Samt vilka faktorer e-handels och butiksföretag anser är viktigast för att få sina kunder nöjda.Syfte: Att analysera och utvärdera NetOnNet och Elgigantens syn och även deras kunders syn på service mellan e-handel och butik.Metod: En fallstudie har genomförts på företagen. Primär data samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer samt enkätundersökningar.Resultat & Slutsats: Respondenterna i undersökningen är överens om att priset är det viktigaste när de skall köpa hemelektronikprodukter. E-handelskunder är mer priskänsliga och läser på mer om en produkt innan köptillfället, än butikskunder. Butikskunder väljer att fortsätta att handla i butik för att de anser att det är lättillgängligt, bra pris och för att det finns möjlighet till personlig interaktion.Båda NetOnNet och Elgiganten är överens om att det krävs en kombination av lågt pris och bra service för att lyckas på dagens konkurrensutsatta marknad.

Sandvik AB är en högteknologisk verkstadskoncern som omfattar affärsområdena Tooling, Mining and Construction och Materials Technology (SMT). Sandvik Materials Technology är världsledande inom rostfria och höglegerade stål, specialmetaller, motståndsmaterial samt processystem. Inom SMT drivs ett inköps- och råvaruoptimeringsprojekt (IRO) som har målet att minska lagernivåerna av köpskrot och legeringar i råvarulagret på skrotgården. Kapitalbindningen anses i dagsläget vara för hög. Därför är det viktigt att ta reda på hur det interna flödet av returstål ser ut, för att på det sättet kunna förbättra lagerstyrningen.

This paper is partially a literature study of human error and interruptions and partially an investigation of pilots and Air Traffic Control. The aim of the investigation was to find out where interruptions occur and how to reduce or eliminate them. The objective of this paper was to investigate what type of interruptions pilots and ATC deals with and during which phases they occur. The paper has revealed that private pilots causes more interruptions for ATC personnel than commercial pilots. The cause for this is probably the less experienced private pilot and the fact that Swedish is used before English by private pilots in communication with ATC.

Målet med denna uppsats i landsbygdsutveckling är att undersöka hur landsbygdsbor upplevt den serviceförändring som ägt rum under deras livstid, hur det påverkat servicens tillgänglighet och hur de förhåller sig till servicen. Uppsatsen baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer med sju personer ifrån Ramsberg, i Bergslagen och som huvudsakligen analyseras utifrån Habermas teori om det kommunikativa handlandet. Studien visar att upplevelsen av förändringarna är kopplad till om förändringarna upplevs ske utifrån ett kommunikativt handlande eller kommer som en tvingande kraft utifrån abstrakta idéer. Den visar även att upplevelsen av servicen påverkas av vilka möjligheter till social interaktion den medför där det kommunikativa handlandet kan ske..

The aim of this study was to examine the occurence of norms in court cases regarding the Swedish law of support and service for disabled (Lag 1993:387 om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade) with the help of a discourse analysis method. More specifically its aim was to examine and identify norms in the different dictums/statements that were to be found in the court cases regarding the supportive institution "contact person" according to the Swedish law "LSS" with the help of a norm science approach. The aim was also to examine when the applicant was found to be entitled to a contact person according to the LSS-law. To be able to do this, the author studied thirty-four different court cases. In these cases six themes were found, that indicated the occurence of norms.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine café owners perception of customers expectations and what they think the interior means to the service quality. It also aims to examine how café owners use the interior to create service quality. In order to examine this, a case study was conducted based on interviews with two café owners. The study showed that the café owners take the customers expectations into consideration. It showed that they think the expectations were affected by which purpose the customer had with their visit.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the attitudes and willingness towards climate compensation in air travel. The study discuss if people feel a personal responsibility about the environment. Earlier research shows that tourists are positive towards climate compensation, but in reality very few use this service. The main question is: Which are the reasons for travellers not to use climate compensation? The used methodology is qualitative and based on ten interviews with people who have travelled by air one or several times since January 2007, when the service was first established.

Internet's entry into our home has changed our communication capabilities. As a result more and more services in the digital world are available. Besides e.g. shopping, gaming and general information, different social networks now offer preventive and therapeutic health-oriented services. When being asked by several young people, with whom I have been working in a clinical setting, to offer conversations over the Internet that enables both to see and to hear each other in real time, I decided to conduct a pilot study which is presented in this paper. The aim was to investigate the feasibility of offering supportive therapy using video calls over the Internet.

The ferry traffic to Gotland is essential for the island?s ability to live and develop. Yearly, it transports 1,6 million passengers, 500 000 personal vehicles and 750 000 lane meters of freight with four Ro-Pax ferries. On the contrary, citizens of the society who do not use communication technologies to some extent might feel excluded from the information society. As elderly citizens are already in a vulnerable position for the digital divide, communication technology becomes an important tool for interacting with friends and family. The social situation of elderly, 60 years of age and older, is a topic of current interest since they are the fastest growing age group in the world today. Further, social interaction becomes more important among elderly since it has a positive effect on well- being.

The concept of the photographic truth has had a special status for almost 200 years. Yet with the emerge of digital technology and especially digital photography there has been a loss of the particular connection photography has had in reference to reality. The aim of this study is to see in what ways digitalization has affected the credibility of photography from the perspective of professionals in the field of photography. The digital technology that has enabled the large-scale manipulation of photographies is not, however, the main reason for the decreased credibility of photography. The ongoing discussion about the available possibilities concerning digital imagery and manipulation has had a far more powerful effect on the concept of the photographic truth.
