Background: It has been shown that EDI can yield positive effects within companies. Which effects are possible for a company to direct assign to the introduction of EDI and is it possible to estimate the total effect.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to estimate and analyze the effects of using EDI in electronic business. We also want to contribute with a model for measure and estimate the effects of EDI.Accomplishment: We have studied literature concering EDI and realized a preliminary studie in form of interviews with experts to establish deeper knowledge of EDI. We have also tried to estimate the effects obtained in companies in three different businesses, power, government and transport industry.Result: To obtain as good effects as possible it is important that the co- oporation is built on trust and engagement. Before implementing the EDI-system a thorough overhaul of the processes in the company should be done, involving both the top managers and the staff.

The world is increasingly coalescing, ecologically, economically and culturally. Many problems can no longer be solved within the own state borders and the limitation of the territorial state is obvious. The aim of this study is to review the commercial quail production for eggs and meat in the world. Another aim is to review the potential for increased production. Globally the quail production is very small, except in China where it is the second largest poultry industry. The production globally is small despite the quail's rapid growth, early sexual maturity and its high feed efficiency. The quail is also used as a laboratory animal and can be reared to be released in hunting areas.

Background: Osteoarthritis is understood to be a common cause of pain and dysfunction in cats; however there are few validated pain assessment methods for chronic pain in cats. In order to design a proper pain questionnaire, it usability need to be tested in both sound and sick cats. Aim: The aim was to investigate the usability of the pain questionnaire ?Lifestyle changes in cats? by compiling the results from the pain questionnaire reflecting the lifestyle in 30 healthy cats and compare it to the results from a clinical examination, as well as proposing improvements and additions to the questionnaire based on a literature review. Material and method: 30 healthy cats participated in the pilot study; the pet owner filled out a pain questionnaire with 16 questions regarding their cat´s behavioral and eventual changes in behavior and physical function. Thereafter the cat walked over a pressure measurement mat and finally underwent an orthopedic-directed clinical examination. The literature was found on Web of Knowledge, PubMed, Sciencedirect, and Google Scholar and also with the help of my supervisors.

By using open interviews we have been able to get an open dialog with our respondents.Theory: We have compared with different theories, such as Rombach?s budget-theory and Wildavsky?s role theory.Empirics: The material is based on interviews and conversations with key figures in different levels of the organisations in Landskrona and Kristianstad.Conclusions: The success of a cost-saving process depends on the engagement, awareness and how inclined to changes the persons in the organisations are. Syftet med studien var att studera sambandet mellan arbetsmotivation och arbetsengagemang samt hur skilda yrkestillhörigheter påverkar utfallet. Studien genomfördes på ett företag i byggbranschen med sammanlagt 72 anställda varav 54 deltog i undersökningen och fokus låg på inre motivation, arbetsengagemang samt branschens två huvudsakliga yrkeskategorier; tjänstemän och yrkesarbetare. Inre motivation har mätts med enkäten Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation Scale (WEIMS) som grundar sig på Self-Determination Theory. Arbetsengagemang mättes med hjälp av en förkortad version av enkäten Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Resultatet visade att inre motivation var positivt relaterat tillarbetsengagemang och tjänstemän visade genomgående högre grad av inre motivation och arbetsengagemang i jämförelse med yrkesarbetare.

Brottsofferjouren är en förening som bygger på frivilliga krafter och engagemang och huvudsyftet med verksamheten är att fungera som medmänniskor samt informatörer när det gäller rättsprocessen och försäkringsfrågor. Syftet med studien var att lyfta fram centrala motiv till det ideella arbetet och även ge en inblick i dessa människors uppdrag inom brottsofferjouren. Detta skapar en förståelse och fördjupning i vad som motiverar dessa människor att ge av sin tid och sitt engagemang. Metoden för studien var induktiv tematisk analys och åtta semistrukturerade intervjuer med 6 pensionärer och 2 högskolestuderande låg till grund för analysen.

Datainsamlingen bygger på en enkätundersökning konturerad utifrån utvalda frågor från två tidigare, redan väl beprövade mätinstrument. Resultaten indikerar att det fanns ett signifikant samband mellan Tiden anställd och chef har arbetat tillsammans och attityd till ledarskap. Background: Pressure ulcers have during a long time ages caused great suffering for the patients. The factors affecting the occurrence of pressure ulcers can be both internal and external, such as immobility and malnutrition. Nurses´ role is to assess risks and thus pay attention to prevent and treat pressure ulcers. The nurse may use various assessment tools to highlight and document patients at risk for developing pressure ulcers. Sweden, being a multicultural society, has an increased need for transcultural care. The purpose of this literature review is to provide, through Madeleine Leinger's Culture Care-theory and her Sunrise model, a greater knowledge to nurses and to other professions within the health care units in meeting with circumcised or genitally mutilated girls or women. The result is based upon two scientific dissertations and nine scientific studies. It emerged mainly the etic (outsider) perspective. To underline the emic (insider) perspective, pure literature and fiction have been used.

Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande litteraturstudie var att beskriva vilka omvårdnadsåtgärder sjuksköterskan kan använda sig av i det trycksårspreventiva arbetet. Syftet var även att granska urvalsmetoden som de inkluderade artiklarna har använt sig av.Metod: Artiklar publicerade mellan 2007 och 2013 söktes i databaserna CINAHL och PubMed. Resultatet baserades på tretton artiklar.Resultat: Resultatet utmynnade i fyra kategorier: 1) Riskbedömning; med användandet av ett riskbedömningsinstrument i det dagliga omvårdnadsarbetet minskade förekomsten av trycksår. Det framkom att sjuksköterskans kliniska blick var viktig för att upptäcka patienter med risk för att utveckla trycksår. 2) Tryckavlastande underlag; användande av tryckavlastande underlag var en viktig åtgärd för att förebygga uppkomst av trycksår.
