Effekter av nya PBL : En studie av processen från handläggning av bygglovsansökan till slutbesked
It has now passed two years since the new site- and construction law, PBL, went into force. It replaced the previous PBL applicable since 1987, and it involves relatively large changes in many different areas of the construction sector. The ambitions of the new law are for instance to simplify and clarify the legal text, increase efficiency in the permitting processes and improve the quality of construction. To achieve this, a variety of changes was made. Some of the most important are: inserted deadline in the processing of building applications, extended assessment of building applications, revised rules about controlplan and quality manager, a certificate is required to start and end the project, an additional meeting is inserted and the construction management of the municipalities will have to do a mandatory visit at the work Scene.

Symbolism och impressionism i Ivar Conradsons Skyarne
This essay examines the poetry of the Swedish writer Ivar Conradson (1885-1968). Itanalyzes his work in the context of the European literary Scene of the late 19th century, inparticular symbolism and impressionism. Conradson has been considered a symbolist and amysticist by critics and scholars, who claim that his poetry expresses a strong religious ethos, influenced by biblical rhetoric as regards style. While this study does not refute the common view of Conradson, it argues that his earlyworks differ from his later works, where indeed religious and mystical themes can be found. This difference can thus be seen both on stylistic and thematic levels. Using the structuralistmethod of Roman Jakobson and Jurij Lotman, and a phenomenological analysis based on thephilosophy of Maurice Merleau-Ponty and Hannah Arendt, this study examines bothsymbolist and impressionist stylistic devices and themes in Conradson?s literary debutSkyarne (1906).

Konstnärligt intrång : om att hävda sin rätt till plats i det offentliga stadsrummet
?Claiming the right to space? is an argument frequently used by street artists for justifying illegal art in the public space. The public city space as a room of democracy and right to free speech is by some people considered threatened by commercial interests, and street art has become a way to demonstrate disapproval towards this. Street art is illegal and often anonymously performed in our cities. It developed in the late 1970s from the urban graffiti Scene in America, and has therefore a lot in common with the graffiti movement.

SKOLSOCIONOM I GLESBYGD Roll, team och ensamarbete
Purpose of this study is to describe and analyze school social work in rural area and being alone in social work at the school welfare/health team and how this affects the individual, professionally and privately. The theoretical framework highlights the empirical data through Goffman's dramaturgical perspective. The study highlights school social workers role on the Scene as Goffman divided as the front and rear arena and how school social worker find strategies to cope with it alone work it takes to be a counselor in rural areas. One way to handle her role involves acting in one of the following three characters: the self-employed, infiltrator and tough guy.The study describes how the social worker harboring the stress in the profession; through recovery - physical and mental, on the back stage, backstage. On stage there are other players such as student health team, which also acts and affect what happens on the front stage.School social workers are working hard to position itself in relation to other professions in student welfare/health team and to have a mandate to act.In the analysis, it appears that the school social workers want a clearer role profession/ occupation profession and mandate to act, which may be complicated by today is the only counselor in student welfare/health team lacking identity. There is also a desire for further/ continuing education, but this is seen as an organizational pitfall when the manager does not have the same educational background as school social worker.Ultimately, it is the peripatetic life as a social worker at the school who is considered the most exhausting part of the work as a school social worker in a rural area. There is a great desire among the interviewed school social workers to have fewer schools to relate to and work on..
ATT ANV?NDA POPUL?RKULTUR SOM ROP P? HJ?LP: En kvalitativ studie om hur hiphop-musiken i Sverige anv?nds som identitetsskapande och verklighetsskildrande
Hip-hop music has long been an expressive medium used by individuals from marginalized areas in
Sweden to address social issues and shape their identities. Through interviews with Swedish hip-hop
artists and analysis of lyrics, this bachelor thesis explores the self-expression of the artists and how they
express their views of society. It focuses on how social problems are expressed and understood, as well
as on how the artists view the depiction of contemporary Swedish hip-hop music in media. Additionally,
the study investigates how hip-hop artists themselves perceive the significance of their music lyrics.
Furthermore, I explore the impact of music on the identity of hip-hop artists from marginalized areas, as
perceived by the artists themselves. To gain a comprehensive understanding, the ethnographic study
employs semi-structured interviews and participant observation with four non-ethnically Swedish hiphop
artists who live or have grown up in disadvantaged areas in Sweden.
Fjortisgrubbel och tonårskärlek : ? en genusstudie av två svenska ungdomsfilmer gjorda med 35 års mellanrum
AbstractHeadline: Young trouble and teenage love (Fjortisgrubbel och tonårskärlek)Number of pages: 37Author: Annika IlmoniTutor: Amelie HössjerCourse: Media and communication CPeriod: Autumn 2007University: Division of Media and Communication, Department of Information Science, Uppsala UniversityPurpose/aim: The purpose of the work was to produce a comparing study of two Swedish teenage films from different periods of time, 1970 and 2005. An analysis was to be made of how love between teenagers as well as the heterosexual relationship in general was depicted in each of the films and further investigate the gender construction in both films.Material/method: With the intention of narrowing down the complexity and make the evaluation more lucid 5 Scenes from each film were used for comparison, these were chosen through the Anglo Saxon dramaturgy. To make the Scenes more comparable 4 factors were used for analysis in each Scene, these were: clothes, recreational activities, behaviour and environment. Beside the above given factors the heterosexual relationship were analysed and compared in each of the Scenes through the theory of dominance in dialogue.Main results: The gender construction occurs obliviously in the older film from 1970 while taking place in a more conscious way in the film from 2005. Further on the heterosexual relationship is perpetually depicted in the 70?s film with a submissive girl and predominant boy, the same dominance is easily seen in the more recent film but with a higher rate of equality as the girl is portrayed as the dominant character in almost half of all Scenes.

Det kulturella arvet- en resurs i omsorgen av de äldre
The essay depicts the opposite views of the director and an actor during the filming of a specific Scene in a feature film. The actor feels that he is not being listened to. This leads to unforeseen consequences for the director, as the actor no longer wishes to take part in the marketing of the film prior to its opening night. Everything is seen from the director?s point of view, she is working in a film world dominated by men.Questions are being asked if the director?s instructions are clear enough or if the actor, fearing getting lost, is mixing up his own feelings with those of the character he is portraying? What happens to the collaboration and how does it affect the rest of the team and the completion of the production? The director is also the producer.
