Unwanted vegetation on the land of electric transforming stations is a problem, in the sense that it contributes to higher fire risks and also constitutes an obstacle for people performing maintenance operations at the station. Such unwanted vegetation is controlled using herbicides and mechanical measures. Since the use of herbicides implies environmental hazards, there is a need to find alternative ways of fighting the unwanted vegetation. Investigation into suitable plants for ground cover, trials in the greenhouse, trials in the field, soil analyses and compilation of experiences from similar trials are parts of this work. The paper also contains analyses of possible environmental benefits and economical gains. There is also a final discussion of some proposals regarding alternative weed controlling methods.

Telefonrådgivning kräver ett kvalificerat handläggande där sjuksköterskan på kort tid ska kunna etablera en god vårdrelation med patienten trots att den visuella kontakten saknas. Förutom kunskaper inom medicin krävs det att telefonsjuksköterskan har en god förmåga till kommunikation och visar respekt och empati för patienten. Efterfrågan på telefonrådgivning ökar och detta ställer krav på specifik kompetens hos sjuksköterskan. Vi har därför valt att beskriva vad som kännetecknar sjuksköterskans arbete med telefonrådgivning för att få kunskap i om hur vi i vår profession kan bli bättre på att ge råd via telefon. Det har gjorts i form av en litteraturstudie med grund i analys av kvalitativa artiklar samt en kvantitativ artikel.

We are heading towards a huge switch of how energy is produced with fossil fuels being replaced by renewable energy sources. It is not difficult to replace the energy you use in the house and there is no need for futuristic technology. There are already many established products on the market such as high efficiency vacuum solar collectors, heat pumps & small wind power stations that can supply the energy being used in a house. The company Sol & Energiteknik SE AB in Huskvarna has many different products which can reduce the need for an outside energy distributor. An average house in Sweden uses 15 000 kWh for heating, 5000 kWh for tap water and 5000 kWh for electricity.

De system som finns tillgängliga på amatörmarknaden idag har antingen annan funktionalitet och passar sig inte för ovanstående problem eller har väldigt begränsad räckvidd och går inte att sammankoppla med en mobilapplikation.Detta projekt går ut på att ta fram en kostnadseffektiv och skräddarsydd lösning för ovanstående problem genom att utveckla ett fjärrstyrt kamerafäste i semiproffssegmentet där det via en handkontroll och vid senare skede med en mobilapplikation styr kamerans lutning och rotation även kallad tiltning och panorering.Skillnaderna mellan denna och befintliga lösningar är att med hjälp av Bluetooth-tekniken kan styra både med handkontroll och senare även med en mobilapplikation, anledningen till att det skall kunna styra med båda är att det inte alltid är tillåtet att använda sig av mobiltelefoner i alla miljöer där man vill filma och därför får ett bredare användningsområde för kamerafästet..

Saab har utvecklat en produkt, Remote Tower, vars syfte är att fjärrstyra en flygplats. Fjärrstyrning innebär övervakning och styrning av flygplatsen från en annan plats än flygledningstornet. På den flygplats som ska övervakas har kameror monterats på ett sätt så att en 360-graders vy ges och bilden från dessa skickas till den plats varifrån man styr flygplatsen. När en ominstallation av en eller flera kameror görs så behövs det i dagsläget två installatörer. In our attempts to understand the world, wildlife films play a significant role. Wildlife films help us to see new places and learn about animals in remote locations, that we otherwise wouldn?t be able to do. Yet wildlife films have throughout history been criticized, mainly for the ambivalent relationship between science and storytelling. While the films give us a scientific impression and say something about the ?reality?, they clearly have the intension to amuse, capture and entertain their audience.

Den här studien är en analys av hur den ryske författaren Lev Tolstoj, genom kanonisering och uppkomsten av vissa mönster av texter, bilder och representationer, reduceras till tecken, symbol och ikon, samt hur denna symbol och ikon behandlas i två filmadaptioner - Leo Tolstoj (Lev Tolstoj 1985) respektive The Last Station (2009). Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är i huvudsak Jurij Lotmans kultursemiotiska teori och i synnerhet hans definitioner av termerna tecken, symbol och ikon. Uppsatsen visar, utifrån denna semiotiska teori, hur adaptionerna väljer att representera en viss bild av Tolstoj som en reduktiv strategi för att kunna skapa ett narrativ som måste infoga och välja bland en komplex uppsättning av bilder och självbilder, representationer och självrepresentationer.Resultaten av analysen visar hur bilden av Lev Tolstoj i Lev Tolstoj fokuserar på bilden av författaren som å ena sidan starjets, som en vis äldre man, som människor uppsöker, och å andra sidan som författare. Hans verk ges följaktligen stort utrymme och det refereras ofta till hans verk, och då i synnerhet till den senare produktionen av filosofiskt och religiöst material. The purpose of this study was to examine the various influences and advertising in particular affecting travelers' choice of destination. Data collection was conducted through quantitative method in the form of a survey to identify how travelers choose a destination, and to what extent they are influenced by advertising. Interviewees were travelers who were in Stockholm's central station would be passed on to Arlanda. The results from this study indicate that underlying factors such as economy, security, seasonal and service in place. The results also show that advertising is an important factor in selecting the destination.

The initial aim of the roll out of smart electricity meters in Sweden was to allow remote readings of the households? monthly electricity consumption for billing purposes. Since then the transition towards a smart grid has become a more prioritized matter. In the roll out of next generation smart meters more attention is therefore given to how the Distribution System Operator (DSO) can benefit from the meter through different smart grid applications. This study uses a qualitative research method to identify three general fields of application and 15 specific concepts corresponding to ways in which the DSO can create added value from the information provided by the smart meter.
