In this paper, a small business network with around 30 users is analyzed with respect to security, performance and usability. Based on this analysis, two suggestions on how to solve the problems listed are given. The first suggestion focus on keeping a low budget, while the other tries to deal with the problems more thoroughly. One advantage of the first suggestion is, in addition to not straining the company's budget more than nessecary, it does not involve too great changes in the way the network is used and administered. On the other hand, the smaller budget leads to certain compromises, and there is a risk that similar problems occur again if, for example, the company would grow.

Detta är rapporten för hur IF Trions hemsida kom till och utvecklades. Från det att iden kläcktes tills det att hemsidan var helt färdigställd. Arbetet bygger mycket på de olika säkerhetsbrister som en hemsida kan ha, till exempel hur lösenord ska hanteras. Med avseende på detta så ingår ett avsnitt i rapporten om de vanligaste säkerhetsproblem som man kan tänkas stöta på under uppbyggnadsfasen och exempel på hur man kan lösa dem. This thesis examines the gender boundaries in sports. I do this by exploring three cases in which these boundaries, at least on the surface, have been questioned: the transsexual tennis player Renée Richards, the east European runners Marita Koch and Jarmila Kratochvilova and the Swedish golf player Annika Sörenstam. The results point out different mechanisms that contain the"danger"and restore"security". But they also point out a criticism against the struggle for equality in sports, which is based on the preserving of differences and therefore cannot challenge the ideological assumptions about gender in sports..

En god munvård har betydelse både för hälsa och det allmänna välbefinnandet och brister kan leda till lidande såsom sjukdom, undernäring och försämrad livskvalitet. Syftet med studien var att belysa det vårdande teamets förhållningssätt till munhälsovård för vårdtagare i särskilt boende. Litteraturstudien baserades på vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ ansats. Artiklarna bearbetades med hjälp av en innehållsanalys. Studien visade på en komplex problematik och det framkom att munvården kan innebära ett etiskt dilemma på grund av det starka integritetsområde som munnen utgör.

The overall objective of our research is to understand  how social workers in social services protect the individual's autonomy, integrity and a coercive law which deprives the individual of his rights.In this study, we bring out social secretaries perspective on how they see the compulsory treatment and the problems that can arise in a detention. This study is based on the questions; How are power between social worker and client? What is the social secretary of the law on compulsory as a tool to help clients?We interviewed eight social workers who work specifically with compulsory treatment. We used the result to answer our questions. As a theoretical background, we chose to use the power perspective, the concepts of flexibility and freedom of action and categorizations.The results that emerged from our study are that compulsory treatment is considered to be a positive and negative thing.

Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att utifrån ett historiskt perspektiv undersöka hur skolan ser på begåvade elever. Dessutom syftar arbetet till att undersöka hur verksamma pedagoger idag arbetar för att kunna bemöta och utveckla talangfullhet i skolan.Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ forskningsmetod i form av en enkätundersökning där 10 pedagoger från låg- och mellanstadiet deltagit. Dessa informanter har varit verksamma inom tre olika skolor från olika lokalitet. Resultaten av enkätundersökningen visar att det verkar finnas en allmän okunskap kring begreppen särbegåvad och högpresterande vilket samtliga pedagoger efterfrågar mer kunskaper inom. Denna aspekt är av stort vikt att belysa och problematisera för att skolan skall kunna uppnå sitt motto om att vara "en skola för alla"..

This study aims to build a deeper understanding on how shareholder value is created in Private Equity investments, especially during the holding period. The study is a qualitative study of the buyout of the access security company Bewator AB made by the Swedish Private Equity firm EQT in 2002. The buyout became highly successful due to various reasons. Syftet med studien är att sammanställa sjuksköterskans syn på vilka faktorer och förhållande som spelar in på hur den orala vården utförs på äldre. Metoden för studien är en litteraturstudie. Resultatet visade att kunskapsbrist, rutinbrist, tidsbrist, utvärderingsredskap, oral hälsa i syfte att förebygga sjukdomar, etiska dilemma och samarbete med tandvården hade en stor betydelse för hur den orala vården utfördes. Kunskapsbristen ansågs vara kärnan till varför de äldres orala vård försummades av vårdpersonalen.

TV broadcast sport always attracts a great number of viewers, also in Sweden. The prices of broadcasting rights to sporting events have risen strongly during the last decade, much as a consequence of the increasing competition between different TV companies both internationally and in Sweden.

I LSS anges det bland annat att verksamheten för utvecklingsstörda skall vara grundad på den enskildas självbestämmande och integritet. För utvecklingsstörda kan det ibland vara svårt att utöva rätten till självbestämmande. Självbestämmande för utvecklingsstörda ska vara en självklarhet som för alla andra men skillnaden är att många utvecklingsstörda behöver hjälp till självbestämmande. Svårigheten för personalen är att veta när och hur de ska ge denna hjälp, samt vad hjälpen ska bestå av, för att det inte skall blir övergrepp eller underlåtelse. Syftet med denna studie var att belysa utvecklingsstördas självbestämmande samt personalens upplevelse av denna rättighet.

The purpose of this essay is to examine the Swedish relations to Nato and by doing so see on what terms the cooperation is executed and why. However, Sweden is not a member of Nato and is thereby not seen as an ally of the organization but even so Sweden has a close cooperation with Nato. The theories used in this essay is The Rational Actor Model and The Organizational Behaviour Model by Graham Allison and Philip Zelikow. To this a number of additional theorises are used as to complement these two main theories. The aim with these theories is to see which one gives the most satisfying explanation of the Swedish strategy to cooperate with Nato and still not be a member of the alliance or if all theorises are needed.

The liberal state, it has been argued, must be neutral between different conceptions of the good. Embodying ideals such as fairness and impartiality, state neutrality is intuitively appealing, but working as a restraint for state actions it is somewhat unsatisfactory. People make mistakes about their lives and people live less valuable lives than they could do. To then restrain the state from doing as much good as it can seems just as unappealing as neutrality at first seemed appealing. In this paper, a possible solution to this dilemma is presented.

During a long period of time, rental doctors have created a vast debate in Sweden. Currently, there is a shortage of doctors working in Sweden and to guarantee the lawful right to healthcare of high quality the counties must hire doctors through employment agencies. There are different opinions about rental doctors, some thinks the temporary employment results in a negative work environment and furthermore puts the patients at risk. Other people consider the Swedish healthcare to not function without rental doctors.  The purpose of this essay is to investigate rental doctors through a legal perspective and how temporary employment actually affects the patients? security and the work environment in Sweden?s healthcare.
