Den öländska älgstammens förvaltning : en granskning av förvaltningsplanerna och jaktens upplägg
To Swedes in general and, to hunters in particular, there is a great interest for moose (Alces alces), witch is Sweden?s largest deer species. In the province of Öland (Sweden?s second largest island) the local people show a great interest for the moose existence, both for consumptive (hunting) and non-consumptive use (tourism). This became apparent in 2002 when the moose hunters on Öland voluntary agreed to temporarily postpone the moose hunt on the island.

A Dutch study of some EU countries has noticed that an early retirement from labor in many countries is considered as a social right. This has created an ?early exit-culture?. Large early outflows of the labor have created an institutionalization, the right to cease work early.
Examinerade Sjöingenjörer : En fallstudie kring deras första anställning
Efter att ha fått en Sjöingenjörsexamen och samlat ihop alla certifikat som behövs står studenten färdig att arbeta som vakthavande maskinbefäl på fartyg. Frågor som individen ställer sig själv när han/hon står där, redo att påbörja en ny fas i sitt liv är frågor såsom: Var skulle jag vilja jobba?, När får jag ett jobb? och Hur skaffar jag mig ett jobb? Syftet med denna studie är att försöka skapa en bild av hur det har sett ut de senare åren för examinerade sjöingenjörer från Kalmar Sjöfartshögskola att komma ut på arbetsmarknaden.Metoden som användes var i form av ett frågeformulär som skickades ut till tidigare studenter som tog examen från Kalmar under åren 2009, 2010 och 2011. De gavs möjligheten att svara på en webbenkät eller att svara på en postenkät som skickades till deras folkbokföringsadresser.Studien innefattade totalt 36 personer, varav 20 personer valde att delta. Resultat från studien visar att av de 20 personer som valde att delta hittade samtliga personer arbete till sjöss.

The climate crisis represents a serious threat to both people and nature and it will exacerbate existing inequalities, especially for women and girls who are most at risk yet have contributed least to the problem. Climate adaptation is critical to addressing the challenges of climate change, and it requires integrating a gender perspective to take into account the specific vulnerabilities faced by women and girls, as highlighted in the Paris Agreement. This study examines the implementation of gender perspectives in Swedish governmental climate change adaptation strategies. By applying a qualitative content analysis to 24 government agencies? action plans, the study investigates how gender equality is addressed in the context of climate change adaptation.

The Working Hours Act regulates the working time conditions and together with the Working Time Directive of EU both acts aim to protect the workers. However, with The Swedish Model it is possible to diverge from the law-regulations by collective agreement by the parts of the Swedish labor market. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the national and international law regulations and further on study a few selected Swedish central collective agreements to discover in which extension deviation from the law occur. The sections of the Working Hours Act?s that has been investigated is ordinary working time, daily rest, weekly rest periods, breaks and maximum weekly working time.

At the turn of the year 2009/2010 there was a change in the regulations on sickness impact. This led to 328 persons in County of Kronoberg had an expired period of sickness benefit from the Social Insurance Office (Försäkringskassan) when they reached the maximum time for sickness or temporary disability compensation. These individuals were offered introductory programs with the employment services. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the population with expired period of sickness benefit from the Regional Social Insurance Office in the County of Kronoberg (Försäkringskassan Kronoberg) is described in the initial stage, and to explore how individuals who achieved expired period of sickness benefit from the Social Insurance Office (Försäkringskassan) talks about the meaning to get an expired period of sickness benefit regarding economic and social issues. The study was inspired by Grounded theory.
Modellering och simulering av det evaporativa bränslesystemet i en personbil
This thesis work has been performed at the department of diagnosis and dependability at Volvo Car Company, Torslanda. The background of this project is based on interest in ascertaining how different factors possibly can affect a diagnosis method, which has been developed to find leaks in the fuel tank and evaporation system. According to the OBD II requirements leaks with an orifice diameter larger or equal to 0,5 mm, must be detected. The idea of the diagnosis method is to create an over pressure in the system with an air-pump. The current through the pump is measured and correlates to the power consumed by the pump.

In this paper, the legal situation regarding freedom of expression versus the duty of loyalty is investigated, this in a context where an employee makes critical statements about his employer through social media.The duty of loyalty is a part of all employment relationships and it follows implicit from the contract regardless of whether it is specified in it or not. This duty means that an employee is required to put the employer's interests before his own and avoid all situations that end up in collision of the duties. The employee may no t either act in such a way that is intended to harm the employer. This means that the employee must be even off duty careful not to appear disloyal to the employer. This may lead to that a status update on Facebook, even when made on the employee's free time, can be regarded as disloyal conduct, with the dismissal or disciplinary action as a result.Case law states that the point of departure regarding criticizing the employer must be that the employee has an extensive such a possibility to that, without that being considered as disloyal conduct.

Ett av de vanligaste sätten att bedriva näringsverksamhet i Sverige är genom att bilda ett aktiebolag. De svenska aktiebolagen regleras genom ett omfattande regelverk i aktiebolagslagen. Ägarna i ett privat aktiebolag är inte alltid tillfreds med reglerna i aktiebolagslagen, utan vill reglera vissa förhållanden ytterligare mellan sig. Aktieägarna har möjlighet att genom aktieägaravtal reglera vissa förutsättningar för verksamheten.När aktieägarna väljer att reglera vissa förhållanden mellan sig i ett aktieägaravtal kan det uppstå skillnader mellan vad som gäller enligt aktieägaravtalet och vad som gäller enligt aktiebolagslagen. Det råder en självständighet mellan avtalsrätten och aktiebolagsrätten vilken innebär att aktieägarna inte med bindande verkan kan avtala vissa förhållanden sinsemellan samt att avtalet inte ses som aktiebolagsrättsligt gällande i vissa fall.Uppsatsen har som syfte att utreda de rättsverkningar som ett aktieägaravtal kan ge upphov till i två situationer, det handlar dels om när avtalsparterna är aktieägare, dels när avtalsparterna är styrelseledamöterna.

Abstract.In Sweden today, a collaboration was formed between the Swedish Sport Confederation andthe Swedish upper secondary school education. While this process was taking place, theSwedish Sport Confederation also tried to collaborate with the Swedish Academy. However,at the time the Academy did not have any involvement with the former.The purpose of the study was to research when and how the Swedish Sport Confederationcreated a collaboration with the Swedish Education Systems both on a National and Locallevel. I have also done a research on both the Knowledge Society and Elite sport talents tofind out if Elite sport will be affected in any way because of the existence of Knowledge Society,and also the reactions of the sports talents if any. My final pursuit was also to find out ifthe Knowledge Society can bring about a quick change to this silent conflict between theSwedish Sport Confederation and the Swedish Academy.For my study, I have used two different theories.

The economic policy of the Swedish Social Democrats has undergone major changes during the last thirty years. From using a so-called Keynesian policy to promote full employment in the economy, the Social Democrats have switched to a more monetaristic policy to promote low inflation instead. What I intend to do with this study is to see if the policy change also can be noticed in how the party describe their own policy. Have the Social Democrats been open and transparent with their change in priorities, or have they tried to hide this in their rhetoric?The purpose of this thesis is to examine if one can notice a change from a Keynesian to a monetaristic policy in the Social Democrat?s descriptions of their economic policy.

A reorganization that is popular among companies today is Lean. Lean is aconcept that was developed within the Japanese automotive industry, but has evolvedfrom the Japanese shop floor and is now a concept that can be found in, for example,several Swedish municipalities.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to create an understanding of why the conceptLean may have difficulty getting a hold in the in the long term.Methodology: The study was done with a qualitative research approach and through anabductive approach. As we intended to create an understanding, of what potentialbarriers that may affect that a Lean work, in some cases, does not become a long-termcondition, it seemed natural to choose a hermeneutic approach to knowledge. Theempirical data collected via individual unstructured interviews, through a groupinterview, and by non-participant observations.

Incompatibility between donors and recipients can cause fatal hemolytic transfusion reactions (HTR), kidney damage and death and immunization of the recipient. Antigens on the surface of erythrocytes in the ABO blood group system and regular natural antibodies against these in the patient?s plasma must be considered. An individual always has a corresponding antibody of IgM in their plasma. Irregular antibodies acquired by transfusion or pregnancy and active in body temperature also cause the HTR incompatibility.
Är hälsan beroende av anställningsform? : en jämförande studie av inhyrd och direkt anställd personal
Som en följd av samhällets utveckling väljer företag idag att periodvis hyra in personal från bemanningsföretag för att kunna klara av de nya krav som ställs. Syftet med denna studie var att jämföra det psykiska välbefinnandet hos arbetstagare i två olika anställningsformer i relation till den upplevda psykosociala arbetsmiljön. För att besvara syftet konstruerades en enkät som delades ut till två olika grupper av arbetstagare som arbetade på samma företag dock med olika förutsättningar. Hälften var inhyrda medan den andra hälften var direkt anställda av företaget. Totalt delades 78 enkäter ut och svarsfrekvensen blev 59 procent.
Sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att vårda äldre personer som uppvisar beteendemässiga och psykologiska symtom vid demenssjukdom : en intervjustudie
The aim: was to describe and compare a group of experts and critical care nurses' agreement in detecting delirium in intubated, ventilator treated patients with sedation / analgesia, before and after an in house training intervention with the instrument Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU).Method: A quasi-experimental study, one group pretest - posttest design. A convenience sample of 17 critical care nurses in a general intensive care unit included. To detect delirium the instrument CAM-ICU was used, 21 paired tests before and 22 after an educational intervention.Main Results: The results showed that after an in house training intervention sensitivity and kappa coefficient improved of the characteristic 1 "acute onset and fluctuating course," an improvement that was significant. In other features, and overall values were signs of numerical improvement and deterioration in sensitivity, specificity and kappa coefficient but no significant change.Conclusion: Implementing a new instrument for detecting delirium in clinical practice requires education and follow-up. A small sample of critical care nurses with varying ability to use the new instrument and the fact that patients' status may change rapidly making it difficult to draw any conclusions from this study.
