Abstract Today it is very common that some person register a domain name that is identical or confusingly similar to a hallmark that is someone?s protected property. From the owners opinion this can result in a lost of company?s goodwill and there is risk that hallmark becomes powerless.Every physical and legal person can register someone?s protected hallmark as a domain name under top ? level domain .se because owner has no possibilities to stop the registration in advance. The owner of hallmark can only open a dispute trough ATF and try to win and attain a transfer of that registered domain name to itself.

Denna avhandling tar upp filmmusiken i Fantastic Mr. Fox.Syftet är mer specifikt att ta reda på vad musiken har för funktion i filmen, hur man använder musiken för att hjälpa till att föra fram handlingen och varför använder man sig av både egen komponerad musik och redan befintlig musik.Urvalet av låtar är grundat på hur stor betydelse de har för samspelet mellan musik och bild.Metoden som är använd är ett närstuderande, eller snarare ett närlyssnande, av musiken i filmen med hjälp av teoretisk grund i tidigare forskning och litteratur.Texten behandlar dels de låtar som är specifikt komponerade för filmen och dels de som är tagna utifrån, det vill säga redan befintlig musik, som har använts i filmen.Genom en diskussion utrönas också det olika musikala beståndsdelarnas viktigare element där diskussionen utmynnar i en jämförelse mellan de två musikala huvudgrupperna, det vill säga de sammanställda (de redan befintliga) låtarna och de sammansatta (de speciellt komponerade) låtarna.Avhandlingen slutar med att diskutera olika metoder man kan använda sig av för att studerna musiken i Fantastic Mr. Fox och även att förklara resultaten i analysen mer djupgående..

Sustainable beef and milk consumption. The consumption of beef and dairy products in Sweden is high. A lot of greenhouse gases are emitted from the production of these products. The production of beef in Sweden has decreased but the import has increased. The number of dairy cows has decreased while beef-production with suckler-cows has increased in Sweden.

Shell companies are characterized by containing liquid assets such as cash, securities or other similar assets. Transactions of shell companies constitutes a severe problem since the purchaser often has the aim of obtaining undue tax advantages by not paying the tax debt of the company.Historically it has been complicated for the legislator to stop the set-up in an efficient way since the transactions as such are not illegal, instead rather commonly used for example to restructure companies or for the transfer of companies to the younger generation. The purpose of the current legislation is to prevent individuals and corporations to involve in shell company trade. Aiming for an efficient legislation, the tax rate is at a very high level.The issue with the rules is that also honest buyers are at risk of being covered. This calls for high demands in complying with the principle of legal certainty and the possibility to forecast the tax consequences.The purpose of the thesis is to identify and analyze eventual problems when applying the legislation.

When arriving at an abattoir pigs can be fatigued and need to be as smoothly unloaded as possible.

Nurses need knowledge about parents? experiences to help and support these parents adequately. Aim: The aim of the study was to describe parents? experiences of losing a child to cancer, from diagnosis to the child?s death.

The purpose of this study is to examine some factors that make a human grouse hunter to prolong and increase its hunting effort. The theory of optimal foraging is used for explaining their behavior.The data of this study is collected from a web-based inquiry from 2007 answered by grouse hunters in Sweden. The method that has been used is mainly bivariate statistics and logistic regression analysis.Key findings shows that an experienced grouse hunter has more than 5 times the chance of prolonging hunting effort when grouse density is high, compared to a beginner grouse hunter. On the same time experienced grouse hunters also stop hunting in advance when grouse density is low to a larger extent than inexperienced hunters. Other factors of importance for prolonging the hunting effort for a day are age and the travel distance to the hunting area.

Invasive alien plant species have historically caused major damage to ecosystems and are considered to be amongst the greatest threats to biodiversity globally. The lurking threat of harm to well functioning ecosystems has led to the development of global and regional goals and regulations which seek to stop the spread of invasive species. The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a list of species that are specifically harmful to the Swedish flora and fauna, which includes (amongst others) garden lupin. The management of invasive species is however largely dependent on local actions, making municipal public servants key players. This qualitative study uses interviews to investigate how municipal public servants who are responsible for managing invasive alien species view this work.

This was not just an Indian con- cern because the family planning program was largely funded by international aid. The purpose of this thesis is to shed light on the various factors that influence the balancebetween the working lives and family lives of social workers. The research questions posedwere: Do social workers consider there is a conflict between their working lives and familylives? Which factors make maintaining a balance between working life and family life moredifficult and which make it easier to do so? How do social workers describe equality betweenthe sexes in their own family? Regarding methodology, the selection method is strategic andcombines data sources with quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The material collectedand via online survey, targeted to 120 municipal employees social workers in a district councilin a big city, and through interviews with four social workers in a rural community. The studywas performed using gender theory and the demand-support-control model.

The report begins with giving a general description of management structures and fire-protection management systems. An account is given for how management structures are designed, and how they should be implemented, maintained and updated. AIDS is a huge problem in the world and it is spreading rapidly, especially in Africa. Botswana is one of the worlds worst-hit countries, with over one-third of the inhabitants infected by HIV/AIDS. The measures that have been taken to stop the spread of AIDS are to inform and enlighten people on how the disease is spread and how to protect oneself. The aim of this thesis is to investigate what different ways of informing people about AIDS different organisations make use of in Botswana. The thesis also addresses how some receivers of the AIDS information experience it.
