Hälsofrämjande arbete, en värdeskapande process? "-En studie i rätt man på rätt plats vid rätt tillfälle"
Syfte: Studien syftar till att Syftet se hur väl företag matchar expertisens kunskap för att arbeta hälsofrämjande, samt ge en djupare förståelse för den process som genererar värde. Metod: Studien grundar sig i en kvalitativ forskningsmetod, där det empiriska materialet har samlats in med hjälp av intervjuundersökningar. Författaren har haft ett hermeneutiskt förhållningssätt och valt att använda sig av en abduktiv forskningsansats. Slutsats: Uppsatsen handlar om matchningsprocessen mellan företag och hälsobranschen. Genom att titta närmare på detta har begreppet värde hamnat i fokus och matchningsfrågan har blivit en fråga om förmågan att anpassa resurser för att maximera värdet..

This project was intended to develop and improve my skills as an artist/designer. I have used inspirational sources and followedmy artist?s intuition to create something that is individual and a reflection of myself.My goal was to design 7-10 compositions and apply them to t-shirts and then create a photo arrangement with these t-shirts to make a strong artistic presentation.I chose to apply my images to t-shirts, because I feel that the tshirt is a perfect median to display pieces of art. My process has been very non-linear in nature. Trial and error,experimentation and my gut feeling have strongly influenced the progression of my design process and guided me to new ideas.I feel that with this project I have succeeded in fulfilling my goals to develop and improve my skills as an artist/designer..

This work broadly illuminates the conditions for increasing the commissions of forestry services within the whole, or parts of, the western regions of Stora Enso?s operating area. Through a questionnaire, a survey was made examining whether the owners of the forests themselves do the forestry on their woodlands. This foremost concerns the pre-commercial thinning, but also planting and soil scarification. The survey also shows who are buying the most part of their forestry services and who are carrying it out themselves.

Within psychodynamic therapy the concept of countertransference is considered as valuable to understand the therapy process. Much of the research has focused on countertransference as dependent to therapy outcome (Hayes, Gelso & Hummel, 2011) and less of the research has been dedicated to trainees view on the concept. The object off this study was to examine how trainees define, identify and use countertransference. The study takes a qualitative approach and phenomenological perception of knowledge. Eight trainees has been interviewed and the interviews has been analysed with thematic analysis.

Namely, to improve the material management so that this enables the bottleneck in the planing mill to keep a continuous flow, and thereby minimizing the risk for production stops at LB-Hus. Part. 1: Identify and analyze the material management connected to the planing mill in order to identify problem areas.Part.2: Identify improvement potential in the material management connected to the planing mill. Part.3: Suggest improvements in the material management connected to the planing mill. Theoretical framework: Process mapping, inventory accounting, balance safety, inventory availability / service levels, safety stock and reorder point, forecasting and routine descriptions.Empirical foundation: Interviews carried out at LB-House, illustrated with the help of process maps and a description of each process. Conclusions: To work with the suggestions given and to follow clear procedures in all processes would result in a more efficient inventory management, it would also present a solution to the problem regarding the planing mill being a bottle neck.Suggestions for further research: Review and map the information flow from demand to production start.
Kundorientering : Ledarens roll och provisionens inverkan
Syfte: Syftet med studien är att studera hur ledare jobbar för att åstadkomma ett kundorienterat klimat på en arbetsplats med ett provisionsbaserat lönesystem.Metod: En kvalitativ metod har använts i den här studien. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer gav oss det empiriska underlaget som analyserades med hjälp av den systematiska, strukturerade och abduktiva metoden Well-grounded theory. Resultatet presenteras i empirin med hjälp av mönster som upptäckts.Resultat & slutsats: Vi har överlag kommit fram till att praktiken i stora drag stämmer överens med teorin. De intervjuade ledarna har en överensstämmande uppfattning om kundorienteringens innebörd, men har vissa skiljaktigheter i bland annat deras syn på provisionens inverkan. Ledarens roll ansågs även i praktiken vara avgörande för att de anställda ska vara kundorienterade.Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Studien har utförts med inriktning på enbart fastighetsmäklarbranschen.
Effekten av bakgrundsljud på prestationen vid en räkneuppgift
I studien undersöktes effekten av bakgrundljud på prestationen i en räkneuppgift. Två experiment genomfördes för att testa effekten av tre bakgrundstal: irrelevanta tal, yrkesbeteckningar och tal uppspelade baklänges. Dessutom ingick en kontrollbetingelse utan bakgrundstal. Hypotesen var att de irrelevanta talen skulle störa prestationen mest. Experiment 1 visade ingen effekt av bakgrundsljuden och stödde alltså inte hypotesen.

The written sources concerning the process of christianization in Sweden has for a long time been limited to two main texts, Rimberts vita of St. Ansgarius and Adam of Bremen´s History of the bishops of Hamburg. This is due to a rigid source criticism in the beginning of the 20th century, which put other material ? in particular the norse sagas ? out of consideration. The last twenty years however, new questions have been raised concerning the christianization, partly because of new archaeological findings, new interpretations of the significance of runic stones and the recent debate about the formation of the Swedish medieval kingdom.

Level: Final assignment for Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Author: Robert Klein Supervisor: Agneta Sundström Date: 2014-06 Aim: The purpose of this study is to gain enhanced understanding of what knowledge costumers contribute with in an innovation-process lead by a producer of goods, and how that knowledge is used to fulfill latent needs. The area of research has formerly described which results customer-involvement lead to, but have been scarce in describing how results are produced. Method: From a qualitative onset, a case-study collecting data through observations and interviews capturing customer knowledge contributions, and producer use of fetched knowledge has been conducted. Data has been analyzed using a grounded theory approach. Results have been processed in several steps in which material has been categorized and enriched continuously. Result & Conclusions: Customer-knowledge is broken down into market-knowledge, everyday-knowledge, and specialist-knowledge, which all are significant to a producer of goods.
Framtagning av process för automatisk hantering av uppdatering och generering av dokumentation på Medius AB
Examensarbetet utfördes åt företaget Medius AB. Arbetet bestod av att designa en ny process för Medius nuvarande och framtida dokumentationsbehov.För att göra detta behövde tre steg slutföras. Först skulle information om dagens dokumenthantering inhämtas, vilka dokument skrivs av vem och för vem skrivs de och vilka behov finns det som idag kanske inte fylls. En grov lista över önskad funktionalitet togs också fram och därefter designades en process som klarar av att fylla alla dessa krav och behov. Sist skulle en lista över verktyg som behövs för den nya processen tas fram och en undersökning om vad som finns och vad som behöver byggas från grunden skulle genomföras.

The decisions for investment are forward-looking and the base of a long-term strategy. The research within investment have focused on diverse formulas which are used in financial assessment, which also should be complemented with qualitative evaluation. Consequently, the focus should not only be on the execution of the formulas. Less time have been spent on research concerning what actually initiates the investment proposals and affects the decision-making. This will be highlighted in this essay.
Y-OQ 2.0 SR : En studie om behandlingens villkor och att tillämpa mätinstrument i behandling av ungdomar
The Youth Outcome Questionnaire 2.0 Self Report (Y-OQ 2.0 SR) has been implemented in residential treatment centre in the Municipality of Örebro as a result of the strive for a more evidence-based working approach within social work. This study aims to examine how personnel and adolescents describe the treatment/counseling and support and the application of the Y-OQ 2.0 SR in the units. The questions cover the values the personnel and adolescents ascribe to the application of the Y-OQ 2.0 SR, if the result from Y-OQ 2.0 SR is congruent with how the adolescents have been affected during the placement, which obstacles and/or possibilities emerge in the management of the instrument and if there are any indications that the Y-OQ 2.0 SR is advantageous or disadvantageous in the treatment process. The study has a qualitative approach; four interviews were carried out with adolescents and five with personnel. The result shows that structure is an important component in attaining a change in behaviour.
