This paper aims to analyze how child restraint systems (CRS) in cars should be positioned to protect children at the ages 1 to 5. The study is preformed in co-operation with the Swedish insurance company Folksam. Data from Folksam´s database on car crashes in the years 1999-2004 is being used in this study. Every child in the ages 1 to 5 was searched for in the database, which resulted in 184 observations. To perform the analysis, categorical data analysis is suitable.

This thesis was commissioned by Tekniska verken, Energy Division with the overall aim to investigate the concept of environmental debt and what it means for a business. Furthermore, a sustainable risk and responsibility investigation shall be carried out on the concerned areas. Finally, the priority areas shall be highlighted and proposed actions presented. The Swedish Environmental debt concept was presented in 1992 by Arne Jarnelöv. Environmental debt is defined as restoration costs for environmental damage. In the early days the concept did not take into account who was responsible, but the environmental debts was regarded as a humanity debt to future generations.

The survey aims to shed light on traditional and contemporary bottom floor frames, their construction and different insulating materials; mineral wool, wood shavings and charcoal. The purpose is to analyze and discuss the similarities and differences as well as the pros and cons with a focus on the construction and the different insulating materials. The work has been limited to comparing two different wooden floor frames. The first one is based on a real floor frame from an older building, this example is presented as the traditional floor frame in this study and are from around 1940. The other floor frame is presented as a contemporary floor frame and is based on wood building type descriptions and literature.

Det övergripande syftet med denna litteraturgranskning är att ta reda på hur idrotten har förändrats i läroplanen från 1962 till 2011 och studien tar även upp hur läroplanerna har utvecklats ur ett samhällsperspektiv. Studien visar att ämnet idrott har genomgått en tydlig förändring och att skid- och skridkoåkningen har försvunnit ur läroplanen sakta men säkert. I resultatdelen tas det även upp hur samhället har haft en bidragande faktor till läroplanens utformning. Metoden till arbetet är en litteraturgranskning där läroplanerna sätter grunden för studien. För att stärka resultatdelen så har även en innehållsanalys använts för att förtydliga skid- och skridskoåkningens förändring..

The principle of beneficence refers to a moral obligation to act for the benefit of others. In heath care, the good or benefit in question is the restoration of the health of the patient. In fulfilling this obligation of beneficence, the physician sometimes intentionally overrides the patient?s preferences or actions for the purpose of benefiting the patient.

This study is based on interviews with six students from Stockholm that have shared their feelings/opinions about how they experience their identity as a student. The aim of this master?s thesis is to examine how the identity of students is constructed but also how the post modern society affects the life that the students are living. Studien har etablerat att det finns alternativa utgångar för företag som kommunicerade ut CSR under finanskrisen. Den ena stigen skildrar CSR-kommunikation i dystert manér, på så sätt att åtagandet bortprioriterades under finanskrisen, medan en annan stig skildrar att CSR-kommunikation användes som ett sätt att dra ekonomiska fördelar. Det kan därmed poneras att finanskrisen har påverkat svenska företags CSR-kommunikationer. En ytterligare annan stig skildrar dock att finanskrisen inte påverkade företags CSR-kommunikationer.Syfte: Studiens syfte är att undersöka om och hur och varför eller varför inte finanskrisen har påverkat CSR-kommunikationer i Sverige, genom att fokusera på indikatorer för CSR och ställa frågor till företagsansvariga.Metod: Studien utgår från en kvantitativ undersökningsmetod, därvid data samlades in genom datoriserad innehållsanalys och webbenkäter.

In Sweden the divorce rates has increased during the latter part of the 20th century. For many children it?s everyday life growing up with parents no longer living together. The Parental Code states that "The child's best interests must be central to any decision in custody, residence and access." But what does the child?s best interest really mean and how do we investigate it? We decided to investigate its meaning by interviewing social workers regarding their interpretations of the child's best interests from a family law perspective.
