High blood pressure is one of the greatest risk factors to develop cardiovascular diseases, which is the leading cause of death worldwide. Milk is a nutritional food product and previous research suggests that low fat dairy products may have blood pressure lowering effect.Objective: The aim was to examine the scientific basis of how low fat dairy products affect blood pressure.Search strategy: Twelve searches were conducted on PubMed and Scopus, where the chosen search terms were combined to produce a broad search as possible in the particular area. The search terms used were dairy, dairy products, milk, blood pressure and hypertension.Selection criteria: Studies on normotensive or hypertensive individuals who received low fat dairy products were included.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att försöka fastställa och tydlig¬göra var gränsen för tilldelning av läsbehörighet för hälso- och sjukvårds¬personal går vid användande av elektroniska patientjournaler. Det finns önskemål från kommuner och landsting om en enda landsomfattande elektronisk patientjournal för varje patient. En av de främsta fördelarna är att tillgängligheten ökar dramatiskt och att det ger administrativa kostnadsbesparingar men en ökad tillgänglighet betyder också ökad risk för obehörigt intrång och att patientens integritet riskerar att kränkas. Det avgö¬rande vid bedömningen av en viss hälso- och sjukvårdspersonals läsbehörighet är behovet av uppgifter för att kunna utföra sina arbetsuppgifter. Det är dock otydligt i lagstiftningen och övrig normering vem som behöver vilka uppgifter för att utföra sitt arbete.

It is well established what happens if you drink alcohol before a workout or if you workout the day after an alcohol intake, but it is less well established how muscle gain and recovery are affected by an intake of alcohol in the phase of recovery.Objective: The objective of this review is to investigate if there is a relation between alcohol intake after a workout and effected recovery and muscle gain. This was performed by measuring the outcomes cortisol, testosterone, creatine kinase as well as different measures of muscle strength. The issue was ?Does an intake of alcohol after training affect recovery and muscle gain??Search strategy: A systematic review in the databases PubMed and Scopus with the MeSH-terms: exercise, muscles, recovery of function, training, athletic performance, performance, sport, alcohol drinking, alcohols, alcohol and ethanol.Selection criteria: Criteria for articles to be included in this review were that they would be RCT- and human studies in healthy subjects as well as containing an ethanol intake after a physical activity that consisted of weight training in the form of resistance training or other forms of activity that promotes strength.Data collection and analysis: A systematic search for literature as mentioned above (search strategy) was performed as well as an analysis with the SBU quality review template for randomized studies, and a quality review for each measure of outcome according to Gothenburg University summarized evidence template for measures of outcome.4Main results: Many studies are authored by the same group of researchers and/or are of a lower quality.

The nutrition treatment has mainly consisted of energy restriction, together with exercise and drugs to reduce insulin resistance and consequently reduce androgen levels. However, an in-depth knowledge about how the components of our diet can affect further, is lacking.Omega-3-fatty acids can affect insulin resistance and testosterone levels within other groups but today knowledge is lacking if these findings can be transferred to women with PCOS.

Våldtäkt- vad blir konsekvenserna och hur arbetar man med dem som kurator?
Vi har fått i uppdrag av enhetschef Viveca Ekdahl-Lindgren vid kvinnokliniken på Sahlgrenska universitetssjukhuset, att undersöka hur stöd och behandling av patienter som utsatts för våldtäkt ser ut. Syftet med uppsats är att beskriva metoder för hur man som kurator kan arbeta med de psykosociala konsekvenser som inte sällan efterföljer en våldtäkt. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi följande frågeställningar:1. Vilka blir de psykosociala konsekvenserna för de kvinnor som varit utsatta för våldtäkt?2. Hur kan man som kurator arbeta med dessa konsekvenser?Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ studie där vi genomfört fyra intervjuer med kuratorer inom hälso-och sjukvården. Vi har även genomfört en litteraturstudie för att inhämta kunskap som ett komplement till våra intervjuer samt för att bli mer insatta i vårt forskningsområde.

Green tea contains catechins which are substances with anti-inflammatory effect that may have positive effects on the skin. The intake of green tea is believed to have a protective effect against UV irradiation, since green tea extracts in lotions in previous studies have shown to increase the skin tolerance level against UV irradiation.Objective: To examine the scientific basis and determine whether an oral intake of green tea has a protective effect against UV-induced erythema.Search strategy: Searches in the scientific databases PubMed and Scopus were made to find suitable articles.

Among people in general, opinion is divided as to how exercise combined with alcohol affects muscle building, but what do science say? Objective: The purpose of this review article is to analyze and summarize the existing scientific data about how the structure of muscles is affected in relation to alcohol intake after exercise.
En omhändertagande och trygg introduktion? En utvärdering av nyanställdas introduktion inom Sahlgrenska universitetssjukhuset/Område Mölndal
Att fatta beslut om omvårdnad av patienter i palliativ vård är ett komplext arbete, som bygger på hur vården är organiserad, teoretisk och erfarenhetsmässigt baserad kunskap samt relationer. Genom att skapa trygga relationer med patienten kan beslut fattas som möjliggör patientens delaktighet. Det är också viktigt att vara observant på hur situationsstress hos vårdaren kan bli ett hinder för beslutsfattandet. Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka hur vårdarna fattar beslut vid omvårdnad av döende patienter. Studien genomfördes med sex vårdare från ett hospice i Sverige och som datainsamlingsmetod valdesfokusgruppsintervju.
