Abstract The overall aim of this paper is to examine the impact of ideologies and norms on a legal system. Against a background of a description of the hierarchy of norms in Swedish labour law and in European Union law, respectively, the paper aims to specifically demonstrate the problems caused by the different hierarchies of norms when implementing EU directives in Swedish labor law. The research question examines how the trade unions? right to industrial action towards an undertaker providing transnational services by posting of workers, is affected by the implementation of the Directive 96/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1996 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services. The paper answers the question under what conditions the Swedish trade unions have the right to take industrial action in situations of posting of workers. Through the study of sources of law and adhering to traditional jurisprudence, this paper investigates the legislation regarding trade unions? Rights to take industrial action in situations of posting of workers. In addition to the jurisprudential research, a glance at the history of ideologies is provided.

Interest deduction limitation rules have an important function as the regulations prevent the Swedish tax base to decrease. However, the restrictions must not be at the expense of the business environment. Interest deduction limitation rules that do not work in a satisfactory manner are likely to make Sweden a less favourable country to establish in. The first Swedish rules which were aimed to restrict interest deduction threaded into force in 2009. The rules were applicable to intercompany loans related to acquisitions of part ownership Rights and the aim was to reduce tax avoidance through corporate group-loans. The rules proved to be ineffective since the avoidance continued and the Swedish rules could not tackle the problem.

SammanfattningKonsumtion och ekonomi är områden som på olika sätt påverkar människors liv. Forskning visar att värderingar, identiteter och idéer grundas på konsumtion. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka elevernas attityder, kunskaper och beteenden inom konsumtion och ekonomi som är ett kunskapsområde inom ämnet hem- och konsumentkunskap. Författaren var även intresserad av att undersöka om det fanns skillnader mellan två skolor bland elever i årskurs nio som skiljer sig åt vad gäller upptagningsområde och skolans geografiska läge. 153 enkäter delades ut och resultatet analyserades med dataprogrammet IBM Statistics Version 20 (SPSS 2010).

The purpose of this essay is to examine how public libraries work with children's books, in other languages thanSwedish, regarding acquisitions. The purpose is also to describe what the libraries assignments are in regard tochildren with non-Swedish backgrounds. This is then put in a relation to the libraries democratic assignment.The main questions are: What are the libraries' assignments, as described in the libraries regulations? How do thelibraries work to fulfil their assignments?To answer these questions a survey in two parts has been carried out. The first is a study of the libraries'regulations, and various handbooks that serve as an inspiration for librarians.

The master's thesis investigates how the concept traditional knowledge is represented by international organizations that are influential in development work and policy making. Departing from a theoretical framework drawing on Michel Foucault, constructed aspects of knowledge and the power relations knowledge production implies are highlighted.A recent interest within library and information science and practice to document this kind of knowledge raises questions about how traditional knowledge differs from other forms of knowledge and how knowledge organizational tools can be applied. Investigations, which critically explore the concept traditional knowledge, the power relations the concept creates as well as the interests and purposes it serves, have been surprisingly absent within the discipline. The focus in this master's thesis is how traditional knowledge is conceptualized by international organizations. A discourse analytical approach reveals the power relations that are inherent in their descriptions of traditional knowledge and how they describe the relevance of the concept for their work.

?Liberal Democracy? is a common term in political theory, and it is used as if it had a commonly accepted referent, with both normative and descriptive content. This is certainly the case in democratic theory, where it on the one hand seems to refer to a normative democratic model; on the other hand it is used descriptively, to refer to real-life democracies. The deliberative democratic sub-field is not an exception; on the contrary, the term is frequently used albeit rarely defined; yet the concept it refers to is supposedly developed enough to allow detailed propositions about its citizens?s political behaviour.This essay is an attempt to analyze how Liberal Democracy is used by three deliberative democrats (Jürgen Habermas, John Dryzek and Stephen Elstub), in order to understand the democratic model (or models), whether normative or descriptive, they refer to.

In this project, we are studying the material flow and the information flow of sample materials and the appurtenant report of deviation for the purpose to be able to suggest better solutions. The sample material, which is to be analysed, is to be continuously taken from the production flow. The purpose is to navigate the process by the results found by the analysis. Because of this, it's very important that both methods of analysis are ensured and that the sample material is representative for the production flow. However, even more importantly, is that activities and transportations, combined with both flows, must perform in a quick and correct way in order to maintain or improve Höganäs AB's competitive strength.According to reports are about 20 products per day not available, for loading, at the time of delivery.

Vi har valt att belysa skam i den somatiska vården, då vi upplever att det sällan talas om skam som är förknippad med somatisk sjukdom. För att skapa balans i tillvaron och stärka välbefinnandet, den fysiska och psykiska hälsan bör patienten mötas med respekt och värdighet. Sjuksköterskan skall enligt ICN lindra lidande, återställa och främja hälsa, förebygga sjukdom vara öppen inför andra människors värderingar och upprätthålla en miljö där det värnas om mänskliga rättigheter. Vård skall enligt HSL ges med respekt och på lika villkor och den enskilda människans värdighet skall beaktas. Syftet med studien var att belysa patienters beskrivningar av företeelser som leder till skam.

Common to the problems faced by many agencies and important associations that dealt with its often derive personal and sensitive issues. The purpose of this study is to highlight how veterinarians and animal welfare inspectors on the counties of Blekinge, Kronoberg and Kalmar experience the interaction of regulatory and prohibition cases. Länsstyrelsen is the one that can decide what is to happen to an animal that has been kept under bad conditions.

I samma tidsperiod började de mänskliga rättigheterna sitt intåg på den internationella scenen. "Allas likhet i värde och rättigheter" tydliggjordes i FN:s allmänna förklaring om de mänskliga rättigheterna, som mynnade ut i flertalet konventioner, vilka Sverige inte varit sena på att ratificera. Trots att Sverige har undertecknat och ratificerat konventionerna som förkunnade allas lika värde, var det ändock tveksamt om alla behandlades lika i landet.Sverige blundade länge för förekomsten av diskriminering, åtminstone på grund av etnicitet och religion.

 AbstractMedia has since a long time back been writing about extensive thievery of recreational boats and their engines. The value of the stolen goods is estimated to several hundreds of million Swedish crowns per year. The widespread stealing creates a secondary market where boats sometimes are sold by sellers that do not have the Rights to sell the boat. This creates risk for the buyer who most often is a private person. A situation the buyer can face is that the boat was stolen and that the original owner can demand to get the boat or engine back.

Introduktion: Föräldrar till barn med funktionsnedsättning är en grupp som i högre grad än andra föräldrar lider av psykisk ohälsa i form av exempelvis oro och nedstämdhet. Det är utmanande för dessa föräldrar att försöka överblicka och mobilisera de stöd och resurser som finns tillgängligt för deras barn. Forskning visar att bristande samverkan mellan olika professioner och vårdinrättningar samt bristande kunskap gör att det blir ytterligare utmaningar för dessa föräldrar. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur föräldrar till barn, ungdomar och unga vuxna med diagnos inom autismspektrat upplevt stöd från vård och omsorg.Metod: En kvalitativ design med intervjuer valdes. Datainsamlingen genomfördes genom autismföreningen i Göteborg där föräldrar till barn, ungdomar och unga vuxna med autismspektrumtillstånd tillfrågades.

Föremålet för denna studie är den gränsdragning mellan individens bästa och kollektivets bästa som alla samhällen måste göra. Närmare bestämt är det den centrala roll som framväxten av individuella rättigheter har inneburit för denna gränsdragning som är utgångspunkten för granskningen. Uppsatsen visar på hur inte bara det demokratiska systemets uppbyggnad, med sin syn på maktdelning och rättigheter, utan även synen på den gällande rätten är nödvändiga komponenter för att kunna göra denna gränsdragning på ett bra sätt. Min ståndpunkt har blivit att vad gäller den här gränsdragningen är den verksamhet som bedrivs i domstolar inte stort skild ifrån den verksamhet som bedrivs i det lagstiftande organet. Detta innebär att min syn på begreppet gällande rätt blir vidare än i den gängse, mer strikt rättspositivistiska, uppfattningen.
