Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka och analysera vad och hur det skrivs om kvinnor och feminism i texter inom socialt arbete. Studiens frågeställningar handlade om vilka områden och sammanhang kvinnor främst beskrivs inom, vad och hur det skrivs om kvinnor samt vilken relation feminism och socialt arbete har i texter. Empirin bestod av 24 nummer av tidskriften ?Socionomen?, från år 2009 till 2012. De texter som valdes ut var brukstexter i form av annonser, notiser och reportage med kvinnor i fokus.

Denna sociologiska uppsats behandlar några faktorer som kan påverka ungdomar, som i sin tur kan leda till ett utanförskap. Under tonårsfrigörelsen genomgår ungdomar en fas, då de kan riskera att bli beroende av exempelvis alkohol eller droger. Detta kan i sin tur leda till att de kan hamna utanför samhället. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka vad samhället kan göra och vad de har för skyldigheter för att fånga upp dessa ungdomar. Med utgångspunkt från Halmstad kommun.

Ett mönster är uppbyggt av ett motiv som upprepas. Denna upprepning kan fortsätta i all oändlighet. Hållbar antyder långsiktighet. Mönstrets övergripande egenskap är oändlighet. Hur kan denna egenskap hos mönstret nyttjas inom mönsterdesign för att främja hållbar utveckling? Det här kandidatarbetet undersöker mönsterdesignens möjlighet att verka för hållbar utveckling genom att se till begreppet mönster ur ett bredare perspektiv, samt i relation till design för hållbar utveckling.

This study aims at investigating the spousal relationships of persons who have been diagnosed with dementia and are living in a nursing home. Eight spouses? descriptions of their relationship, spousal interaction and the relationship´s impact on the spouse´s life were captured through qualitative interviews. The results show three main types of interaction patterns: one of spousal joy and happiness; a combination of both happiness and sadness; and a pattern of no positive reactions. The strength of the relationship was based on the analysis of trust, intimacy and commitment to the relationship.

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka sex gymnasieelevers upplevelser av betydelsen avde relationer de har till sina lärare. Frågeställningen rör relationens värde för eleven och vadsom påverkar dess kvalitet. Undersökningen är gjord utifrån den relationella pedagogikensperspektiv, vilket bland annat innebär att relation och undervisning är beroende av varandra. I undersökningen användes intervjuer som metod. Resultatet visar att relationens kvalitet harstor betydelse för de intervjuade eleverna och att faktorer som kommunikation, bemötande,trygghet och motivation är faktorer som är avgörande i elevernas beskrivningar av relationenskvalitet.

The purpose with this essay is to investigate which factors that are decisive for nurses? propensity for incident reporting. The study uses a descriptive cross-section design. Included are nurses that works at a care unit and who have worked as a nurse for > 1than one year. The survey was sent out to all nurses embraced by the criteria within a subdivision at a hospital in the middle of Sweden.

This essay investigates employee buyouts and does so from a number of different perspectives. Employee buyout is a term that describes a way of ending an employment through an agreement where the employee gets a sum of money in exchange of leaving their employment. Technically it is neither a resignation, since the employee gives up the employment in exchange of money, nor a dismissal since the employer does not have legal grounds for dismissing the employee. Employee buyout is not an illegal way to end an employment, as long as it is the result of a mutual agreement between the employer and the employee. In this essay I investigate and analyze employee buyouts in relation to 7 § in the Swedish employment protection act, and also Swedish employment protection in relation to regulations from EU regarding employment protection.

Tidigare forskning antyder att människor kan grupperas i fyra affektprofiler som består av hög eller låg positiv affekt och hög eller låg negativ affekt. Studiens syfte var att undersöka dessa fyra olika affektprofiler och deras relation till tre adaptationsproblem; sömnbesvär, depression samt ångest. För att besvara syftet användes data från 2370 deltagare från en svensk population där hänsyn till sjukdomsprevalensen inte togs. Resultatet visade signifikanta skillnader mellan affektprofilernas relationer till adaptationsproblemen. Dem självdestruktiva individerna rapporterade högst värde av adaptationsproblemen följt av hög affektiva, låg affektiva och självförverkligande individer.

The Authorities attitudes towards Gypsies have been characterized by prejudice for a long time. This has lead to the relief actions of the Authorities being formed by discriminating acts. In purpose of eliminating the discrimination of the Gypsies, the Delegation for Gypsy matters formulated a strategy for solving this problem in the report ?Gypsy rights ? a strategy for Gypsies in Sweden?. Despite the goodwill of the Authorities this report has been criticized by Gypsies in Sweden. In the investigation of the derivation of this criticism the aim of this essay is to look at how the Authorities attitude towards Gypsies is shown in this report and how it affects the creation of their ethos.

Inledning: CSR står för Corporate Social Responsibility och innebär företagens ansvarstagande i samhället med hänsyn till sociala, etiska och miljömässiga aspekter. CSR- arbete innefattar ansvar gentemot ägare, anställda, kunder, långivare, myndigheter och övriga intressenter samt ett ansvar och engagemang i samhället och världen utanför företaget.Problemformulering: Denna uppsats avser att undersöka hur mycket som skrivs om CSR- arbete på börsnoterade företags hemsidor, och utifrån det kartlägga hur mycket av den givna informationen som visar på vad företagen konkret åstadkommer.Problemställningar:I vilken utsträckning kommunicerar företagen sitt CSR- arbete via sina hemsidor?Hur stor andel av kommunikationen utgörs av konkreta åtgärder och exempel?Vilka mönster kan urskiljas i företagens CSR- kommunikation via hemsidorna?Är CSR viktigt för företagens varumärkesbyggande?Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att ur ett organisationsperspektiv genomföra en explorativ/komparativ studie för att undersöka hur konkret företag förmedlar sitt CSR- arbete på sina hemsidor.Metod: En undersökning har genomförts på 30 börsnoterade företag. Observationer på deras hemsidor har gjorts för att se hur konkret företagen förmedlar sitt CSR - arbete. Kvalitativa intervjuer har genomförts för att komplettera analysen av hemsidorna och få en bredare syn på CSR- arbete.Teori: Följande teorier har använts under uppsatsen: Carrolls CSR- pyramid, Profil, image och identitet, Varumärkesidentitetsmodellen, en teori om risker som kan påverka köpbeslut, Kommunikationsprocessen och Intressentmodellen.Slutsats: Företag finner stort intresse av att skriva om CSR- arbete på sina hemsidor.

The thesis ?Vi fixar och trixar oss fram till att hjälpa människor? focuses on social work in the field of prostitution and human trafficking in Sweden. Through semi-structured interviews with social workers in the municipalities of Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö working with persons selling and buying sex, and through discourse analysis, the author analyses the perceptions among these social workers of the relation between human rights, prostitution and human trafficking, and the social work which they conduct.The thesis concludes that although the social workers perceive prostitution and human trafficking and social work in this field as human rights related, they are not explicitly using a human rights based approach in their work.The thesis concludes that the social workers identify several aspects that infringe on the rights of their clients in relation to the human rights principles of Universality, Non-discrimination, Accountability and Rule of law and the principle of Participation and Inclusion. They portray the human rights situation of street based sellers, especially those not being Swedish citizens and those affected by human trafficking, as severe.The thesis concludes that the social workers find several obstacles (legal as well as structural) that diminish their ability to strengthen their clients? human rights situation.

Two different claim relations arises with a damage covered by a liability insurance. The first claim relation is of course the one between the claimant and the liable as a claim for damages. The other claim relation arises between the liable in his capacity of insured and his insurer as a claim for compensation under the liability insurance. There is a tight connection between the two claim relations because of the fact that it is the claimant?s claim for damages that gives rise to the claim for insurance compensation.

The assessing of student texts is an ordinary and important task for teachers, and the purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze and discuss which aspects of writing that particularly have an effect on the assessment of the student texts. The aspects in focus are: contents, genre, text length, paragraphing, sentence structure and choice of words.The data is drawn from six texts in the national test in Swedish for the 9th grade. Thetexts are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively regarding contents as well as language.The results show that the qualities of language influence the assessment more than the qualities of contents. Both word variation index and the number of long words increase in relation to raising marks. Uncommon words are also more frequent in texts which receive higher marks.

Denna rapport handlar om användningen av GPS inom polisens hundverksamhet. Vi har valt att göra en jämförelse mellan Norrbottens län (Luleå) och Västra Götaland (Göteborg) för att få en större spridning på vårt arbete, och för att se om användningen av GPS och GSM skiljer sig åt mellan dessa myndigheter. I rapporten kommer vi att inventera hur det nya automatiska positioneringssystemet Followit Hunter skulle kunna fungera praktiskt inom hundverksamheten. En enhet som i dagsläget inte används inom polisen, men som visat sig vara framgångsrik i tester som genomförts av Polismyndigheten i Västra Götaland. Enheten har även funnits på den privata marknaden under en tid och har där fungerat till största belåtenhet.
