The SK 60 Aircraft has been a workhorse for the Air Force?s training of future pilots since the late 1960s. The aging SK60 aircraft is going out of style, and the system has merely a few years of total running time left. A replacement for the SK 60 needs to be implemented in the coming years, and the Armes Forces Flying School has been commissioned to conduct flight tests on suitable replacement systems. This study will conduct a system analysis of two aircrafts mentioned in the Flying Schools report.

The report presents a thesis carried out on behalf of the company SAAB Training and Simulation which is situated in Huskvarna. The authors of this report are going to graduate as mechanical engineers focusing on product development and design, and this thesis should reflect the knowledge obtained during the education. The assignment, given from the company was to develop a concept of a stand that will constitute as a part of a mobile system for target practice. The reader get to follow throughout the project and can hopefully learn from the smart solutions and approaches that have arisen during the process.Today SAAB doesn?t have a mobile application in their portfolio that utilizes the benefits of their sensor measuring system, also called the LOMAH-bar.

The aim of this study was to evaluate whether gallop training, rather than regular drive training, is worthwhile for trotters race performance. Another aim of the study was to expand the author?s riding- and driving capacity, and get more practical experience on the impact of interval training on trotters. The sample population in the study was two trotters, one Standardbred, and one cold-blood. Given the small sample population, the results of the study is only indicative on the effects of gallop training on trotters, and not conclusive.

Denna rekonstruktion har blivit ifrågasatt av många, vilket väckte vårt intresse.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att se om rekonstruktionen av Saab föll ut på ett tillfredställande sätt, det vill säga kom Saab ut denna som ett starkare företag.Metod: Under arbete har frågor tillämpbara för intervjuerna framställts, där frågor av öppen karaktär utformats. detta för att få ett underlag om tänkbara anledningar och kommentarer om rekonstruktionen föll ut på ett bra sätt.Slutsats: Rekonstruktionens förfarande har genomförts på ett tillfredställande sätt, dock är Saabs fotlevnad ännu oviss på grund av hur samarbetet med Spyker kommer att fortlöpa..

Instrumental conditioning, the use of reinforcement and punishment, is used when training horses and these procedures may have different consequences regarding animal welfare. The aim of this study was to investigate what kind of reinforcers that are used in training horses and when these reinforcers are used. This study has its focus on positive reinforcement and its advantages and disadvantages. Interviews of five A-level and B -level equestrian coaches about their training methods were conducted to complement the literature search and give a greater understanding to why certain methods are used or not in training horses. The results show that negative reinforcement seems to be the foundation of training horses whereas positive reinforcement is used but not to the same extent.

This reports goal is the give BSR AB more information that's useful towards their customers in marketing of their products.It involves tests of different air filters designed for cars and 3D-modelling of Opti-Flow systems. The three models thats being tested is SAAB (93SS), VAG (1.8T) and Volvo (S60). To every brand there are three different models. A orginal- , sport- and an open cone air filter (Opti-Flow).The results indicate that the open Opti-Flow filter has better performance compared to the other cased filters. The sport filters for SAAB and Volvo has better performance then the original filter.

Syftet med detta arbete har varit att undersöka om värdeflödesanalys inom produktutveckling kan hjälpa företag att effektivisera utvecklingen av produkter. Metoden för värdeflödesanalys som vi valt att prova har tagits fram av MIT. Arbetets syfte var att pröva denna metod, detta gjordes genom att utföra två studier.

The purpose of this study was to survey the occurrence of and obstacles to team training inneonatal life support in Swedish hospitals and, accordingly, to compare university hospitalswith other hospitals. The study included all the managers in 37 pediatric wards whoparticipated in telephone interviews with the aid of a questionnaire. The results showed that81 % of the Swedish hospitals that have a paediatric ward train the staff in neonatal lifesupport. All of the university hospitals and 74 % of the other hospitals are running training insome form. The methods of training varied and so did the occurrence of training.

Men vad är tredimensionellt ljud, 3D-ljud och hur kan man involveradet i Gizmo3D som inte har stöd för det? Rapporten försöker svara på den frågan men även belysa 3D-ljudforskningens hela be-greppsvärld, då den utgör grund för att kunna implementera ett 3D- ljudsystem.

Företag i Sverige styrs till största delen av män, Saab Aerotech är inget undantag. Med anledningen av detta är vårt syfte med den här studien att undersöka Saab Aerotechs chefers erfarenheter av kvinnligt chefskap.Uppsatsen är kvalitativ och baserad på intervjuer, urvalet består av fyra kvinnliga och fyra manliga chefer på Saab Aerotech. Vi har i vårt arbete valt att använda oss av Human Relations där den teoretiska grunden är organisationsteorin vilken bidrar till att förstå och förklara organisationer, samt Hirdmans genussystem och Kanters möjlighetsstruktur som belyser strukturella bestämmelser över beteende i organisationer.Resultatet visar att både individuella och organisatoriska faktorer möjliggör kvinnligt chefskap, Saab Aerotech är en öppen organisation som arbetar aktivt med att försöka ge kvinnorna möjligheten att avancera och är inte i sig hindret för kvinnligt chefskap. Detta stämmer inte riktigt överens med vad som framkommit av tidigare forskning..
