Den hÀr studien utreder om en successiv marknadsanpassning har pÄbörjats efter reformeringen av hyressÀttningen pÄ bostadshyresmarknaden 2011. Med hjÀlp av data frÄn HyresgÀstföreningen testas tvÄ hypoteser med hjÀlp av regressionsmetoden difference-in-difference. För det första om det har skett en inflationsjusterad ökning av hyrorna efter reformen som Àr större Àn i perioden före. För det andra om hyrorna har ökat mer i attraktiva kommuner Àn i mindre attraktiva kommuner. Slutligen undersöks om hyresmarknadens parter har Àndrat sina attityder efter reformen.

The physical environment is constructed of materials. The materiality of different places contributes to how places can be distinguished and the material can contribute to the construction of place identity. For architects with different orientations the material is one of the principal means by which they can express their idea. The material remains when the design process is finished and instead the material becomes a precondition for how people will perceive and deal with the place. The literature study of the essay examines how the concept of place and materiality is dealt with in different disciplines and how these descriptions are linked to the concept of place identity.

The aim of this study has been to reach a deeper understanding of how refugee adolescences experience their ethnic identity, particular ethnic consciousness in terms of integration, assimilation and segregation. Further my intention has been to investigate if the adolescences experienced changes in their ethnic identity.   In order to investigate these questions a qualitative method consisting of four interviews were conducted. The study included two young men at the age of 18, and two young women at the age of 17 and 18. Three of the interviewed persons can be defined as refugees, but not the fourth adolescence.

This study is about different teacher?s ÂŽconception of remedial classes and its function in TodayÂŽs School. ?A school for everyone? the utopia that all schools and teachers aspire for. All pupils, regardless of ethnic background, class, and religious affiliation should be able to go to school without being segregated and are seen as different.

Detta arbete undersöker möjligheterna att utveckla ett system som kan övervaka lastning eller automatiskt lasta malmvagnar i LKAB's Kirunavaaragruva. Arbetet bestod till stor del att utveckla en testanlÀggning dÀr laserscannrar anvÀnds som givare och ett datorbaserat styrsystem som anvÀnder informationen frÄn scannrarna till att styra eller övervaka profilen pÄ vagnarna. Anledning till ett intresse för ett sÄdant system kommer bÄde frÄn ekonomiskt och ett sÀkerhetsmÀssigt perspektiv. I dagslÀget fjÀrrlastas malmvagnar i gruvan manuellt av operatörer som sitter ovan jord. Alla vagnar ska helst vara maximalt fyllda utan nÄgot spill.

The aim of this study was to explore refugees experiences of an introduction program in a small Swedish municipality. The study was based on semi-structured interviews with six refugees and was conducted to explore how the introduction program contributed or has not contributed to feelings of being integrated. Our informants have got different backgrounds but have all been forced to flee their home country to Sweden. The interview data was interpreted through earlier research, theories about social exclusion and concepts which were relevant for our study. Our study showed that the informants felt kindly received in the small municipality.

Sweden is a multi cultural country, where almost twenty percent of the population come from another cultural background. This study examines to what extent people with a foreign origin appear in two local, Swedish newspapers, Barometern and Östra SmĂ„land, and what role they are given. Do they appear as foreigners or immigrants or do they figure as any Swede, irrespective of their origin background?We have made a review by studying pictures of people with a foreign origin, based on name and appearance. During the time period, March 1st ? April 30 th 2010, there were 2206 articles with pictures of people where 189 of them did show people with a foreign origin.

In this thesis we present a qualitative study of Employer Branding through a perspective of gender. We examine the awareness of Employer Branding as a tool to break gender patterns in female and male dominated administrations in three Swedish municipalities. Six recruiters people were interviewed, including three pre-school managers and three managers of technical administrations, to see if there are any differences or similarities between the organizations? Employer Branding to break gender patterns. In addition to the interviews, the Web pages of these three municipalities were investigated through a contextual perspective.We found that our interviewees do use Employer Branding, but that they were not necessarily aware of its? meaning.

AbstractAuthor: Josefine KostinTitle: A succesful work of integration? ? a case study of the integration work within the Botkyrka municipalityThe last decades, Sweden has become more ethnic heterogenetic. Generations of immigration have affected the Swedish society in many ways; the language that are spoken at work and in schools, culture and the political agenda etcetera. In 2008, Botkyrka municipality was chosen to be the second best at working with integrating immigrants. On the other hand, Botkyrka has been referred to as a municipality which has failed with the integration of immigrants; for example, unemployments amongst the immigrants and segregation.

The purpose of this study is to examine how adolescents can participate and have influence in the society, by making obstacles and opportunities that are considered central for their possibilities to power visible. National and international research indicates that adolescents opportunities to participation and influence are limited by the structures of society. A qualitative method was chosen, in which group interviews were made with 14 youths in development areas in Örebro. Theories are presented which constitute tools for analysis of the obtained results and has been chosen based on power- and participation perspective. An analytical model has been used to illuminate what kind of participation adolescents have in different parts of the society, where the concepts from the theoretical perspectives, power and participation are inserted.
