In today?s´ multicultural society increasing numbers of school librarians are faced with a relatively new target group of pupils. This group is linguistically less homogenous than previously and this requires modern adaptations of pedagogic methods.Information literacy and reading promotion are two important topics that school librarians work with. Information literacy is essential for problem based tuition and to increase it requires a well developed language. This study is focusing of the school librarians work with reading promotions.

Bakgrund: Att vårdas i hemmet istället för på sjukhus eller på vårdboende blir vanligare då antalet sjukhusplatser minskar och nya typer av vårdformer etablerats. Detta kan innebära att sjuksköterskor någon gång under sitt yrkesverksamma liv kan komma att vårda patienter i deras eget hem och på så sätt lämna den miljö som sjuksköterskan vanligtvis är van vid. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att med utgångspunkt från; roll, relation och bemötande studera sjuksköterskors upplevelse av att vårda och bemöta patienter som får palliativ vård i hemmet. Metod: Empirisk intervjustudie med en deduktiv kvalitativ ansats, där semistrukturerade frågor utefter intervjuguide användes. Insamlad data analyserades med manifest innehållsanalys. Resultat: Skillnader i upplevelsen mellan roll, relation och bemötande uppfattades då vård av patient bedrevs i hemmet i förhållande till på sjukhus. Klara skillnader av sjuksköterskerollen kunde ses då sjuksköterskan var civilklädd. I relationen till patienten upplevs det mer personlig när sjuksköterskan bjöds in till patienten hem.

The struggle for the customer has become a priority for the fashion industriesconsidering that it is the customers? willing to shop that guarantees theircontinuous survival on today?s competitive market. To keep the customer happyand satisfied, should be their priority as this leads to an economic advantagesince the customer becomes the companies strongest allay with help of the socalled ?word of mouth? effect. The positive response is then transmitted fromthe customer, acting as a spokes- person for the company.

My essay is on the subject of teachers work environment with focus on noise and communication. In the essay questions are raised on how a teacher can influence his or hers noisy work environment. A school is a large work place with many employees and is owned and administered by the county municipality which is an even bigger workplace. How big an acting space does a teacher have in such a large organization?My methods of research on these questions have been to conduct interviews and analyzing documentation from The Swedish Work Environment Authority.

The report addresses four main tasks, situation analysis of the company's total costs and transportation volume, cost analysis associated with the adjustment of the filling ratio, transport costs for the expansion and new expenses on a combination of expansion with new adjusted filling ratio.  Increasing transport costs for the company was the main reason for the request of the current situation analysis. A survey of the total cost with the actual volumes and transport provider pricing is the basis of the analysis that extends from May 2006 to October 2008. The results show an increase in costs, both overall expense and per cubic meter of transported goods. Volume spreads, trends, and seasonal variations are according to our and the company?s expectations.

AimThe aim of the study is to gain insight into how physical education teachers reflect on peerassessment in Physical Education (PE). The study was limited to investigate teachers? conception of peer assessment. The study also examines whether teachers can describe anymethods of peer assessment that they use or have used in their teaching, and what strategic choices they talk about when they describe their methods.MethodQualitative interviews were used to collect data. The interviews can be referred to as in-depthinterviews with a particular focus on concepts.

Östersjön har alltid varit en viktig knutpunkt för de länder som angränsar dit för att göra det möjligt att handla med varandra och på så sätt skapa en internationell marknad sinsemellan varandra. Under 1700-1800-talet tog produktionen fart och tack vare merkantilismen utvecklades den internationella handeln. För att fastställa deras växelkurs har många länder använt sig av olika myntfot såsom till exempel guldmyntfoten där valutans värde bestämdes utifrån värdet på motsvarande mängd guld vilket innebär att växelkurserna var fasta. Utifrån guldmyntfoten utvecklades teorierna lagen om ett pris och köpkraftsparitet med principerna om att en enhet valuta ska ha samma köpkraft även i andra länder vilket innebär att en vara ska kunna köpas för samma mängd av valutan oavsett om det är inrikes eller utrikes. Dessa teorier har studerats flertalet gånger, både för kort och lång sikt, med fåtalet länder till ett större antal.Denna studie använder sig av teoriernas grundidé och testar huruvida PPP i dess absoluta samt relativa form håller för Östersjöns handelsområde.

We have investigated the differences in knowledge and use of the products between different livestock associations, size of herd and farmers' breeding interests. The method used was by sending out a questionnaire by mail.

To increase the understanding of how individuals total life situation affects their stress level and health has lately more frequently been discussed in different contexts. Furthermore, it is important to have knowledge of power structures that exist under given circumstances in a society to get an increased understanding of how to structure the health promoting work to get the highest possible benefits. People?s work life is essential to their health, since we spend a lot of time at work. The aim of this study was to find out which factors that relate to nursing staff?s health and stress level from a general perspective.

En metod för att simulera exteriört bussljud med hjälp utav Ray Tracing har testats och utvärderats. En modell av en buss har byggts upp i ett CAD program. Dominerande ljudkällor i bussen samt materialkoefficienter har tagits fram för de material som ingår i bussen. Bussen har sedan förts in i simuleringsprogrammet Odeon, där ett antal simuleringar har utförts. Olika pass-by simulering har utförts och jämförts med mätningar.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the personnel of the Employment Office in Malmoe interpret the emotional situation and health of unemployed individuals. We also wanted to examine if and how the personnel work with these aspects. In relation to this we found it very interesting how the personnel dealt with the responsibilities of power, hierarchy and how subordination afflicts the unemployed. Our main questions were: Are the previous studies results confirmed by the response the personnel of the Employment Office give about the difficult situation among unemployed individuals? Which factors do the personnel at the Employment Office consider the main causes of negative emotional situations among the unemployed? How do the personnel deal with the emotions of the unemployed? How does the important responsibilities of power affect the relationship between the personnel and the unemployed? Which effects/impacts from current political changes are the personnel able to see on the situation of the unemployed? We interviewed eight people working at the Employment Office in Malmoe.

Arlanda är Sveriges största internationella flygplats och har en stor betydelse när det kommer till jobb, näringsliv, kunskap, turism, kultur och därmed hela Sveriges välfärd. Flygplatsen ligger i Sigtuna kommun och runt omkring Arlanda ligger ytterligare tre kommuner; Vallentuna, Knivsta och Upplands Väsby.  Alla dessa arbetar aktivt med åtgärder för en hållbar utveckling av sina organisationer.Kommunerna och Arlanda har tre huvudsakliga gemensamma intressen som samverkar och är beroende av varandra.  För att tillsammans organisera, strukturera och försöka hitta gemensamma hållbara lösningar på de problem och möjligheter som uppstår runt intressena har kommunerna och Arlanda en väl utvecklad dialog.Dialogen idag beskrivs som god och samtalsklimatet positivt. Kommunerna är delaktiga i Arlandas utveckling och samarbete sker i flera forum. För drygt tio år sedan var bilden en annan. Samtalsklimatet uppfattades som kyligt, verksamheten var sluten och det togs ingen hänsyn till vilken påverkan man hade på omgivningen.Litteratur som rör dialog mellan en organisation och dess intressenter poängterar ofta vikten av att man förstår varandra och delar uppfattning om vad organisationens ansvar består i om relationen ska vara värdefull.  För att få en större kunskap om hur det samförståndet ser ut i Arlandas fall har en rad intervjuer med representanter från de olika kommunerna samt Arlanda genomförts.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate students' perception of their grades in relation to the grading criteria in physical education. To investigate this used issues: how values and experience rating criteria? How do students their teachers' planning of lessons? How do students grading assessment in physical education and what they believe is important? The method used was a questionnaire with closed questions. The answers were given on a six-point scale, ranging from 1 = "not true" to 6 = "totally agree". In a qualitative analysis of the quantitative material.

Field balances based on supply and removal of trace elements from the topsoil have been calculatedfor farms specialized in crop, dairy and pig production in Sweden. Today's field balances have beencompared with the field balances of 1990 in order to examine if, and then how, the situation haschanged. Studied trace elements are arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu),mercury (Hg), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn).The balance calculations show that the stores of Cu and Zn are depleted with an average rate of -15% and -6 % over a 100-years period on crop farms when only commercial fertilizers are being used.The concentrations of Hg and Pb tend to increase in the topsoil on crop farms with more than 3 % forHg and with 2 % for Pb in 100 years. There is today balance between supply and removal of the traceelements As, Cd, Cr, Mn and Ni. In the south of Sweden, on crop farms with sugar beets in the croprotation, one can see a decrease in the concentration of Cd in the top soil by -6 % over a period of100 years.

Introduction Malignant lymphoma is the most common haematological blood cancer diagnosis. In spring 2013 a questionnaire was handed out to patients with various haematological malignancies. The results showed that the patients requested more verbal and written information about their disease and treatment. Providing information about chemotherapy and how it affects the patient's quality of life is part of the nursing care. Communication between nurse and patient is very important to share experiences and knowledge with each other Aim The aim is to describe the information and communication patients with malignant lymphoma demand, based on their own experience, in meeting with the nurse before and during curative chemotherapy treatment at a haematology outpatient clinic.
