Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur beroende musiken är av dess stilistiska och karaktäristiska egenskaper. Jag har valt att studera epokerna barocken och nutida musik. This project is connected to thedevelopment of a new and simplified tilt system for rail vehicles.Growing competition from other means of transportation has forced railway companiesthroughout the world to search for increased performances.Travelling time is the mostobvious performance indicator that may be improved by introducing high-speed trains.They require very large curve radii and long transitions curves not to impairRidecomfort, another performance indicator. Building new tracks adapted to high speedtrains is very costly and can only be justified where the passenger base is large.Trains with the capability to tilt the carbodies inwards the curve is a more cost efficientalternative. The tilt inwards reduces thelateral force felt by the passengers allowing thetrain to pass curves at enhanced speed with maintained Ride comfort but increases thefrequency ofmotion sickness.The benefits of tilting trains are improved speed capability in curves and enhancedpassengers comfort, but at higher buying and maintenance cost. As the conventionaltrains increase their speed in curves, the performance advantage of tilting trains isreduced while their prize is still kept significantly higher and constant.

Today we can create digital 3D models which can be realised almost instantly through production methods such as 3D printing and computer controlled milling.What if this same technology could be applied to the development and construction of terrain parks?With snow as the material tools could be developed using similar principles to design and sculpt the surface, only on a larger scale.How would terrain park designers adapt their process to use this new technology? SUMMARYThere was no previous study in what high level dressage Riders had for ideas of how to best prepare for their training sessions with an instructor. Neither any study of how high level dressage Riders seemed to be more or less susceptible to the instructions from their instructor during their training sessions. If the sport had more knowledge about this, it might result in more Riders on a higher level. The purpose of this study was to find out how high level dressage Riders are preparing themselves for the best result for an instructor led training session and how they could bring as much as possible instructions from the coach. The two questions of the study were: How are high level dressage Riders preparing themselves for a training session with an instructor, practically and mentally, and how can they affect their susceptibility to instructions?The study was carried out both by reviewing existing literature and studies in general education and pedagogy in the riding education, and by a qualitative interview study of six dressage Riders who rode on a difficult level at the competitions, during the year of 2009.

The aim of this study has been to investigate actors? methods for acquiring information that is necessary for their profession, with a focus on the more random methods they might possibly use. The study is based on the following questions: What information needs do actors have in relation to their profession? Which methods do actors use to procure information? Which information systems do actors use? What role does the library play in the actors? acquisition of information? Through an interview study with 10 informants a picture is formed of the actors? information behavior. With the help of theoretical ideas regarding random methods of acquisition, we describe which information needs actors have and how they acquire that information.

Föreslaget ska fungera som underlag och inspirationskälla för att visa hur området kan nyexploateras såvida de stora och störande anläggningarna i området flyttas ut till stadens periferi, där de en gång förlades. Nu har staden växt och området har god potential att integrerads med Kristianstads centrum. Målet för det nedgångna och lågexploaterade verksamhetsområdet har varit att skapa en måttfull, vacker och attraktiv funktionsblandad stadsdel med mark för bostäder, arbetsplatser, handel och rekreation. Områdets närhet till Kristianstads centrum har gjort att innerstadens utformning av kvarter, parker, torg och rumsbildningar har varit förebild för den nya stadsdelen.

AbstractIn order to investigate whether people living in Linköping city feel that the built environment affects their exercise habits, a quantitative cross-sectional study with qualitative elements was conducted. A questionnaire was the chosen approach in which information about exercise habits, education level, built environment was requested. The selected group was people working at Skatteverket in Linköping where many people work and where age, gender and education level varies. The built environment does affect the exercise habits, where major proportions choose to exercise in areas considered inviting. The majority of the respondents had a tertiary education, and many lived in the city of Linköping.

Planförslagets har däremot vägt upp centrumets nackdelar med för få grönytor och för få varierande bostadsalternativ. Resultatet blev ett planförslag innehållande ca 2.500 bostäder med varierande husutformning, två nya boulevarder dit mer kommers med liv och rörelse förläggs, kajpromenad längs med Helge å för att öka vattenkontakten, ett torg, flera parker samt ett ?park and Ride? tåg.

Their ambition to broaden the market horizon has led to a discussion about also selling vehicle simulation solutions, both for military and civilian use.The aim of this thesis is to investigate the driver?s experiences of the accelerations he or she is exposed to whilst driving in rough terrain. The results may be used as a basis for future decisions and can act as a platform for the construction of an effective simulation model.To investigate the driver?s exposure of acceleration, some kind of dynamic simulation is needed.
