Infrastrukturförändringar och dess påverkan på den regionala utvecklingen : en studie av områden utmed E4 mellan Uppsala och Sundsvall

Under efterkrigstiden har den regionala tillväxten i industriländerna undergått en explosionsartad utveckling. Samtidigt skedde en massiv utbyggnad och förbättring av infrastrukturen. Dessa båda områdes avancemang avslutades abrupt med den globala finanskrisen under 1970-talet. När konjunkturen vände tillbaka och tillväxten tog fart igen var det däremot inte med samma starka stäv som innan krisen. Denna tröga utveckling förbluffade makroekonomerna, som sökte med ljus och lyckta efter möjliga orsaker såsom energipriser, social reglering och regioners näringslivssammansättning.

Påträffande av naturlig arsenik vid produktion och dess hantering : En fallstudie av Trafikplats Rosersberg

I Rosersberg har Trafikverket byggt en ny trafikplats under 2011-2013. Projektet stötte på komplikationer som ledde till att arbetet försenades främst på grund av förekomsten av arsenik i jord, berg samt grundvattnet. Dessa förseningar ledde till att projektet försenades med ca nio och en halv månad till en merkostnad på över 30 miljoner kronor till följd av över 200 (ÄTA).Detta projekt behandlar grundämnet arsenik i byggfasen och hur en hantering av ämnet bör gå till. Genom instudering av arbetsmaterial från projektet samt intervjuer med personer som varit inblandade har undersökningar gjorts och en sammanställning av dessa återfinns i rapporten. I rapporten har jag arbetat med att sammanfatta metoderna som Trafikverket arbetat med och hur projektet fortlöpt. Jag har även arbetat med att ta fram alternativa metoder för hantering och sanering av arsenik för grundvatten, jord- och bergmassor.Problemlösning som jag sökt svar på är:? Hur man stabiliserar arsenik och sedan hindrar det från att sprida sig från en nivå till en annan.? Hur man kan sanera och hantera arsenik när det förekommer i produktionsskedet, med en rimlig lösning.? Hur man återanvänder sanerade massorna.? Hur utförandet av sanering kan göras på kortare tid och med mindre kostnader.Dag- och grundvatten samlades i dammar som därefter pumpades ut till vägdiken för att därefter luftas genom självfall till Verkaån.

Development of real-time RT-PCR for the detection of human sapovirus in foods

Food-poisoning is a major health problem and an estimated half a million Swedes are food-poisoned annually, with acute gastroenteritis as a consequence. One of the major causes of contaminated foods is related to food- and waterborne viruses. To be able to trace back the source of contaminant, the method of detecting viruses must be specific and sensitive. No standardized method for detecting foods for sapovirus exists today. The aim of the work described in this bachelor thesis is to implement and opti-mize a real-time RT-PCR method for the detection of all genogroups of human sapovirus in foods.

Empowerment i multisystemisk terapi- en kvalitativ studie av MST teamet i Halmstad

The study was performed based on a qualitative method using a hermeneutical approach used to interpret the semi-structured interviews. The study aimed to investigate the Multisystemic therapy (MST) team in Halmstad municipality perceptions on the treatment method multisystemic therapy for youths from the ages of 12-18 years old.The questions were: Does the MST therapists experience that the MST is a method that leads to an improved situation for young people who receive the method? What do the MST therapists describe as opportunities and obstacles in the work with the method?The study builds on previous research on MST and empowerment based on MST. The study shows three therapists and an MST leader's experiences of the treatment and how it is aimed at influencing the parents and the youth for a change. From therapists statements it highlights how the MST method is designed for the young people?s motivation to change by means of the internal and external networks.

This can lead to frustration, and you can sometimes hear representatives of the church express the view that antiquarian authorities are enemies that oppose the church. On the other hand we have the antiquarian authorities that, in a way, have to act as advocates for generations to come and make sure that there is a cultural heritage preserved for them when they grow up.
