Bakgrund Sverige har omkring 350 000 diabetiker vilket motsvarar ca 4 % av befolkningen. Randomiserade studier har visat betydelsen av god glykemisk kontroll och strikt blodtryckskontroll. Det verkar som att mer är att vinna på lägre blodtryck vid diabetes än hos andra hypertonipatienter. Blodtryckkontrollen kan utövas med olika farmakologiska behandlingar, patienter med njursjukdom och ischemisk hjärtsjukdom kan t e x ordineras selektiva betablockerare. Syfte Att studera prevalens och incidens av betablockerarbehandling hos läkemedelsbehandlade diabetiker och hur försäljning skiljer sig mellan de olika landstingen i Sverige.

At nuclear power plants, electrical valve actuators are important for ensuring that the reactor core is water covered and the pressure in the reactor tank and containment is limited. The electrical actuators are provided with overload protection in case of drawing higher current then the motors are rated for. When safety manoeuvres are needed, the overload protection must not trig and cause the valve to stop before completing the manoeuvre. Analyses have showed that the current settings of the overload protection may cause an illegitimate trig at the worst theoretically possible accident. A new method has been developed with conservative assumptions and applies overload protections for all electrical valve actuators at the three reactors in Forsmark..

In Sweden, this opportunity has also been given to non-listed companies, to voluntary implement these rules in their consolidated accounts. One difference between Swedish accounting rules and contemporary International rules, deals with the accounting treatment of investment properties, which foremost affects the real estate market?s accounts. Detta utgör cirka 80-95 procent av den dagliga kommunikationen och är av stor vikt i klientkontakten inom vården. Denna litteraturstudie tar upp vikten av medveten grundläggande kommunikation inom vårdyrken, såväl på humansidan som i arbetet med djur. Studien syftar till att ta reda på hur djurhälsopersonalen kan bli bättre på att kommunicera med djurägare och därigenom uppnå en högre följsamhet. För att effektivisera kontakten mellan klienter och vårdpersonal har modeller som The Four Habit Approach och CRAFT tagits fram, vilka ska öka samarbetsmöjligheter, följsamhet och vårdkvalitet. In order to do so large parts of a fire-protection management system for the paper mill has been created. The report begins with giving a general description of management structures and fire-protection management systems. An account is given for how management structures are designed, and how they should be implemented, maintained and updated. Thereafter follows a description of what routines and instructions should be included in a fire-protection management system..

The aim of the study was to examine how child investigators in the police force interpret and apply the notification of preliminary investigation (FuK) and the po-lice act in their child investigative interviews with alleged victims of sexual abuse. Questions at issue were how child investigators relate to FuK 17-19 §§, re-garding child investigative interviews and to FuK 16 § and the police act 3 §, re-garding their co-operation with social services. The theory and method used in this study was Sociology of Law. Qualitative interviews were conducted with eight child investigators, one from each police district in Stockholm. The results of the study conclude that despite special qualifications, child investigators may find themselves in difficulty in receiving or interpreting information from chil-dren, therefore they may need to consult a person with expert knowledge.

Syftet var att undersöka om kontaktlinsbärare förstår innebörden av en kontaktlinsundersökning och vikten av de olika momenten. Hur är deras ställningstagande till regelbundna kontroller och om varför de ska göra en kontaktlinsundersökning? Metoden som användes till studien var en enkätundersökning med 9 frågor som deltagarna fick besvara efter en kontaktlinsundersökning. Frågorna berörde olika attitydsfrågor gällande kontaktlinsbärande och vad de trodde optikern undersökt i kontaktlinsundersökningen. Enkäten delades ut i 10 optikerbutiker och de som medverkade svarade anonymt.Resultatet grundas på en enkät med totalt 94 deltagare.

Syfte: Litteraturstudiens syfte var att belysa patientens syn på mediciner, medicinering och livsstilsförändringar. Metod: Studien baserades på 17 vetenskapliga artiklar som analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Patienternas syn på sina mediciner berodde på faktorer som sjukdomsacceptans, bedömning av medicinerna samt tillgång till och syn på information.

Background:The sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) has always existed. In the early 1990's, researchers discovered that prone position was associated with a significantly higher risk for SIDS. This resulted in a lowered incidence of SIDS in the world. The campaign showed the value of risk knowledge and risk reducing methods, that's why new information campaigns about other risks regarding SIDS must occur.Aim:The aim was to describe the risk factors and preventive actions for SIDS, and the nurse's role regarding the preventive work. Method: A literature review based on 16 articles based on qualitative and quantitative studies.
