Orofaciala funktioner såsom mimik, tal, tuggning och sväljning är viktiga för livskvaliteten. Det råder generell brist på normerade test som bedömer dessa funktioner och därför har Nordiskt Orofacialt Test ? Screening (NOT-S) utvecklats. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att normera NOT-S för barn med typisk utveckling i åldrarna 3:0-6:0 år. Testet består av en strukturerad intervjudel och en undersökningsdel med sex avsnitt vardera.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur CSR och SRI har och kommer att utvecklas på den svenska investeringsmarknaden.Metod: För att besvara studiens syfte och frågeställning valdes en kvalitativ ansats. I uppsatsen intervjuas investerare som arbetar dagligen med CSR/SRI investeringar. I uppsatsen används artiklar inom området för socialt hållbara investeringar. De svar som erhålls av respondenterna i intervjuerna granskas, reflekteras samt jämförs med tillgänglig forskning på området.

Malnutrition är ett stort problem hos äldre patienter, och leder till ett antal följdsjukdomar, förlängda vårdtider samt en ökad dödlighet. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva sjuksköterskans arbete med att förebygga malnutrition hos äldre patienter på sjukhus eller äldreboenden, samt att beskriva de olika tillvägagångssätt som finns för att identifiera riskpatienter. Metoden var litteraturstudier där tio kvantitativa artiklar granskats med avseende på vetenskaplig kvalitet. Resultatet visar att sjuksköterskors arbete med att förebygga malnutrition främst bör inriktas på två områden; omvårdnadsåtgärder och screening. Resultatet presenteras utifrån sex teman.

Bakgrund: Enterohemorragisk Escherichia coli (EHEC) är en toxinproducerande bakterie somkan orsaka sporadiska fall av infektion men även ge upphov till allvarliga utbrott. Sjukdomen kan ge symtom alltifrån okomplicerad diarré, blodig diarrétill mycket allvarliga symtomsom hemolytiskt uremiskt syndrom (HUS). De flesta EHEC-falli Sverige förekommer i åldersgruppen ett till fyra år.Syfte: Studienssyfte var att undersöka värdet av en EHEC-screening hos barn under tio år genom att kartlägga förekomst av EHEC och distribution av serotypoch stx-typer. Ytterligare ett syfte var att undersöka om den kliniska bilden är beroende av serotyp och stx-typ. Därutöver undersöktes hur länge man utsöndrars tx i avföringen.Metod: I studien ingick alla barn under tio års ålder, som lämnat avföringsprov under perioden 1 maj 2003 till 30 april 2013i Jönköpingslän.

Syfte: Att undersöka på vilket sätt postpartum depression identifieras hos nyblivna föräldrar och på vilket sätt screening med EPDS och påföljande stödjande samtal tillämpas av distriktssköterskor tjänstgörande på BVC i Uppsala län.Metod: Samtliga 98 distriktssköterskor som arbetar med BVC i Uppsala län inkluderades i enkätstudien. Svarsfrekvens utgjorde 60%. Enkäten bestod av 35 frågor.Resultat: Studien fann att EPDS-användning bland BVC-sjuksköterskor var hög, 51 av 59 använde EPDS och visade, bland de som hade besvarat enkäten, att det fanns en signifikant skillnad mellan EPDS-användning och vilken kommun distriktssköterskor arbetade i, och att det fanns ett signifikant samband mellan EPDS-användning och erhållen utbildning. Det fanns inget signifikant samband mellan EPDS-användning och tillgång till handledning. Riktlinjer för screening fanns på de flesta arbetsplatser, dock enbart för svensktalande mödrar.

The Swedish stock-market gives investors an opportunity to benefit from the global growth while financing companies invests and contributes to a socio-economic development. Parallel to the ownership of the funds also follows a responsibility as companies in the funds affect society and the environment. The growth of savings in funds, combined with an increased focus on sustainability has developed SRI (socially responsible investment). Therefore it is interesting to examine whether responsibility is an exception, which only concerns SRI-funds or a general principle, which includes the whole Swedish stock-market.The results of the survey makes it clear that all the Swedish major banks actively works to integrate sustainability within the respective bank's business to achieve a more sustainable financial system. Thus concludes the investigation that responsible investments are a general principle on the Swedish mutual stock-market.How responsibility is integrated in fund management differ between the banks.

Syfte: Att undersöka i vilken utsträckning sjuksköterskor på en akutmottagning följde riktlinjer om våldsutsatta kvinnor, sjuksköterskors inställning till att rutinmässigt fråga om våld, sjuksköterskors erfarenheter av att upptäcka och bemöta dessa kvinnor samt om det fanns skillnader mellan öppen- och slutenvård samt mellan kvinnliga och manliga sjuksköterskor. Metod: Tvärsnittsstudie i form av enkätundersökning. Ett bekvämlighetsurval gjordes och enkäter lämnades ut till sjuksköterskor (n=110) på akutmottagningar. Svarsfrekvensen var 45 %. Resultat: Få sjuksköterskor frågade om våld, de flesta gjorde detta endast vid misstanke om våld.

This project includes development of new packaging for dry spices and an investigation of how to automate the production line. The preliminary investigations show needs of an environmental friendly packaging possible to re-close. After screening for suitable materials three concepts were developed, a stand-up pouch, a plastic jar and a metal can. The pouch was excluded in a concept choosing process. In this process it was also decided to further develop the metal can concept.

The core process is responsible for internal business development and is the process that runs through the organization and the results which creates a value for the customer. Some research suggests that identification of the client's conscious or unconscious needs clarifying the so-called core process in the organization and operations can thus be more effective. The study aims to identify and analyze the experience of the core process within child health care. The method has been interviews with nine managers and 10 clinic nurses in a county. The results show a lack of knowledge regarding core process and process work.

 Bakgrund: Personer som har ett riskbruk av alkohol har en måttligt förhöjd risk för sjukdom, sänkt livskvalitet och förtida död. Vid riskbruk ökar risken för att utveckla alkoholmissbruk. Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test [AUDIT] är ett frågeformulär för att screena överdrivet alkoholdrickande. Socialstyrelsen rekommenderar rådgivning vid skadlig alkoholkonsumtion, t.ex. kort rådgivning.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva betydelsen av sjuksköterskans alkoholspecifika screening och rådgivning till vuxna personer som har ett riskbruk eller missbruk av alkohol.Metod: Studien var en systematisk litteraturstudie.
