This is a qualitative study about unaccompanied refugee?s support that they can get from Social Services and Migration Board. It?s a survey that is made in Skellefteå Kommun by interviewing four professional workers, two at the Social Services and two at the Migration Board. The questions in this study deals with the social support and how age may affect this support.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att beskriva förskollärares erfarenheter av den fria leken i förskolan. Vi ville ta reda på vad förskollärarna anser att den fria leken bidrar till i barns utveckling och få en kunskap kring hur de ser på sin egen roll i den fria leken. Dessutom ville vi undersöka hur mycket utrymme den fria leken får i förskolans verksamhet. För att få svar på vårt syfte med arbetet har vi använt en kvalitativ forskningsmetod. Vi har genomfört semi-strukturerade intervjuer med åtta förskollärare.Resultatet av vår undersökning visade att förskollärarna anser att den fria leken är oerhört viktig och de är väl medvetna om dess betydelse.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att belysa vilken betydelse fortbildningen ?Matematiklyftet, modul problemlösning? har på ett arbetslags uppfattningar om problemlösning och vilken kompetens lärarna utvecklar för att i undervisningen kunna stödja alla elevers utveckling och lärande i matematik genom problemlösning, och med fokus på elever i matematiksvårigheter. Syftet är även att belysa hur lärarna utvecklar sin kompetens och att identifiera vilka faktorer som påverkar lärarna under kompetensutvecklingen. Teori: Formuleringen av forskningsfrågor och analys av resultatet utgår från en sociokulturell och socialkonstruktivistisk ansats då kollegialt lärande varit grunden för studien. Programteorin har använts som grund för att tolka de faktorer som påverkar lärarna under fortbildningen.Metod: Fallstudiemetoden inspirerad av etnografi, har använts för att besvara studiens syfte.

Att Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) blivit allt vanligare ses fra?mst bland större fo?retag da?r a?ven forskningen har sedan 1990-talet fokuserat pa? att förklara dessa företags incitament till att arbeta med fra?gan. Men CSR förekommer även bland SMEs, en grupp företag som representerar en stor del av va?rldens företag. Studien syftar till att undersöka vilket ansvar svenska medelstora företag tar fo?r sin sociala och miljömässiga påverkan pa? omvärlden, inte minst då forskningen premierat större fo?retag men a?ven då medelstora företags karaktärsdrag kan ses som en kombination av såväl små som stora företags typegenskaper.

The aim of this study is to gain an understanding of how dyslexic adults experience the library, their meeting with a librarian and how they feel they are being helped with finding literature. To answer the purpose of the study I have conducted six semi-structured interviews with dyslexic adults.. Two theoretical models were used as an analytical tool in this study. One was Michael Buckland's aspects of access to information. The other is four aspects that explains the significance of personal encounter at the library.

Syfte: Studien syftar till att skapa förståelse kring en pedagogs erfarenheter av att arbeta med Alternativ och kompletterande kommunikation (AKK) i relation till en pojke med autism (autismspektrumstörningar). Syftet preciseras i följande två frågeställningar:1. Vilka upplevelser och erfarenheter har en pedagog av AKK och barn med autism, och hur ska detta förstås?2. Hur går pedagogen praktiskt tillväga i det dagliga arbetet med AKK och ett barn med autism?Teori: I föreliggande studie har en livsvärldsfenomenologisk forskningsansats använts. I anslutning till livsvärldsfenomenologi har hermeneutik använts som ett övergripande tolkningsverktyg. Tillämpningen av en livsvärldsansats i denna studie handlar om att närma sig, förstå och i text gestalta en pedagogs livsvärld och vilka erfarenheter och kunskaper hon har om autism och AKK.

The intention of this qualitative study is to describe and analyse women's violence against men from the perspective of authorities and volunteer organisations. Data has been collected trough semi-structured interviews with six respondents stemming from the police, social services and a help organisation for men respectively. The data has been analysed using existing research and common theories about power, sex and gender. The study shows that IPV does not only contain physical violence, but also acts of psychological-, sexual-, economical-, material-, and latent violence as well as the fact that one act of violence almost never exists alone. It is shown that women more often use psychological abuse against their partner then men do and also that men tend to stay longer in an abusive relationship then women.

This Master thesis was written in collaboration with the Kalmar-based consulting company Sederkvist Kommunikation. The purpose was to explore the market potential for Sederkvist Kommunikations new software Bellman Marketing. Based on these results a launch plan was created and advoice were given to Sederkvist Kommunikation as to how their new administrative tool could be introduced on the market. Data were collected through semi-structured telephone interviews. The population was Swedish so called Gazelle-companies (growth-companies listed yearly by the business newspaper Dagens Industri) and totally 27 units were examined.

This is a final thesis in landscape planning, at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The study examines the current phenomenon of amenity migration and the international discourse applicability of the a "Countryside dream" in a small neighborhood in Käglinge, part of the transit-oriented community Oxie just outside of Malmö in the southern part of Sweden. The critical starting point of the study is the how many planners idealize the dense city with its positive proximity qualities. However, since the late 1900s, many people have instead started to idealize living in more rural or naturally appealing landscapes, often just outside a bigger city, with good transit possibilities (both by car and bus as well as by train). The phenomenon of amenity migration ? the migration to a new, more appealing everyday environment considered to have more amenities, is very relevant today since many smaller communities are becoming more transit-oriented, allowing the inmigrants to work in some bigger, dense town while living in a small-scale, less dense semi-rural community. More dense transit-oriented communities are however also an ideal to planners in Sweden, but to what extent can Käglinge in Oxie ? a neither rural nor urban community - fulfill a possible countryside dream, and what role does the train station have in the in-migrants everyday life? The study has a theoretical starting point in literature regarding amenity migration, countryside ideals, representations of the countryside and the possible migrants themselves, giving a broad perspective on these related issues. The case study of Käglinge in Oxie is then presented, including interviews with Käglinges in-migrants.

The purpose of this study has been to exam how sports professors interpret the term"friluftsliv" and in which way sports professors treat "friluftsliv" and staying outside inelementary school.The paper stems from the reasons to why sports professors believe that "friluftsliv" is hard topursue in elementary school.In order to carry out the purpose, five professors from four different schools have beeninterviewed. The choice of method been semi structured, qualitative, and individualinterviewing. The theoretical starting points are habitus- and ramfaktor theory.The conclusion of how sports professors find the term "friluftsliv", is that it is vieweddifferently depending on each ones individual background. The research showed that all fiveprofessors believed that Lgr11 has made the new curriculum much more clear and structured,also that "friluftsliv" is portrayed in a much more positive light.My study showed that these five professors aren't limited by the problems with "friluftsliv".Instead all five of them find it that the conditions for "friluftsliv" are good, and that the woodsare in direct connection with the woods..

This thesis investigates how web agencys in Stockholm use, value and incoroprate the terms usability, user experience and interaction design in their work process. The purpose of this study is to investigate how creative professionals works with the notions of usability, user experience and interaction design with focus on the end user. Our definition of creative professionals is every employee at a web agency involved in the work process of developing digital artefacts in any capacity. We wanted to investigate how these notions are considered, consciously or unconsciously, during the workprocess. Semi-structured interviews were conducted at three different web agencys with eight different employees.

?Motivation is the desire within a person causing that person to act? (Mathis & Jackson, 2009, p. 24). Motivation is what makes people act. Lately a tool to create more motivation called Gamification has been more and more popular to use. This study is focusing on the subject motivation and also how gamification can be used as a tool to get more of that.

Science has shown that siblings to children with a disability are affected by the family situation. The siblings often let their own needs and requests come secondary to their family members. This study illustrates how different professionals, who keep in contact with families with a disabled child, works with its siblings. The purpose with this study was to see how professionals, working as administrators, counselors at the habilitation and kin supporters in the region of Kalmar, include siblings while working with the families. Representatives from the professionals have been interviewed with a semi structured interview manual.The result showed that professionals have various opinions how siblings are affected by the family situation.

The aim of this text is to study how sectional managers in the care of the elderly work so as to promote basic human values. Semi-structured interviews generated qualitative data from five sectional managers. A hermeneutical approach was applied for interpreting the interviews. The result shows that the respondents are conscious of the fact that it takes a lot of long term work before a change in current procedures will happen. Also, the common everyday principles of work and basic values will continue to be part of the care of the elderly.

CSR is a far reaching concept and practice, whose popularity and diffusion has increased rapidly in recent years. Research indicates that CSR has made an evolutionary journey from primarily being characterized by reactiveness to develop into a risk minimizing and proactive competitive advantage and should be looked upon as an answer to heightened societal pressure and awareness. Based on a review regarding different relevant theoretical perspectives, this master thesis discusses CSR as a concept and practical matter in relation to various strategically chosen representatives of a selection of professions.Moreover, the data were collected through in-depth semi structured interviews. The findings show that CSR is a contemporary and highly context dependent phenomenon whose inherent multiplicity brings a distinct aspect of uncertainty to it, in terms of both meaning and practice. And in some parts there is a reluctance to communicate CSR due to a fear of missing out of important aspects.
