According to recent research the basics for a good body posture is balance between the muscles, if unbalance originates this can be strengthen by gymnastics when most of the practise performs only in one direction. Because of limited research in the area was an explorative study conducted. The purpose of the study was to inquire if exercise adjusted to the individual contributes for balanced muscles and if it contributes for a positive or negative development for the team.On the basics of that the team is not equable an other team in the area has the results for two different periods been measured, during the first period the exercise continued as usual but during the second period each gymnast (n=9) received an individual strength- and stretch program that was performed during the teampractise twice a week. The gymnasts were tested in areas that are imported for them as body posture, balance between the muscles, vigour, range of movement, balance, the running and coordination. The results showed on that the difference is largest between test two and three, except the coordination and balance which did not show any particular change.

The purpose of this essay was to do a research about if the language in Swedish role-playing books is used correctly and if the composition along with the possible language errors makes the books hard to understand.This research was also about to find out why these problems occurs and if the authors are aware of them.I choose books from two Swedish role-playing games, Eon and Drakar och Demoner. I read them trough, noted the mistakes made and put them together in a scoring table. I also did a LIX-test on the books and interviewed one of the authors.The results shows that the books to Eon is harder to read than the books to Drakar och Demoner and this agrees with the vision the authors of the books claims to have.The results also shows that it is not only the language mistakes and the composition that makes the books hard to read, but also the choice of difficult words and badly formulated rules..

The purpose of this thesis was to analyse, model and finally generate dynamic vehicular motions in a train. The objective with the analysis was to find important motions for a realistic train experience. The motions from the analysis were then weighted against possibilities for generation in a motion platform.A dynamic motion model was created to model the selected motions. The model was implemented in a simulation environment, more specifically MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation environment was used to simulate the model and to generate outputs to control a motion platform.

 This thesis aims to through certain parts of the brand equity investigate the trust of consumers for a brand that recently experienced a product-harm crisis. It also wants to investigate why this trust exist, if it does. Structured interviews were carried out at 60 respondents in Uppsala. The results show that the respondents have positive associations with ICA, they think that ICA maintains a high quality on their products and services and that 50% more often choose to do their grocery shopping at ICA. This study aims to investigate possible correlations between cognitive functions and self perceived psychological wellbeing, possible correlations between cognitive functions and degree of mindfulness and possible correlations between degree of mindfulness and self perceived psychological wellbeing. 18 patients diagnosed with ICD-10 taking part in a transdiagnostical cognitive behavioural group therapy participated in the study. The study measures relevant variables before and after a group therapy. Of the 18 patients participating, only 11 were able to be tested on both occasions due to time limit. The following tests are used: Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test, Wechsler Adult Inventory Scale-III, Trail Making Test, Controlled Oral Word Association Test, Colour Word Test, Beck's Anxiety Inventory, Beck's Depression Inventory, Quality of Life Inventory and Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness Skills.

SammanfattningSyfteSyftet med denna studie var att ta reda på om akut visuell biofeedback i form av EMG, från qudriceps och hamstrings kan öka knäextensorernas muskelaktivitet samt styrkeutvecklingen, vid en maximal viljemässig isokinetisk benspark (20o.s-1). MetodTotalt deltog 19 aktiva och motiverade försökspersoner, 9 kvinnor och 10 män, i denna studie. Försökspersonerna rekryterades under förutsättningarna att de inte hade några knäskador samt att de inte bedrev någon typ av kontinuerlig styrketräning för benen. Testet bestod av två omgångar koncentriska och excentriska maximala viljemässiga isokinetiska muskelaktioner (MVC) för respektive ben. Knävinkelhastigheten var 20o.s-1 och rörelseomfånget var 60o, från120o till 180o där 180o motsvarar sträckt knä. EMG-feedback från knämuskulaturen visades endast i omgång två då försökspersonen utförde kontraktioner med höger ben.

Diagnostisering av KOL baseras på spirometri, menbehandlingsåtgärder bör utgå ifrån patientens fysiska förmåga och detta gerspirometri inte ett mått på. Det här examensarbetet har gått ut på att, utifrån enbefintlig step?test applikation som medicinsk teknik, forskning och utveckling harutvecklat, skapa en applikation som gör det möjligt att uppskatta KOL ? patientersfysiska förmåga. Applikationen möjliggör test hemifrån vilket gör att patienternaslipper återkommande sjukhusbesök och den kan också komma fungera sommotivation för patienterna till att öka sin aktivitetsnivå.
