Visuell radio eller ljudbildspel i radio är i stort sett ett outforskat område. Att det går att göra visuell eller audiovisuell radio rent praktiskt och tekniskt står klart - publiceringsverktygen och tekniska lösningar finns. Det detta arbete problematiserar och diskuterar är hur visuell radio skulle kunna utformas och gestaltas både utifrån ett produktionsperspektiv och ett mottagarperspektiv. Detta sker genom att titta på mediaföretagens multimediala publiceringar men också genom att förstå hur deras redaktionerna tänker om hur ljud och bild kan samverka. Bland annat intervjuas personer som arbetar på New York Times, Svenska Dagbladet, DuckRabbit och MediaStorm för att få denna inblick.

Sammanfattning Syfte Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att beskriva den praxis som har utkristalliserats i ett urval av företag i samband med due diligence. Med utgångspunkt i beskrivningen är syftet sedan att utvärdera huruvida den finansiella due diligencen skapar ett mervärde för köparen jämfört med om han enbart skulle förlita sig på den externa redovisningen. Med mervärde avses här att nyttan av en due diligence är större än kostnaden för en due diligence. Metod Vår uppsats bygger på en kvalitativ undersökning där vi intervjuat fyra konsultbyråer och två företag som är frekventa köpare av due diligence tjänster. Intervjuerna kompletteras med litteraturstudier inom området.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på hur några matematiklärare har påverkats av läroplansbytet mellan Lpo 94 och Lgr 11. Hur har deras profession påverkats av detta byte samt deras attityder till läroplaner rent allmänt? Genom observationer och kvalitativa intervjuer har vi undersökt hur fyra matematiklärare på två olika skolor har påverkats. Detta har sedan analyserats med hjälp av skillnader i läro- och kursplaner samt en begreppsapparat som vi tagit fram genom relevant litteratur, främst Göran Lindes läroplansteori. Vårt resultat visar att läroplanen till viss del inverkar på lärarnas val av metoder och bedömning men man önskar fortfarande en tydligare konkretisering av lärarnas uppdrag och vad undervisningen ska innehålla.

The main purpose of this thesis was to take part of girl?s descriptions and experiences of their treatment for deliberate self-harm and to investigate whether they still experience effects of the treatment today. Our main research questions where; how do the girls describe their experiences of the treatment method, do the girls describe that they still experience any effects of the treatment, and finally how do the girls look back on their treatment today? In order to answer these questions, we carried out eight qualitative telephone interviews with girls that had undergone treatment in a specific treatment centre. We chose to analyze the material from the salutogenic theory and the concepts of SOC (sense of coherence) and with a hermeneutic approach.

This essay is part of a project between Södertörn University College and Stockholm Academic Forum. The focus of the project is gender equality in small- and medium sized companies. I have worked with a construction company called Activa . The majority of the employees at the company were male and I was interested in the consequences of gender construction in such an environment. I think that the basic condition for equality work is an understanding of gender and the male norm.

This essay is about power in the classroom. It is about the power dimension of the student-teacher relationships that arise in that space. The overall aim has been to investigate which categories are fruitful in a power analysis of these relationships. My aim has therefore been to develop power categories and to use them to identify and to categorise cases of power interaction that take place between those particular actors in that particular setting.In order to gather material for my study I have both read literature that approaches the study of the student-teacher relationships from a power perspective and done a series of observations in a high school.My theoretical frame comprises a concept of power and a series of power categories. These categories include strength, authority, inducement, coercion, violence, resistance as well as to possess power, to have power, to exert power, the scope of power and the base of power.

When a company in the manufactory industry makes costly investments, it's important that these are used as much as possible. The company in this case claims that their invested robot cell, with CNC machine isn't used enough. The questions here are: How can we improve the use of the robot cell? Which products are appropriate for the production in the robot cell? As a method to come to a conclusion, an analysis has been made over the manufactured products. And also interviews with machine operators and the production management.

It's not a secret that most companies strive to get such a high economic return as possible. To successfully engage in a profitable enterprise, there are many elements that come into play. An important element is the motivation of the employees and their work performance. Work motivation is a key factor for the employees to improve their performance and therefore determinant for the successes of the company.This work is a case study in the production at Fresenius Kabi, Uppsala. The work is based on an employee survey that they fill out once a year and the aim is to develop a deeper understanding for these questions and how the employees see on leadership, communication and goal-setting as motivators and how these factors works in the company today.To get this deeper understanding I have used a qualitative approach.

The purpose of this study is to develop a general understanding of the areas of alliances and service quality as well as their relation to each other, through a consumer perception. Further, to discover more detailed and close up knowledge of customer perceived service quality within airline alliances. This is done by identifying particularly significant dimensions in the service process that have an influence on the perceived service quality.The thesis is based on qualitative study using a critical incident technique to explore the issue of service quality. In the research of the material the iterative approach has been used. The primary information sources are the interviews with customers-members of airline alliance.

I denna uppsats undersöks hur tre engelskspråkiga föräldrahandböcker anpassats tillen svensk målgrupp när de har översatts till svenska. Några av de ämnesområden därpragmatiska problem ofta kan uppstå inom genren identifieras genom parallelläsningav källtexter och måltexter, och därefter ges exempel på hur översättarna valt att bemötasvårigheterna. En del exempel kan sägas vara typiska för genren och andra är mer generella problem som kan uppstå vid kulturell anpassning i samband med översättning rent allmänt.För att karaktärisera genren föräldralitteratur, och således kunna avgöra vad som gör att en översättning fungerar i sitt nya sammanhang, görs en analys av genren, och som referensram för vad som kan betecknas som pragmatiskt välfungerande används två föräldrahandböcker skrivna på svenska.Analysen visar att det krävs mer av en översättare av genren än goda språkligakunskaper och att erfarenhet av målspråkssamhället och av de miljöer som föräldraroch vårdare av barn ofta uppsöker är av stor betydelse för huruvida den översatta texten känns trovärdig för målspråksläsarna och därmed lyckas uppfylla sittinstruerande syfte..

The municipality of Enköping is presently working out a new layout plan for the town of Enköping and new residences are planned in the harbour area. Because of these plans, the municipal energy company ENA Energi may have to move its location from the harbour to another part of the city.The aim of this degree project is to investigate the possibility of building a new CHP plant in another area of Enköping. The future demand on district heating and infrastructure at the new location have been projected. A new CHP plant has been dimensioned and economic analyses concerning the project have been made.Results show that the future demand of district heating in Enköping will differ a little from the present needs. ABB I-R Waterjet Systems combines the robotics and motion expertise of ABB Flexible Automation with high-pressure intensifier/pumping technology from Ingersoll-Rand to provide and continue to develop innovative waterjet cutting systems for global markets. The purpose of this assignment is to develop a process water purifier. The purifier should be applicable as an option to ABB I-R?s production cell Cutting-Box. At first hand the process water should be purified well enough to let out in the municipal sewage system, but the ultimate solution is purifying the process water to the range that recycling is possible. When investigating the different principle of purifying water, a research of different products and their manufactories was done. These different products were compared and the principle of filtration was the most applicable, as most of the products were designed for far larger applications. As the process water contains quite large amount of particles, it is necessary to perform the filtration in different steps. The process water purifier is therefore composed of a module of coarse filtration and one of micro filtration. In the module of coarse filtration the mainly amount of fibres and particles are eliminated. They are kept back in the container unit with the larger fragments and dumped with these when the container is emptied. In the module of micro filtration the filtration is performed in two steps. In the first step particles larger than 50?m are eliminated, in the second step the micro filter is setting the range of purifying, in this case 10?m.
