Det kommer att uppnås genom att analysera servicelandskaps utformning samt kunders upplevelser av hur företag visar eller inte visar förtroende för sina kunder i servicelandskap.MetodUppsatsen utgår från en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod och präglas av en abduktiv ansats. Eftersom syftet berör de tre huvudbegreppen servicelandskap, tillit och relationer har respektive begrepp behandlats under enskilda kapitel. I varje kapitel som behandlar respektive begrepp presenteras teori och en analys av empirin som har samlats in med stöd av fokusgrupper samt semi-strukturerade intervjuer.SlutsatsFöretag inom detaljhandeln visar brist på tillit till sina kunder i servicelandskapen främst genom inlåsta varor, övervakningskameror samt att låta personalen övervaka kunderna.

Denna uppsats syftar till att kartlägga hur elektroniska kundrelationer skildras av marknadsföringslitteraturen inom klassisk-, direkt- och relationsmarknadsföring. Kartläggningen har även för avsikt att undersöka eventuella mönster i litteraturens skildring av den elektroniska kundrelationen.De senaste 50 åren av teknisk utveckling har medfört en avgörande innovation för utvecklingen av elektroniska kundrelationer - nämligen datakommunikation. Tekniken bakom datakommunikation har legat till grund för vad vi idag kallar Internet, den kanske mest betydelsefulla uppfinningen inom modern informationsteknik.Utvecklingen har även påverkat relationen mellan företag och kund. Mycket av den direkta kontakt som tidigare fanns har idag ersatts av elektroniska relationer. Den elektroniska marknaden som skapats tvingar även företag att ta den elektroniska kundrelationen på allvar.

This study aims to analyse how sex and sexuality are presented in the Buddhism and Hinduism chapters of religious studies textbooks for upper secondary school. The chosen textbooks are all linked to the new curriculum Lgr 11 which was implemented in the Swedish school system in the spring of 2012. The textbooks were analysed by using two methods; content analysis and discourse analysis. Content analysis was used to examine with which frequency sexes and sexualities appear in the textbooks, while discourse analysis was used to find what discourses surround the two concepts. The discourse analysis used two theories in order to contextualize the several discourses about sex and sexuality.

Bakgrund: Skolfrånvaro är ett komplext område och som kan betraktas som ett folkhälsoproblem då det är en riskfaktor för framtida utanförskap. En ofullständig skolgång försvårar ett aktivt deltagande i arbets- och samhällsliv vilket ökar risken för framtida ohälsa. Riskfaktorer för hög skolfrånvaro finns på individ-, familj-, skol- och samhällsnivå. Dessa riskfaktorer interagerar med varandra och har en kumulativ effekt. Goda relationer inom och mellan dessa nivåer beskrivs som skyddsfaktorer för hög skolfrånvaro.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hypotesen om att det fanns en skillnad mellan gruppen med skolfrånvaro och gruppen utan skolfrånvaro avseende familjestruktur, sociala relationer och delaktighet hos elever i Värmland.Metod: Metoden var en kvantitativ empirisk studie av elevdata i Elevhälsodatabasen ELSA.

The aim of this paper is to find an algorithm to establish and maintain a virtual enclosure around a mobile unit. The area may take any form and should be scalable up to and including national borders. The enclosure is managed on the mobile unit. The target system is Android. Smartphones, tablets and more recently, cameras is examples of mobile units.

The purpose of this essay is to explore how educators are supposed to prioritize their work at the preschool so that all children are listened to and the conditions necessary for kids to dare to express their feelings and thoughts are in place. How is the relationship important for the child's learning? How do I become a committed educator who knows how to interpret and prioritize my work so it benefits children's learning? I am developing these questions in two parts in my following text. Firstly I am writing about why it is important that we who work as pedagogues meet the child on the child?s own terms.

Consumption of meat and poultry has increased during the last ten years while the production in Sweden has decreased. Cheap imports are competing with Swedish products and consumers, restaurant and retail let the price decided what to purchase. Swedish food producers can become better at communicating the added values that meat and poultry produced in Sweden has. Social media gives companies a possible tool for communication in order to communicate and create a relationship with consumers. The rise of social media does not only affect consumer decisions making, but also corporate communication. The objective of this project is to investigate how social media can connect the farmer to the consumer.

May Purpose of study: The aim of this study is to create an understanding of how leaders trough a Structural ethical climate can contribute to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees. Method: We have used a qualitative method and conducted semi-structured interviews with respondents from real estate agent firms. When we studied our phenomenon, our overall research deign was qualitative interviews. Our data has been analyzed with an abductive method of analysis, influenced by Grounded theory. Results and conclusions: The study shows that leaders in the real estate agent-business trough a Structural ethical climate contributes to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees by acting as role models, leads by example, highlighting the office values and rewards & punishes behaviors to control their employees? ethical decision making. Suggestions for further research: We believe that future studies can be conducted through observations to study both leaders and employees, to pay attention to employees? opinions and reflect on what affects them.

The purpose of this study is to generate knowledge about how teachers relate to students with language impairment in learning situations, with particular focus on working memory. The questions are: What kind of knowledge do teachers have regarding language impairment and working memory?, What experience do teachers have regarding lack of working memory abilities among students with language impairment and which consequences do the teachers believe such defects may have for the students? and How can teachers create a learning environment that reduces the working memory demand for students with language impairment? A review of the field shows that there are gaps to fill regarding students with language impairment and working memory. Language impairment has so far been neglected by researchers and within the public debate. How working memory capacity affects the students has only recently begun to receive attention in school and research.

Understory vegetation and fungi are regarded as important ecological drivers of processes like productivity and nutrient cycling in boreal forests. Whilst those processes are linked to soil water content, relatively little is known about the sources of soil water for these forest components. During early autumn in boreal forests, temperature falls and large events of rain are frequent which may influence soil water availability. To better understand the autumn plant-soil-fungi water Relationships in this ecosystem, I used stable isotopes techniques in this study to examine the water sources for ericaceous shrubs and fungi in a Scots pine forest following a large, early autumn rain event. I hypothesize that ericaceous shrubs of two functional groups (evergreen vs.

Swedish consulting companies within the architecture-and engineering business exist on a market that is distinguished by an increasing globalization and internationalization. The companies? commissions are based mostly on long-term, personal clientele. These relations are threatened by a huge number of coming retirements and high employee turnover.Consequently these companies need to improve and strengthen their Relationships with existing customers, to create long-term employee and customer loyalty. The purpose of this essay was to analyze and evaluate consulting companies´ internal marketing.

Bakgrund: Ett omvårdnadsvetenskapligt synsätt är att se människan som en enhet av kropp, själ och ande. Omvårdnad ska, enligt sjuksköterskans kompetensbeskrivning, utgå från en helhetssyn på människan. Trots detta försummas andlighet hos patienter på grund av bristande utbildning och förståelse av begreppet andlighet samt organisatoriska begränsningar. En vanlig uppfattning är att religion och andlighet ses som synonymer, trots att andlighet är ett vidare begrepp. Syfte: Att beskriva hur svårt sjuka patienter uttrycker sin andlighet.

Abstrakt Detta är en D-uppsats om ämnet ?Mäns våld mot kvinnor?. Uppsatsen är kvalitativ och jag har intervjuat 8 kvinnor som har levt i våldsamma relationer. Jag har även intervjuat en socionom vid kvinnojouren och en polis som i sitt arbete kommer i kontakt med detta fenomen. Mitt huvudsyfte genom denna undersökning har varit att förstå och förklara vad som får en kvinna att stanna i ett destruktivt förhållande där våld förekommer.
