Forskning visar att våld mot kvinnor i nära relation är ett dolt problem medett stort mörkertal. Våldet riktas mot kvinnor i alla åldrar och samhällsklasser och utgörett av de största hoten mot kvinnors liv och hälsa. Hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal har enunik möjlighet att kunna identifiera våld i nära relation genom att aktivt fråga kvinnorom de utsatts för denna typ av övergrepp. Kommunikation är ett viktigt redskap förbarnmorskan och en förutsättning för att skapa trygghet i mötet med kvinnan.Studiens syfte var att undersöka vilken erfarenhet barnmorskor påbarnmorskemottagningar och ungdomsmottagningar i Västra Götaland har av attupptäcka våld, bemöta kvinnor och handlägga vården vid våld i nära relation.En enkätundersökning bestående av strukturella och öppna frågor skickades till32 barnmorskor. Enkäten besvarades av 28 barnmorskor; 17 arbetade påbarnmorskemottagningar och 11 på ungdomsmottagningar.

Denna studie beskriver en grupp åttondeklassares uppfattning om vad de lär sig via ett Internetbaserat läromedel i relation till min tolkning av kursplanens mål, samt även vilken relation det finns mellan min analys av detta läromedels förutsättningar till måluppfyllelse och elevernas enkätsvar. Min teoridel tar sin utgångspunkt i olika delar av språkforskningen och tyngdpunkten är lagd på Krashens teorier om acquisition och learning, det vill säga språktillägnelse och inlärning. Jag analyserade det Internetbaserade läromedlet ?Lär dig franska med Charlotte? utifrån kursplanens mål i moderna språk. Därefter genomförde jag en enkätundersökning bland eleverna om hur väl de själva tyckte att läromedlet hjälpte dem att nå upp till delar av dessa mål.

This thesis is a study of the indicated connection between degree of market orientated solutions and range of formal actions against corruption in Swedish municipalities. The indicated connection points in the direction that municipalities with a high degree of market orientated solutions have a higher range of formal actions against corruptionthan municipalities with a low degree of market orientated solutions. In this thesis the indicated connection is studied by analyzing documents fromand interviewing representatives of two Swedish municipalities with differentdegree of market oriented solutions; Botkyrka municipality representing a lowdegree and Nacka municipality representing a high degree. The results of analyzed documents and interviews show the range of formal actions taken against corruption by the municipalities.The empirical results of this thesis is that Nacka municipality have a higher range of formal actions against corruption than Botkyrka municipality has, a result which corresponds with and confirm the indicated connection between high degree of market orientated solutions and high range of formal actions against corruption..

The purpose of this thesis work is to formulate a model with methods that describe key success factors to get understanding and awareness in organizational change projects. We have used a project within the township of Gothenburg as a case and connected to this single project the purpose is to identify key success factors to get understanding and awareness among employees within the township of Gothenburg. We hope that our result will be useful in other large organizational change projects. Theoretic basis for our study have been models and methods, while our purpose have been to construct a model with suitable methods for anchoring. Theories about coaching and process management are examples of methods to get understanding and awareness among employees in change projects.

Aim: The purpose of this study was to highlight in what forms and manifestations spirituality emerges in medical patients whether they consider themselves believers or not. The other aim was to analyse spiritual ideas of nursing scientists ? authors of the patients? oriented studies to come to the better understanding of the situation with spirituality in caring. Method: Descriptive meta-synthesis was chosen, in which 12 nursing studies were analyzed and compiled in a new integrity. Results: The analysis shows that caregivers must be ready to meet and confirm the spiritual dimension consisting of Faith, Meaning, Relationship and Questions without answers in the various forms and expressions they emerge in patient?s experience.

The share of problem gamblers increased for men between 18-24 years old during the period 1999-2009, while the share were steady or decreased for other classes of population. This study examines the relation between this development of problem gambling and the Swedish gambling market. The factors that are studied are the functioning of the market with a focus on the new Internet market for gambling, the games and the underlying risk factors in those, the marketing and other factors outside the gambling market. First a large literature review was made to map the development as detailed as possible. After that a qualitative analysis of the content in television commercials was done to see if they were made for the problem group.

Huntingtons sjukdom är en ärftlig degenerativ sjukdom som förekommer hos 800-1000 personer i Sverige. Tidigare forskning visar på bristfällig kunskap om sjukdomen hos vårdpersonal vilket innebär ett stort lidande för de drabbade. För att skapa en djupare kunskap krävs att vårdpersonal lyssnar till personers upplevelser. Syftet med studien var att belysa personers upplevelse av att leva med Huntingtons sjukdom. För att få en överblick av forskningsläget genomfördes en systematisk sökordsbaserad litteraturstudie.

Diabetes är en av våra stora folksjukdomar. Av Sveriges befolkning är 3-4 procent diabetiker. Av de patienter som får diabetes är ca 90 procente typ 2 diabetiker. I de skandinaviska länderna är 10-15 procent av de som får diabetes över 65 år. En av de viktigaste sakerna för att må bra i sin sjukdom är att sköta sin egenvård som att hantera sin sjukdom med kost, motion och medicinering.

Within system development users have rarely been involved or received much attention during the development. Most of the times, the primary focus within system development lies on insuring functionality, rather than making the system usable. The literature specifies that a non user-centered approach can contribute to a product with low usability, which can lead to an ineffective and unsatisfactory experience for the end users.The purpose of this thesis is to begin an investigation to see if the use of non user-oriented system development methods is a possible cause of low usability in the final system.To achieve the purpose of this thesis, we have conducted a case study. Within the case study we examined the usability of a time reporting system. The case study included seven minor studies; an investigation concerning the development of the system, an expert evaluation of the system, interviews and observations of users, developed paper prototypes and executable prototypes, both which user testing was performed on.The result of this study shows that by working with user-entered methods, the usability in the time reporting system increased after the design had been revised.

The aim of this thesis is to make a contribution to the field of design oriented theory, regarding young children and their way to digital competence. My research question is: How can a preschool with a certain pedagogical ICT-design give the children affordances for media play and for developing a digital competence?The European Parliament points out digital literacy as one of the Key Competences for life long learning. A digital competence is built on basic ICT (Information and Communication technology) skills. Skills you can develop any time during life, weather you are young or old.

Studien syftar till att diskutera hur killar förhåller sig till bilder av maskulinitet som tillgängliggörs via visuella medier, samt hur denna typ av bilder tillsammans med text uttrycker maskulinitet i relation till kroppen som en del av ett identitetsskapande projekt. Studiens teoretiska utgångspunkter ligger i R.W. Connells teori om socialt förkroppsligande och den maskulina hegemonin samt Judith Butlers teori om att kön konstrueras performativt. Denna kvalitativa studie har följt fem fotbollsutövande- och intresserade killar i 17-18 års åldern under fem veckor. Det har genomförts tre fokusgruppssamtal och fem veckors kontinuerlig deltagande observation.

Detta är en kvalitativ studie med syfte att studera och analysera specialpedagogers och speciallärares uppfattningar om det pedagogiska mötets betydelse för lärande och utveckling, i relation till de elever som de möter i behov av stöd.Undersökningen bygger på 6 intervjuer, med 4 specialpedagoger och 2 speciallärare som arbetar med specialundervisning i två kommuner i mellersta Sverige. Resultatet visar en ganska lika uppfattning om vad informanterna i studien upplever och innefattar i ett pedagogiskt möte. De beskriver ett pedagogiskt möte som situationer och möten med elever i sin verksamhet som genererar lärande. I mötet med eleven har kommunikationen och samspelet en stor, och många gånger avgörande betydelse för hur en elevs lärande och utveckling blir, menar pedagogerna. Vidare visar resultatet att en god relation mellan pedagog och elev är grunden för att ett gott lärande ska utvecklas.

This thesis is concerned with political mobilization and the construction of a collective andsocial identity. The main purpose of the study is theoretical which emphasize their interaction.In order to do this I study the two phenomenons by seeing them as cases of each other. Wecannot understand one of the two phenomenons without taking into account the other as well.In addition, the secondary aim of my thesis is empirical. I use the political transformationduring the 70th and 80th on the eastern seaboard of Nicaragua to relate my theoretical analysisof political mobilization and the construction of identities. Nicaragua will provide mytheoretical analysis with new insights.

Den här studien handlar om coaching inom ridsporten. Den beskriver ryttares uppfattningar, genom intervjuer, om coaching utifrån aspekterna relation, medvetenhet och ansvar. Syftet är att beskriva ryttares uppfattningar om coaching inom ramen för ridsport. Ridsport och coaching är ett område som inte är väl forskat inom och denna studie hoppas på att tillföra till ökad forskning. Coaching har olika definitioner i olika sammanhang.

A new generation has entered the labour market. The group is presented as Generation Y andis described as egocentric, spoiled, unloyal and money oriented. Lecturer advice companieson how to understand and lead this new generation. The advisement creates stereotypicalcharacteristics of the group, which then reflects on the generations own identity development.But aside the stereotypes that are created on the labour market, the generation puts a lot oftheir spare time into volunteer work, which is seen as altruistic. This gives us a contradictoryportrayal of the new generation.The purpose of this paper is to understand the factors that contribute to the voluntary work ofGeneration Y and how the group experiences their own commitment.
