Självscanningssystemet : Dess för- och nackdelar
The purpose with our thesis is to understand and explain the advantages and disadvantages there is with the self scanning system. The advantages and disadvantages we will highlight from three different angels; the store management perspective, the staff perspective and the customer perspective. These three perspectives will together form an overall perspective over the advantages and disadvantages as the self scanning system has contributed with. Finally we will highlight the differences and resemblances we have found between the perspectives.Through a qualitative approach we have gathered data to our thesis. Furthermore we have based our theory chapter and our empirical chapter on the base of Grounded Theory.
Betydlesen av motion, Kasam och socialt stöd kopplat till hälsa och stress
Många faktorer har påvisats påverka individers hälsa. I denna studie undersöktes huruvida motion, Kasam och socialt stöd har betydelse för välbefinnandet i form av uppskattad hälsa, upplevd stress-energinivå och rapporterad sjukskrivning. Även köns- och ålderskillnader studerades. En enkät med frågor om sjukskrivning, motion, upplevd hälsa, upplevd stress-energi, Kasam och socialt stöd delades ut till 113 deltagare från tre olika arbetsplatser. Resultaten visade att Kasam hade positiva samband med hälsa, stress-energi och socialt stöd.
Personer med utmattningssyndrom: : Finns det ett samband mellan subjektiv och objektiv kognition?
Research shows that people with burnout experience a high degree of impairments in a range of cognitive functions including memory, attention and concentration. The overall aim of the present study is to investigate whether there is a correlation between subjective estimates of cognition and cognitive performance with objective tests in people with burnout with a focus on working memory and executive functions. Three specific questions were addressed; First, what cognitive problems are described and to what degree? Second, is the performance of executive and working memory tests related to self-reported cognitive problems? Third, are the self-reported cognitive problems related to measures of psychological distress? The study included 77 patients, 65 women and 12 men, with a mean age of 43.48 years. The results show that patients with burnout perceive themselves as having significantly impaired cognition in everyday life, which is clearly evident on the basis of the self-assessment forms PRMQ and CFQ.
Arbetsledares upplevelse av stress
Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka och skapa större förståelse för arbetsledares upplevelse av stress och stressorers påverkan på deras ledarskap och arbete. Artiklar, litteratur och elektroniska dokument med fokus på pedagogik, ledarskap, stress och socialt stöd har studerats för att få fram fakta på hur stress och stressorer påverkar individen i arbetsmiljön. En kvalitativ metod med intervjuer, med utgångspunkt i en fenomenografisk forskningsansats, användes för att ta reda på hur arbetsledare upplevde att stress och stressorer påverkade deras ledarskap och arbete. Den teoretiska referensramen bestod av Karasek & Theorells krav-kontroll-stöd modellen, Siegrists ansträngnings/belöningsmodellen och Antonovskys KASAM modellen. Resultatet av undersökningen visade att det fanns ett tydligt samband mellan arbetsrelaterad stress och ett bristande pedagogiskt ledarskap.
Effekten av hästunderstödd aktivitet - affekt, stress och energinivå
Syftet med denna studie var att utifrån ett salutogent perspektiv undersöka om enhästunderstödd aktivitet med en ridterapeut kan påverka stress- och energinivå samtpositiv och negativ affekt hos individer. Studien belyser om en sådan aktivitet kanfungera som copingstrategi och ge stressreduktion. En utgångspunkt var också att undersöka könskillnader beträffande stressreaktioner. I studien användes Stress- och energitest samt PANAS-test för pre- och post-mätningar. I studien ingick 69 respondenter, 42 kvinnor och 27 män.
Läxhjälpen: tidsstjälare eller en resurs för elever att nå målen? : elevers, lärares och rektors uppfattning av läxhjälpen på en gymnasieskola i Stockholm
For most pupils homework is a natural part of school and their education and there are several providers of homework assistance: the pupil's parents, sibblings, friends, Internet forums, hired private tutoring, non-profit organisations and at times even the pupil's school. This study has investigated the use of the school-based homework assistance programme at the Upper Secondary School of Psychology in Stockholm and why the programme is not more frequently used by its pupils. The school offers homework assistance two hours each Thursday afternoon, with at least two teachers being present to tender for the school's 127 pupils. The cost of the programme has been estimated to approximately 12 500 Swedish kronor per week. Through the main use of a questionnaire given to both the school's students and teachers, as well as an interview with the school's headmaster, this study will show that despite receiving the opportunity few pupils take part of the programme on a regular basis.

This report describes an interview study of Swedish elementary school teacher?s view on stu-dent influence. The objective is to find out about teachers' approach to student influence, what do they think happens with students that are allowed to influence and what are the negotiables and non-negotiables when it comes to student influence in elementary education? And do the teachers really want their students to have influence?According to the official policy documents for the Swedish school system the Swedish school shall work towards a democratic school. Not only should the students be educated about de-mocracy but they should also learn to use democratic values and processes.
Kvinnors upplevelser och hantering av utbrändhet
The aim of this essay is to investigate what is burnout and how women who are affected by it manage their condition. Furthermore, we have investigated stigma and whether or not those affected by burnout are in turn stigmatised.A qualitative approach has been used to achieve our aims with this project. To support our analysis we have interviewed ten women who all have been diagnosed with fatigue syndrome along with studying relevant literature. The main theories used in this investigation are the symbolic interaktionism by G.H Mead, the term stigma by Erving Goffman and different theories on coping.The results show that the majority of women in the study had suffered from burnout due to work related stress and changes in their working environment. How they coped with and recovered from the condition depended on their own activity and how it related to their own support system.
Stödsamtal hos skolkuratorn i gymnasieskolan : En studie ur elevperspektiv
This qualitative study is about the individual supportive conversation with the school welfare officer in upper secondary school. The main aim of the study was to find out what the pupils get out of a series of conversations with the school welfare officer and what it means for the pupils that the welfare officer belongs to the school organization. Six qualitative interviews were held with pupils who had conversation contact with the school welfare officer during their time at upper secondary school.I found that these pupils and welfare officers were oriented towards change and solutions. I found that the most important thing for the pupils was to achieve a good and trusting relationship with the welfare officer. After this the pupil starts a process of change in cooperation with the welfare officer, with the aim that the pupil should be happy and satisfied with the current life situation.
Barn och stress : Påverkande faktorer
Syftet med detta arbete var att studera på vilket sätt skolans organisation samt barns närmiljö kan bidra till stress, men även hur skolans personal och vuxna i barns liv, aktivt kan arbeta för att förebygga stress. Studien bygger på fem intervjuer med vuxna som arbetar med barn i olika sammanhang och under olika förutsättningar samt 65 enkäter med barn i År2. Arbetets fokus ligger på barns stress i skolan men man kan konstatera att källan till barns agerande i skolan inte alltid behöver finnas i skolans verksamhet utan kan ha sitt ursprung i barnens övriga närmiljö. Därför bör även närmiljön uppmärksammas för att man ska få en helhetsbild av barnens situation. Resultatet i enkäterna visade att barnen hade få eller inga kunskaper om stress som begrepp men efter en begreppsförklaring visade sig att många barn själva hade upplevt eller sett stress hos personer i deras närhet.
Brinn för friluftsliv! : En kvalitativ studie om friluftsundervisning.
AimThe aim of this interview study was to examine how PE teachers related to factors (ramfaktorer) affecting the implementation of outdoor recreation in school.MethodWe conducted a qualitative interview study with six PE teachers in the Stockholm area. These were selected after all the PE teachers in Stockholm were contacted via e-mail. In the e-mail they declared the number of outdoordays (friluftsdagar) conducted at their school, for grades four, five and six. The selection was carried out in that we chose the PE teachers who declared the most and least number of outdoor days. After the transcription of the interviews we divided the teachers in to two groups, based on the width of outdoor activities in their teaching.
Mobbning i grundskolan
I have conducted a study and examined the significance and extent of bullying. I will also examine whether any students in grade eight have been victims of bullying during the past year and where bullying was carried out in school X. The second objective is to explore what students think about the concept of "taunting". I have used various theories of researchers to get an understanding of what bullying is, where it occurs, causes, and suggestions for measures. To get an answer on the purpose and issue a quantitative method was used in the form of a survey. Target group for the survey consisted of students from grade eight schools in X which is located in a suburb of Stockholm. Two classes of grade eight in School X carried out the survey during the same day.Results showed that bullying occurs at X school, but that the proportion of boys has been more subjected to bullying than girls. The majority of the students in the both classes believed that most cases of bullying occur in school hallways, playground and cafeteria. It may be one reason why school X does not have guards or other members of staff. The majority of students also considered in the survey that the concept of "taunting" is to call each other by words of ?genitalia". I think that the use of foul language has become common in today's schools. .
Användandet av smartphones bland studenter: en av 2000-talets källor till upplevd stress? : En jämförande studie bland män och kvinnor
Prokrastinering innebär att individen trots medvetenhet om negativa konsekvenser skjuter upp en handling. Den bidrar till stress, färre hälsofrämjade beteenden och sämre prestation. Demografiska faktorer och pågående utbildning påverkar sannolikheten för prokrastinering. Relationen mellan stress och prokrastinering behöver utforskas, speciellt hur interventioner riktade mot stress påverkar fenomenet. En longitudinell interventionsstudie med upprepad mätning undersökte effekten av ett KBT-baserat stresshanteringsprogram (KBSP) på prokrastinering och interaktionseffekter med stress.
Vad är kvalité : undersökning av uppfattningen om kvalitet i samband med verksamhet vid en skola
This dissertation was made since we wanted to investigate the conception called quality within the school sector. What it means and if there is something that can give an explanation of how they at look at the conception within the school sector. This will be the benchmark through the dissertation, trying to find out the most important things which might be equal to quality within the school.To find the answers of our questions we will read literature according to the subject. To get an increased understanding we will interview some people within the school efficacy, and give students a survey to fill in.The most important results from our investigation is to look at everything in its entirety, not only look at what grades students get. Even though this the most narrated sign of quality.
Faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskans arbetsrelaterade stress samt konsekvenserna av detta : En litteraturstudie
Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskans arbetsrelaterade stress samt att ta reda på vilka konsekvenser detta kan leda till. Metod: Examensarbetet utfördes som en litteraturstudie med 14 vetenskapliga artiklar. Datainsamling gjordes i databaserna PubMed och CINAHL. Huvudresultat: De faktorer som tydligast framkom genom artiklarnas resultat handlade om sjuksköterskornas psykiska och fysiska arbetsmiljö, vilket innefattar bland annat skiftarbete, relationer till arbetsgruppen, att bli utsatt för olika typer av hälso- och säkerhetsrisker samt att bemöta död och döende. Det framkom dessutom att besparingar och omstruktureringar var en av de mest frekvent nämnda stressfaktorerna för sjuksköterskor, liksom arbetsbelastning, krav och förväntningar.
