This report is written in cooperation with Skanska Sverige Hus Väst and it is discussing the role of site managers within the company. The report will bring up the demands that is put upon site managers and will also discuss stress related problems and how to change and develop the role as a site manager.We came up with three conclusions in this report. We believe that Skanska could develop VSAA to make it easier to use for site managers. We also believe that a further development of the project engineer is of great value, to give him or her greater responsibilities. The last conclusion is to change the responsibilities between the site manager and the production manager, to give the production manager a greater responsibility in the production..

Introduktion: Under de senaste tre decennierna har forskare försökt nå konsensus kring frågan om den möjliga hämmande effekten av kombinerad konditions- och styrketräning avseende utveckling av muskelstyrka jämfört med enbart styrketräning. Senaste meta-analysen inom området fastställdes 2012 och har kartlagt forskningsresultat fram till 2008, där konklusionen påvisar att forskningsresultaten är tvetydiga. Syfte: Att genomföra en systematisk litteraturstudie i form av en aktuell kunskapssammanställning över den forskning som bedrivits inom området för kombinerad konditions- och styrketräning för att undersöka om kombinerad träning har en hämmande effekt på utvecklingen av muskelstyrkan. Metod: Studien är en litteraturgenomgång där data samlats in via de medicinska databaserna; PubMed, Web of science, CINAHL, Scopus, AMED, Cochrane library och Physical education index. The purpose of this essay was to examine the different aspects of motivational work with active heroin-using clients from a social workers point of view. The further purpose of this essay is to also examine what the advancements and discouraging factors in such a motivational work might be. To attain this purpose we focused on these following questions:What might motivational work with active heroin-using clients look like?According to the social worker, what factors constitutes for a beneficial progress in the engagement of motivational work with active heroin-using clients?According to the social worker, what constitutes for discouraging factors in the engagement of motivational work with active heroin-using clients?We chose to do a qualitative study by conducting separate interviews with six social workers working in a social services agency, all of whom are working with drug-addicted adults. We then analyzed the answers by using an abductive research strategy, testing the collected empirical data against our chosen theoretical perspectives.

The objective of this Bachelor?s thesis is to investigate how the public library in Luleå has set about implementing an alternative classification system for its children's books section and to explore why this was done. We wanted to investigate both how they have adapted the new system to the children's own way of seeking information and the library personnel's experience of using the new shelving system. We have done seven interviews to answer these questions and our choice of literature is intended to put the process of change into a wider context. The answers show that the library was dissatisfied with the former system and have instead expressed a desire to shift the focus of their classification system to their users.

The first purpose of this thesis is to investigate if, how, and why the perceived collective identity in the town of Karlskrona has changed. Collective identities can due to their socially constructed nature change rapidly in light of new collective experiences. The reason for suspecting such a change in Karlskrona is the immense impact that the change in the global economy, according to Saskia Sassen, has on cities. By interviewing politicians and media representatives from Karlskrona the perceived identity is drawn. The second purpose of this thesis will then be to test if the identity as it is perceived by Karlskronas habitants differ from the one that town officials present through city marketing.

Resistensutvecklingen har ökat i takt med den oförsiktiga användning av antibiotika som präglat både sjukvård och djuruppfödning i många år. Via akvatisk miljö har antibiotikaresistensgener stora möjligheter att spridas och är svårkontrollerbara. Den här litteratursammanställningen undersöker vilka ursprung antibiotikaresistensgener i akvatisk miljö kan ha och om det kan ske en horisontell genöverföring mellan bakterier. Vidare undersöks olika risker med antibiotikaresistensgener i akvatisk miljö, vilken möjlig roll de kan ha i resistensutvecklingen och hur de kan spridas tillbaka till människor och landlevande djur. Antibiotikaresistensgener i akvatisk miljö kommer ifrån utsläpp av resistenta bakterier från djuruppfödningar, akvakultur, sjukhus och bostäder.

Genom att utföra en kvalitativ intervjustudie på en specifik stödenhet inom en organisation kan de faktorer som behöver tas i beaktande i en kulturförändring belysas däribland symbolbegreppet.

Stockholms stadsteater (Stockholm?s city theatre) is a public theatre in Stockholm, Sweden. During the last ten years, the theatre has increased its audience by 40 percent, has been called a ?success story? by culture politicians in Stockholm as well as others in the cultural field, and is today the largest theatre in the Nordic countries. The purpose of this study is to examine discursive change regarding mathematics and language in the Swedish primary school curriculums. The study analyzes pedagogical discourses represented within the curriculums and how they represent different pedagogical theories in relation to discursive and social practice. The analysis shows a change towards a more language oriented curriculum discourse in mathematics which still carries an intertextual and discursive heritage from the prior curriculums. In relation to the early curriculums of the Swedish primary schools the former explicit differentiation of students becomes implicit as the language skills become of increasingly importance..

The aim of this study was to highlight homelessness through the perspective of formerly homeless men and women. The research questions focused on the informants experiences of the process into and out of the homeless situation and how their experiences could contribute to the knowledge about the social problem of homelessness. Besides the theoretical perspective of narrative and life course research, Fuchs Ebaugh exit theory and Honneth confirmation theory were used as theoretical guidelines.The empirical material consists of five life stories obtained through indepth interviews. The results of the study indicate that alcohol and drug use was of importance for the process towards homelessness. External factors as the change in the organization of the housing market in the 1990´s may also had an impact on the lifes of the informants.
