SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarSyftet med den här studien är att, genom att lyfta ut en definierad träningsgrupp, spinningtränande, från gymtränande undersöka om skillnader föreligger kring risk- och missbruk av AAS, narkotika och alkohol. Frågeställningarna som ska svara på syftet fokuseras kring hur gruppen spinningtränande förhåller sig till missbruk av AAS och narkotika jämfört med gruppen gymtränande i STAD undersökningen. Alkohol parametern jämförs mellan spinningtränande och befolkningen i övrigt efter en rapport av Källmén m.fl.MetodFör att nå fram till mina resultat har jag valt att arbeta med kvantitativ metod. Studiens avgränsningar består i spinningtränande på gym, ålderskategori arton till sextio år. De tre gym som är med i studien skiljer sig åt geografiskt i Stockholms inner- och ytterstad samt har olika ägandeformer.ResultatResultatet visar att spinningtränande inte skiljer sig från gymtränande med avseende på missbruk av AAS och narkotika.

The aim of this study was from the beginning to examine why a woman who has made an abortion comes back for another one. Why does the risk taking continue, despite the fact that abortion is perceived as emotionally hard? How can this be understood? This study consists of a literature review and semi-structured interviews. I wanted to interview women who had made a decision to have a repeated abortion, but it was difficult to get that kind of interviews. I then decided to interview the staff who meets women searching for an abortion to have their attitudes and experiences of women coming back for another abortion.

Sedan introduktionen 1992 har Balanced Scorecard blivit ett alltmer använt ekonomiskt styrsystem i större vinstdrivande företag. Däremot har Balanced Scorecard mer sällan använts i icke-vinstdrivande företag. Få ideella verksamheter använder sig av detta styrmedel, trots att det skulle kunna passa deras organisation bättre, just på grund av att det fokuserar mindre på finansiella mått. När det gäller icke-vinstdrivande organisationer är budget som enda styrsystem oftast inte optimalt. Används endast budget föreligger en risk att alltför stor vikt läggs vid kortsiktiga istället för långsiktiga mål.Med detta i åtanke är det troligt att även en icke-vinstdrivande organisation kan ha nytta av ett Balanced Scorecard, men att det borde utformas på ett annat sätt..

The accounting scandals that have attracted attention in recent years have led to internal control becoming a more central part of business activity. Doubts about what firms actually do have increased, all caused by the attention of accounting scandals. To counter this, frameworks and laws evolved and gained a significant role in the organization and its surroundings. The aim of the present study is to find out how four companies in the Kristianstad region are working to ensure its internal control and how they work to minimize risk and reduce uncertainty. We have used a qualitative method and interviewed a person in a senior position in each company.

Investment in hedge funds is a relatively new phenomenon for investors compared with other forms of savings. In recent years, the interest has increased among investors in investing their money in hedge funds, given the protection against declines in the market they are aiming for. Their main purpose is to generate a high return at a low risk regardless of market trends. This they can achieve by having fewer restrictions that offer more flexible investment strategies and freer investment opportunities.The purpose of this paper is to identify how the selected hedge fund strategies have performed during the recent economic downturn. We also want to clarify the claim that hedge funds exhibit a positive absolute return regardless of what the market is performing.In order to answer the purpose of the essay and its problems, we have used a quantitative method with a deductive approach in the processing of data.

The main purpose of this study was to translate Stuttering Severity Instrument 3 and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Five speech-language pathologists assessed 35 adults who stutter with this assessment tool. Overall the results showed a very high inter- and intrarater reliability. A highly significant correlation between Stuttering Severity Instrument 3 and ratings of severity, made by the speech-language pathologists, strengthen the validityof Stuttering Severity Instrument 3. No correlation was found between the total score of Stuttering Severity Instrument 3 and the self-report measure Overall Assessment of the Speaker's Experience of Stuttering, whichindicates a lack of social validity in Stuttering Severity Instrument 3.

Many research reports mention the fact that a huge number of all system development projects never reach a successful ending; with other words never fulfil formulated goals. By identifying and forming success factors (and in some aspect risk factors) that the project manager in practice can use, this study may be seen as a step in the direction towards minimising the high number of failed system development projects. The purpose of this research report is to investigate how a system development project, where the development process is based on a specific development or process model (in this case the Waterfall model), can and should be driven. I aim to clarify what is demanded of a project leader for the specific development process and give an account for which eventual leadership qualities that can be well suited for given situation in relation to the need for technical competence. Among other things the project manager should inspire confidence, drive, be a decision maker, engage and own some form of basic knowledge in the field of system development.

Syfte: Den geografiska aspekten hos fondsparare har inte studerats tidigare och det är därför väldigt intressant att göra en studie inom detta område. Studien görs i samarbete med en av Sveriges storbanker. Huvudsyftet med studien är att undersöka om risktagandet hos svenska fondsparande, i en av Sveriges storbanker, skiljer sig åt mellan olika län och kommuner. Jag undersöker även frågor som:·           Vilket av könen tar störst risk? ·           Tar yngre eller äldre störst risk?·           Tar äldre kvinnor större risk än äldre män?·           Beror portföljvärdet på hur stor risk placeraren tar?·           Påverkar andelsvärde av portföljens risktagande?·           Fondsparare som har sin hemvist i en storstad (Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö) tar dessa större risker än män/kvinnor som bor utanför storstäderna?·           Skiljer sig risktagandet mellan åren 2001- 2007? Metod: Den empiriska metoden multipel linjär regression, så kallad Ordinary Least Square används i studien.

An LSS officer?s activities are governed by laws and regulations and it has great power in influencing the individual's situation when reweaving its case. Officer?s actions have effects on the applicant and it can use its power and not look after the individual's best. Its interest can lie in community and his own position.

AimThe aim of this study was to investigate if the Swedish elite soccer teams, both males and females, have preventive strategies to reduce the risk of muscular injuries in the posterior thigh.MethodA survey was created and sent by mail to all (n=28) Swedish elite soccer teams in allsvenskan (both males and females) to be answered by the head of physical exercise within each team. A pilot study regarding the survey was performed by two soccer coaches on elite level and was revised afterwards. The survey was conducted between May through July 2013. In total, 18 soccer teams participated in this survey.Results10 soccer teams did not respond to the survey, which resulted in a drop out of 36%. Preventive strategies to reduce the risk of muscular injuries in the posterior thigh existed in 16 of the teams.

Hälso- och sjukvårdens utveckling har lett fram till ett marknadsstyrt system. För att kunna jämföra olika vårdgivare och utveckla kvalitén har ett flertal kvalitetsindikatorer och uppföljningsområden införts. Fallrisk är ett av dessa uppföljningsområden. I Sverige är Downton Fall Risk Index förstahandsval som fallriskbedömningsinstrument. Hälso- och sjukvård ska utformas och genomföras i samråd med patienterna.

: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur korruptionen i Vietnam påverkar företagsverksamheten ur företagens och organisationernas perspektiv. Vidare är syftet att redogöra för vad företagen och organisationerna anser att Vietnams medlemskap i WTO kan bidra med för att minska korruptionsrisken. Vi ser att påverkan av korruptionen på företagsverksamheten uppfattas av samtliga företag och organisationer som negativ. WTO och dess medlemskap bedöms kunna påverka genom ökad transparens, öppenhet och tydligare spelregler. WTO och dess medlemskap skulle utöver dagens inflytande också genom att bli berättigade till sanktioner mot landet, kunna minska korruptionen.

Detta examensarbete har syftat till att utveckla ett verktyg för att utvärdera en IT-avdelnings möjligheter till effektivisering genom att implementera Lean på IT Service Management. Verktyget har utvecklats i samarbete med Tina Eriksson på uppdrag av management och IT-management konsultbolaget Connecta AB. Connecta AB har som syfte att använda verktyget för framtida affärer. För att verktyget ska vara användbart och uppfylla Connectas krav så har fyra mål satts upp. Verktyget ska vara trovärdigt, resurseffektivt, användarvänligt samt underlätta för fortsatt arbete och implementering av Lean på IT Service Management.
