Syftet med arbetet är att presentera en handlingsplan för lärare som vill använda sig av studieteknik i historieundervisningen. Genom att sammanväva teorier om inlärning, utveckling, studieteknik, historiemedvetande, identitet, lärobokstexter, minnet och hjärnan presenteras dels en förberedande handlingsplan dels en utförande handlingsplan. I den förberedande handlingsplanen är målet att eleverna skall bli effektiva i sitt användande av studieteknik. Detta för att eleverna sedan genom den utförande handlingsplanen skall kunna utnyttja studieteknik för att öka sin inlärning och förståelse i ämnet historia..

Abstract This study is an evaluation of a development project, seeking to work for entrepreneurial learning, starting from John Hattie's findings on the significant factors for visible learning. The study is based on action research a method together with a questionnaire, focused interviews and observation, by the issue of How do students perceive entrepreneurial learning? The results show that the methodology contributes to a more active learning and greater work satisfaction among students. The results also reinforce the thesis of the formative assessment and the importance of reflection for increased metacognition. The work identifies the project's educational shortcomings and strengths, and lays the foundation for further development towards full implementation of entrepreneurial learning in a secondary activity that works to prepare students with special needs for the labor market..

Personer med schizofreni går upp i vikt, dels som en effekt av sjukdomens negativa symtom men även som en del av läkemedelsbehandlingen med atypiska antipsykotika.Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt var att studera betydelsen av olika interventioner för viktnedgång hos personer med schizofreni, vilka behandlas med atypisk antipsykotika.Metod: Arbetet gjordes som en litteraturöversikt där vetenskapliga artiklar söktes i databaserna PubMed, Cinahl och PsychInfo för att sedan kvalitetsbedömas och sammanställas. Tolv artiklar användes i resultatet, varav elva kvantitativa och en kvalitativ. Frågeställningarna låg till grund för analysen för att hitta och sortera materialet.Resultat: Interventionerna visade sig ha betydelse för vikten då alla deltagare i interventionsgrupperna minskade i vikt, avstannade i viktökning eller ökade ytterst lite i vikt.Diskussion: Då resultatet visade att interventionerna var av betydelse bör sjuksköterskan arbeta aktivt för att förebygga och behandla övervikten hos dessa personer..

Dagens hälsoproblem bland barn och ungdomar är i allt större utsträckning av socialmedicinsk karaktär och kräver därför ett förebyggande och mer miljö- och beteendeinriktat arbetssätt. Skolhälsovården har en nyckelposition i det förebyggande arbetet för att främja hälsa, och dess roll inom skolan har därigenom förstärkts. Skolans psykosociala miljö och sätt att bemöta elever och föräldrar är viktiga instrument i hälsoarbetet. Syftet med studien var att belysa skolsköterskans funktion för att främja hälsa inom skolhälsovården. Denna kunskap kan skolsköterskan använda sig av som underlag i sitt arbete inom skolhälsovården.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka och jämföra två mindre skolor i södra Sverige i deras preventiva arbete inom skolfrånvaro. Frågan ställdes om de olika professionernas uppfattningar skiljer sig från varandra och i så fall på vilket sätt skolornas och deras preventiva arbete mot skolfrånvaro skiljer sig åt.En hermeneutisk utgångspunkt användes då respondenternas egna tankar och förståelser är av intresse. Vi har därför använt oss av vinjettmetoden, då vi fann denna metod mest lämpad för att skapa ett flytande samtal.Vårt resultat visar att föräldrar spelar en stor roll i ungdomens motivation till skolan och därmed också motivationen till att närvara på lektioner. Resultatet visar också att skolpersonalens relation är av betydande grund, förtroendet för dessa är en vital del i elevens utveckling.Slutsatserna är att föräldrar, skola och övriga aktörer behöver samarbeta för att främja elevens närvaro..

The aim of this study has been to investigate a group of upper secondary school teachers? approach to work with the ethnic multi-culturalism that characterises the Swedish society of today and to point to the obstacles and possibilities the teachers see to work with this. With the help of interviews with eight teachers satisfying results could be reached. The results showed that it was possible to distinguish three different ways to think and act when it comes to the work with ethnic multi-culturalism in school and teaching. The approaches entailed different consequences on the way the teachers conduct their teaching.

Non-profit organization?s campaigns, which aim to change a behavior, often have a political responsibility and it is therefore important that these are carefully planned and carried through.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the tendencies among pupils concerning their attitudes towards History and some of the stated goals in the present and in the proposed course plan of History, since there is, probably, a change coming in 2011. The study is built on questionnaires answered by one hundred pupils at a Swedish upper-secondary-school. The results point to the fact that most of these pupils like history, but still they do not wish to make it an obligatory subject, which is a government proposal at the moment. Furthermore, the answers about sources, democracy, the use of History and the consciousness about History, have a clear tendency; there have been too little education about these areas during the pupils former nine years in school, still the pupils think that these are important areas to work with. Moreover, this study shows a disheartening picture when it comes to pupils knowledge of their cultural heritage. Background: Every year, 2000 persons in Sweden are diagnosed with malignant melanoma, the most alarming form of skincancer. Sunexposure, sunburns and tanningbed use are the most appearing causes in the development of this disease. The skin of young people is sensitive to UV-radiation and their sunbehaviour could be determinant to their future health. Purpose: To illuminate the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards sunexposure in the meaning to avoid the development of malignant melanoma. Method: The study was designed to be a literature review, containing scientific articles of both qualitative and quantitative approach.

The use of tobacco is one of the largest health risks for human. Tobacco-users have an incrased risk of deterioration in their oral health. Individuals starts to use tobacco when they are young, often at the same time as they are going in an athletic sport club. It also seems that children are starting with tobacco habits when they are active in athletic sport clubs. The aim of this study was to examine and compare tobacco-habits of young men in and between three different athletic sport clubs.

Social phobia is a fear which limits a person's capabilities in daily situations. The fear can be so strong that a person can distance themselves from all social situations, for example education, marriage, sports activities etc. The purpose of this study is to discover whether there are any correlations between social fear and choice of educational program, between social fear and sex, and between social fear and Internet use. Questionnaires were administered to 80 upper secondary pupils. Each questionnaire answer was assigned a certain score, which was then coded in SPSS, the highest scores corresponding to highest degrees of shyness.

   SammanfattningSyftet med denna uppsats var att belysa hur fenomenet friskvård på en arbetsplats uppfattas av enskilda individer och vilken betydelse det kan få med avseende på såväl hälsan som välbefinnandet i stort. Utifrån denna fråga ville vi även se om det fanns skillnader i upplevelser av friskvård i de olika yrkeskategorierna från arbetsledning till arbetstagare. Inställningen till friskvård som prevention på en arbetsplats och vardagsmotion för den enskilde individen är individuell. En del människor varken vill eller tror sig kunna utöva friskvård och håller sig friska ändå. Den empiriska undersökningen bygger på kvalitativ metod.

This work of investigation was to report how four study counsellors see upon the facts regarding the amount of admission, the students social surroundings and local designs for the Individual program (IV) at upper secondary school. Through interviews with four professionals set to guide the students at four different schools in the rural districts of Boden, Luleå, Piteå and Skellefteå, this has become a paper that describes how they see these young adults today. Different handicaps and diagnosis, troubles at home, pregnancy and even drug abuse tend to make you wonder how they possibly can get through school at all. Regarding local development within the program there are no strings of what to do but for every district to deside for themselves and this has led to different ?experiments? with students not mentaly fit for school at all.
