Vad händer vid en medling och hur upplevs detta möte av de parter som ingår i medlingsprocessen? Denna fråga är utgångspunkten i föreliggande uppsats vilken belyser gärningspersoners och brottsoffers upplevelser samt den förändrade syn på sig själva och den andra parten vilken medlingen bidragit till. Medling vid brott innebär att gärningsperson och brottsoffer möts och samtalar om sina upplevelser av brottet. Denna uppsats har med intervjuer som bas studerat parternas egna upplevelser av medlingssituationen. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna för uppsatsen är George Herbert Meads ?Den Generaliserade andre?, Thomas Scheff och Susanne Retzingers skambegrepp, Erving Goffmans samspelsteori samt ?Det intersubjektiva tredje? vilket beskrivs av Samuel Gerson.

Med utgångspunkt i en hermeneutisk kunskapssyn har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ forskningsdesign och fallstudie som forskningsstrategi. Partiet har gått framåt i varje val och nådde i valet 2010 över fyraprocentspärren och fick en plats i Sveriges parlament. Detta trots att omvärlden har präglats av globalisering, där internationella samarbetsorgan fått större maktbefogenheter och staterna tenderar att slutas samman i civilisationer, varpå nationalstaternas identitetsbärande roll inskränkts. Studien har utgjorts av en innehållslig idéanalys där programmen jämförts mot två idealtyper. Den ena har då baserats på Samuel P Huntingtons teori om en ny världsordning med nya kulturbaserade identifikationsmönster som sträcker sig utanför nationalstaternas territoriella gränser.

The following essay is a study of the theatre-play Min Arm, a translation and performance by Per Lasson for Fria Teatern in Stockholm 2009-2010. Actor, director and playwright Tim Crouch wrote the original script My Arm in English in 2003.With basis in intermedial theory, as defined by Jörgen Bruhn, as well as Hans-Thies Lehmann?s theory on post-dramatic theatre this study investigates the meaning-building processes in Min Arm as a theatrical performance. Concepts of the difference between stage play and performance text are borrowed from and inspired mainly by Eli Rozik?s Generating Theatre Meaning.

This thesis aims to study obstacles which Turkey faces regarding EU accession. The main focus will be at the historical context and background information to clarify Turkey-EU relationship and institutional aspects such as; the Copenhagen criteria will be analyzed. Interaction between identity politics and Turkeys Europeanization project will be examined by analyzing arguments regarding this issue. The historical context is important for realizing in how Turkey's negotiation process is affected and how the process is evolved. By examining this, a more transparent understanding is going to develop in the issue of why Turkey never will be able to identify itself with the EU.Analysis regarding why Turkey as a secular state develops into an increasingly Islamized state is highlighted.
