Alla människor har någon gång i livet kommit i kontakt med en tränare eller instruktör inom någon form av idrott. Det kan handla om den ideella föräldern som ansvarar för bollkull inom fotbollsklubben till den utbildade professionella golftränaren. De flesta människor med ett ?vanligt? 8-17 jobb tänker nog i positiva tankar när det kommer till de människor som lyckas förena sin hobby/passion med ett betalt yrkesliv.I flera år har det pratats om den teknologiska utvecklingen som på flera sätt har påverkat hur dagens arbetsliv ser ut och inkräktar i allt större grad på privatlivet. Begreppet Work-Life balance som på svenska kallas livspusslet har alla verksamma inom yrkeslivet stött på.

Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete är att se om ledare tenderar att ha skiftande ledarstilar i och med att de har skiftande förutsättningar. Vi vill även se hur stor medvetenhet ledare tenderar att ha beträffande sin egen ledarstil.Metod: Vi har valt att genomföra en kvalitativ studie, med intervjuer som ett viktigt inslag. Informationen som vi har insamlat ligger till grund för vår analys och slutdiskussion. Vi har utfört en intensiv studie där vi endast har intervjuat några få respondenter och utifrån de erhållna svaren bildat oss en uppfattning. Vi har studerat redan befintliga teorier och ställt dessa mot vårt empiriska material.

Diet is mentioned by many seamen as a subject of joy and aims to give nutritional value and sufficient energy to manage a long working day at sea. The purpose with this investigation is to examine if there is a need among seamen to receive more information about diet regulations onboard and if they wish that it was shaped differently to meet their demands. The study is based on a literature part where diet regulations are examined and an interview part with semi structured qualitative interviews with five seamen. The conclusion of the study indicates that seamen have limited knowledge about the enunciation of the regulation, where it is to be found and consider it to be imprecise. Interviews showed that seamen believe that variety is the most important factor in diet intake and it was this expression that they primarily wanted stated in the regulations.

This study investigates the internet habits of students in the Swedish gymnasium. The part that internet plays in their lives and their attitude towards the educational system is reflected upon the philosophical background that stretches from Kant to postmodern philosophers such as Baudrillard. The aim is to create knowledge about how the social aspects of the internet affects their concepts of reality and their own and others identities. The method used for the collection of empirical data has been semi-structured interviews, preformed with students in a Swedish gymnasium. The data is then interpreted against the theoretical and philosophical background.

This thesis examines the verification of the terms and conditions stated in contracts based on the Public Procurement Act. In March 2013 the Swedish state procurement commission released " Good Business - A Strategy for Sustainable Public Procurement " (SOU 2013:12), which found that the proportion of control and verification is relatively low. The thesis examine how verification is carried out and looks for an explanation to why verification is not more oftenly performed. To answer these questions two care studies, based on seven semi-structured interviews, is presented as the empirical material. Network theory has been used to analyse the empirical results, and aspects of commonly used theories such as contract management and "Markets and Hierarchies" by Williamson has also been taken into account.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur och i vad mån några lärare arbetar med individualisering, vilka variationer som fanns mellan några klassrum med avseende på individualisering samt hur variationerna kunde förstås. Dessutom hade studien för syfte att undersöka vilka pedagogiska praktiker som skapades och hur de kunde förstås ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv. Studien hade en kvalitativ ansats där semi-strukturerade observationer stod till grund för datainsamling. Resultaten av studien var bland annat att lärarnas synsätt och åsikt kring fenomenet individualisering skapade variation i hur och i vilken mån som individualisering utspelades i klassrum. Slutsatsen av studien var att verksamheter arbetar med individualisering på olika sätt och att individualisering skapades i större utsträckning i de klassrum som följde ett eget arbetssätt snarare än de som arbetade med färdigt undervisningsmaterial..

The purpose of this paper was to understand internal communication?s critical tradition by studying the interface of the subjective experience and the objective behavior within a management team. During almost two years this group was observed, several semi-structured interviews were conducted and a specific incident was analyzed. The interview texts where analyzed, using the Meaning Constitution Analysis developed by Roger Sages (2010) at Lund University. The observations were summarized in sociograms showing relationships in the organization.

The aim of the study was to gain a better understanding of how some people aged between 20-35 years? experience Facebook in relation to identity creation, communication and stress. The analysis is drawn from seven semi-structured interviews with a sample of Facebook members, four women and three men aged 20-35 years and during the interviews respondents answered questions based by the following topics. Does Facebook allow changing identities? In what way is Facebook a communication tool for enabling relationships? How can Facebook be related to stress and coping? The results showed that respondents perceived Facebook as an easy means of communication and maintaining relationships.

The study shows how seven informants, all studying at a university in northern Sweden to become art teachers, perceive and relate to controversial contemporary art in the context of secondary school art education. The study is based on semi-structured interviews. The study contributes to a nuanced view of these informants opinions and thoughts regarding provocative contemporary art, in relation to the school's democratic values ??and founding mission. The seven informants' responses were compiled thematically linked to the study's purpose and issues to allow for comparisons and analysis.

Background: The fast growing tourism industry increases the need for new destinations to meet the markets demand. Because of this, destination development becomes a part of tourism development and it can therefore be interesting and relevant to study this phenomenon. It requires consciousness about the destination?s conditions and to what extent tourism can be developed. The study of these conditions can be useful as they are fundamental for future tourism development at a destination.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze which conditions and characteristics a place should have to become an attractive destination.Methodology: This study has been executed from a positivistic point of view and a quantitative approach.

Studiens syfte är att beskriva arbetsledares/samtalsledares upplevelser av vilka faktorer som kan underlätta eller försvåra för att samförstånd kan uppnås i ett utvecklingssamtal. Studien har genomförts utifrån en kvalitativ metod där sex semi-strukturerade intervjuer med arbetsledare inom en offentlig verksamhet ligger till grund för empirin. Resultatet visar på fyra huvudfaktorer som anses påverka samförståndet i utvecklingssamtalet. Beroende på om man som samtalsledare upplever dessa faktorer som underlättande eller försvårande för samförståndet, påverkas detta av om man som arbetsledare är individ- eller verksamhetsinriktad. Tre av huvudfaktorerna anses underlätta att samförstånd uppnås i utvecklingssamtalet.

The present study deals with the importance of play for children's learning in preschool. The purpose is to investigate the importance of play for children's learning in preschool from a pedagogue?s perspective. The study is based on two issues: How does the pedagogue´s who were interviewed reason about the impact the play has on children's development? How does the pedagogue´s approach to make play a learning situation? The empirical data is based on semi-structured interviews with four preschool pedagogue´s.

The aim of this study is to explore hiphop music as an aspect of youth socialization and the relationship between music creation and identity. The study is conducted through five semi- structured qualitative individual interviews. Our theoretical starting points are Putnam?s (2000) bridging and bonding social capital symbolic interactionism. We also have used a model of learning presented by Fornäs, Lindberg and Sernhedes (1989).

The study examines the meaning of having a dog in the workplace of personnel who work with therapy. The purpose was to examine the personnel?s view of dogs in their work envi-ronment. The study uses two theories. One is ?psychosocial work environment? and the other theory used is ?symbolic interactionism?.
