ProblemSvårigheten som Länsförsäkringar Bergslagen upplever är att identifiera, definiera och kommunicera sitt samhällsansvar, då vi upplever att de har en viss osäkerhet med vad begreppet innefattar. SyfteSyftet med studien är att beskriva hur Länsförsäkringar Bergslagen arbetar med samhällsansvar idag. MetodVi har genomfört två kvalitativa intervjuer och flera strukturerade kortintervju för att samla in den empiriska datan.  Den data vi har samlat in har sedan ställts mot teori i ett försök att besvara studiens syfte samt besvara studiens huvudfråga och delfrågor. SlutsatsLänsförsäkringar Bergslagen säger sig arbeta med CSR, men det uppkom under studiens gång att de inte är insatta i vad som innefattas i begreppet. För att försöka identifiera och definiera sitt ansvar tror vi att de som första åtgärd behöver se hur andra aktörer inom samma bransch väljer att arbeta med CSR. Detta för att få en förståelse för vad som kan innefattas i begreppet, inom den verksamheten de verkar..

Under senare tid har trycket på företag från statliga organ, media och vanliga medborgare vad gäller socialt ansvar ökat. Detta har medfört ett ökat intresse från företag världen över vad gäller sociala frågor och företagens egna ansvar gentemot dessa. Vår undersökning var en dokumentanalys av Sveriges tjugo största börsnoterade företag och dess retorik kring corporate social Responsibility (CSR). Genom att använda Porter och Kramers teori om strategisk CSR har vi därefter undersökt hur retoriken kring företagens CSR arbete har förts kring frågor som behandlar strategisk alternativt kosmetisk CSR. Genom att kontrollera hur dessa företag valt att föra fram sitt CSR arbete i årsredovisningar och CSR rapporter har vi dragit slutsatsen att det finns mycket arbete kvar att göra för majoriteten av företagen.

The essay is written at the request of Nyköping municipality park management by PatRadestedt who wanted a design proposal for one of the five courtyards at the Tessin Schoolin Nyköping. The Tessin School is located 2 miles from the center of Nyköping and the schoolhouses approximately 900 students. To make a design proposal for the courtyard that lies atthe canteen I decided from the outset that I wanted to take some of the Tessin SchoolStudents' opinions and wishes regarding their own outdoor spaces. I had a workshop witheight students from the arts program with the image orientation in which they had to drawand tell them what they wanted to do in the courtyard. The outcome of the workshop, Iused to move forward in my future work with a concept that fit into the environment, wethen apply it in my final design proposal.

The purpose of this study is to examine how six teachers, who work in two different schools, assess the methods Friends and Mombus in terms of bullying prevention. The Curriculum for elementary school (Lpo 94) emphasizes that it is the employees of schools who carry the main Responsibility for preventing bullying among pupils. One of the main results of this study is that teachers, in addition to their work with Friends or Mombus, also need to use alternative methods to prevent bullying. I denna studie undersöker vi hur två utrikespolitiska aktörer, USA och EU, i tre empiriska fall tolkat element ur folkrätten. Vi låter två diskurser som bottnar i FN-stadgans rättighet till självförsvar samt en nyare norm som berör statens ansvar att skydda sina medborgare belysa hur aktörerna förhållit sig till folkrätten.Genom en kvalitativ textanalys av aktörernas folkrättsliga beteende i dessa fall visar vi att båda aktörerna söker att förankra sitt utrikespolitiska agerande i folkrättsliga termer. Vidare visar vi att folkrätten är ett tänjbart begrepp för aktörerna, framför allt för USA.Med hjälp av en teori om att det internationella systemet i första hand är strukturerat av folkrätt förklarar vi det båda aktörerna säger folkrättsligt, medan det de faktiskt gör måste förklaras med hjälp av andra teorier inom internationell politik..

In this essay I will examine how BP, one of the largest companies in the world, broke rank with the industry and devoted itself to being an environmental friendly oil company. The actions and motives of this change will be evaluated through up-to-date theories about company motivation to environmental adaptation. We see that BP:s transformation can be well explained through Simone Pulvers theory about the socially embedded company.
