Narcissism och syskonplacering hos gymnasieelever

AbstractThe aim of this present study was to investigate whether there is a Relationship between birth order and the personality trait narcissism using 181 individuals from Finnveden High School in Värnamo (115 females, 60 males, mean age 17, sd=0,94), in the context of the proposal of Sulloway (1996) that personality is influenced by the specialized nich-es siblings adopt in the quest for access to parental resources. A questionnaire which in-cludes Narcissistic Personality Inventory test, Birth order test and also Rosenberg?s self-esteem test in order to investigate if it might has an impact on narcissistic personality trait, was used. Results showed that there was no significant Relationship between birth order and narcissism, however, a significant Relationship between narcissism and self-esteem was found. Furthermore, there was a significant Relationship between narcissism and the individual?s Relationship with the mother.

This model is based on theories within Relationship building in service companies.Conclusion: To be able to develop good Relationships to their customers and as a result of this increase the level of costumer satisfaction, Q-steps has to take different variables into consideration. The main focus in this matter should lay on the variables that to a great extent affect the level of costumer satisfaction.

Syfte: Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att med hjälp av enkäter och de kriterier som finns i teorin undersöka hur långt de medverkande företagen har kommit i deras framgång gällande Customer Relationship Management. Metod: Vi har gjort en kvantitativ enkätundersökning där vi har tillfrågat 30 företag i Ronneby. Vi har sedan analyserat detta utifrån diagram som vi har fått fram i Excel. Slutsatser: De flesta företagen i Ronneby är bara i början av CRM och de kan med enkla medel komma mycket längre.

Population genetic analysis and breed assignment of three Swedish horse breeds

The genetic Relationship between three Swedish horse breeds was investigated using microsatellite data from 144 loci in 30 horses. The North Swedish Trotter is believed to have been crossed with the Standardbred in the 1950?s to produce a faster trotter. If true, the North Swedish Trotter should be more alike the Standardbred than what the North Swedish Draught Horse is, from which they originate. This thesis studies the customer Relationships and customer accounting methods used by a Swedish fashion company. The aim is to test the empirical applicability of the Relationship based framework developed by Lind and Strömsten and to explain potential differences between empirical observations and theory.
