämplig rehabiliteringsverksamhet, för att strukturera detta arbete uppförs därför dokument och handlingsplaner. Men hur arbetar chefer med det här i praktiken, vilken roll antar de och vilka föreställningar finns om sjukskrivna medarbetare? Vilka hinder och möjligheter finns för att bedriva detta arbete? För att ta reda på detta utfördes en fallstudie där nio chefer deltog i semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Det framkommer att cheferna arbetar efter de processer som finns, dock med vissa undantag.

Denna studies syfte är att få ökad förståelse och kunskap om elevers varierade uppfattningar av fenomenet kränkning i skolan. Studien är kvalitativ, vi vill veta hur elever utifrån sina erfarenheter uppfattar fenomenet kränkning och lyfta fram variationer i uppfattningarna. Studien bygger på semi-strukturerade intervjuer med elever i år sju, åtta och nio. Vi har gjort en fenomenografisk analys av intervjumaterialet, vilket har resulterat i beskrivningskategorier. Vi har funnit tre kategorier i elevers uppfattningar av kränkning, dessa är kränkning som intrång, kränkning som nedvärdering och kränkning som uteslutning.

I takt med att konkurrensen på arbetsmarknaden blir allt hårdare samtidigt som det pågår ett generationsskifte inom olika branscher så är det viktigare än någonsin att hitta talangfulla medarbetare med rätt kompetens. I denna kvalitativa studie undersöktes en verksamhet i ett företag som samarbetar med diverse universitet för att förbättra utbildningarna och skapa en större rekryteringsbas. Syftet med studien var att få en förståelse för hur företaget strategiskt arbetar med att attrahera studenter från verksamhets utbildningar. Studien har utgått från teorier och forskning som berör Employer Branding samt motivation. Nio semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med anställda som arbetar i verksamheten.

As technology have continued to develop over the latest decades and become more advanced the pressure on the general citizens understanding of technology becomes a essential part to live in our society today. The transition have affected our society in great ways and have made a great impact on different groups, one of them being the elderly population in our society. The purpose of this study is to examine how the fast technological development in the latest decades have affected the elderly in our society. This from their perspective by gathering empirical data through semi-structured interviews with elderly people involved in the Agnes-project, a research project focused on improving the general quality of life for older people and increase their knowledge about technology. The study has shown that after the older peoples time involved in the Agnes-project their quality of life had improved in different areas. Areas such as increased cognitive activity, increased interest in new technology and an improvement in their communication with friends and family.

The aim of this research is to examine how the homes of children, in cooperation with the schools, are offered opportunities to communicate and discuss mathematics together with the children in relevant situations. The overall intent of the study is manifest in scientific questions with focus on how parents view the subject and the opportunities to support their children with math homework as well as possibilities to actively support their child´s mathematics progress. The paper has a pfenomenographic approach, which means that it in a qualitative way describes similarities and differences in the ways the homes perceive this issue. The examination is implemented through a survey in which responds from 73 parents in four classes have been studied. Within this study six semi constructed interviews have been conducted.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to create an understanding of how customer engagement, communication / interaction and customer insight are driving forces behind the use of Social CRM from a leadership perspective.Method: The purpose of the study, we believed it was appropriate to use a qualitative approach to conduct the study. The empirical data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The sample consisted of 10 companies located in the Gävle area who are active on social media. The interviews were coded to obtain keywords and patterns. These patterns and keywords are then analyzed to arrive at the study's results.Results and contributions: Our results suggest that all the identified benefits, customer engagement, customer insight and communication are driving forces to make use of social CRM.

Thee purpose of this study was to examine what helps in counseling against women victims of domestic violence, and how to identify empowerment in their experiences? It is a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews where the collected material is based on five interviews. The group we studied is victims of domestic violence who had taken part of counseling. The interviews were based on an interview guide that sought answers to women´s experience of counseling. The interviews were analyzed with the help of theories of support, domestic violence and empowerment.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att få en fördjupad förståelse för vad relationen med hundar kan betyda för några personer med funktionsnedsättning. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med stöd av en observationsguide. Urvalet bestod av sex personer med funktionshinder, vilka arbetar i en daglig verksamhet som bedrivs som ett hunddagis. Intervjuteman var välmående/psykisk hälsa, självkänsla/självförtroende, hänsyn samt empati. Resultatet visade att hundarna bidrog till välmående på flera olika vis, bland annat genom att vara en källa till trygghet, vänskap och glädje.

Bakgrund: Kosten är en central del i vårt dagliga liv. Trots vikten av rätt och tillräcklig kost är nutritionen en utsatt del av vården. För att upprätthålla en god måltidssituation krävs det att verksamheterna lägger ner tid och fokus på utbildning inom ämnet. Området är väl utforskat vad gäller faktorer som påverkar måltidssituationen. Dock finns en kunskapslucka angående hur denna måltidssituation påverkar livskvalitén hos de äldre. Syfte: Beskriva hur de boendes uppfattning av måltidssituationen, på ett vårdboende i sydvästra Sverige, påverkar livskvalitén hos de boende. Metod: En empirisk studie av fenomenografisk ansats, baserad på semi- strukturerade intervjuer med åtta individer på ett vårdboende i sydvästra Sverige.

The aim of this thesis was to examine how a coordinator at a social welfare project in support of job seekers, achieve results in his efforts to reduce the number of clients with social assistance. The method of data collection was a mixture of open thematic interviews and semi- structured interviews with open questions. The coordinator was interviewed four times during the length of the project. In addition, two of his clients were interviewed. The data also includes a report from the relevant social services and other documents such as newspaper articles.
