The background to the study was that the school agency published a report stating that students, after completing school, did not meet the criteria to receive the grade ?Pass? in mathematics. The study presents the reasoning of work teams from five different preschool departments?, about ways to work with the subject with children in the ages four to five. The study may help future teachers to develop new attitudes regarding mathematics in the preschool, by letting them take part of others pedagogues? thoughts and experiences.

I många länder runt om i världen finns arbetsterapeuter anställda inom skolverksamheten. Där de ger stöd/handledning till läraren men också insatser som riktas direkt till barnet. Med bakgrund till detta ville vi ta reda på utifrån ett arbetsterapeutiskt perspektiv om klasslärarna i årskurs 4-6 får stöd och handledning gällande barn med inlärningssvårigheter i skolaktiviteter samt vilka insatser som riktas mot dessa barn. Informationen samlades in genom en egendesignad enkät, där 19 lärare deltagit som sammanlagt undervisade 508 elever. Lärarna undervisade i genomsnitt 4,9 elever med inlärningssvårigheter och resultatet visade att 63 % av lärarna inte fick det stöd/handledning som de önskade och 90 % av lärarna ansåg att skolans resurser inte var tillräckliga för att möta elever med inlärningssvårigheter.

Denna studie fokuserar på samverkan mellan äldreomsorgens sektioner hemtjänst och hemsjukvård i två västsvenska kommuner. Våra huvudfrågor är; Hur ser organisationernas organisering av samverkan ut och vilka förutsättningar för samverkan ges det för medarbetarna? När ska man samverka? Vad ska man samverka om? Finns det hindrande och främjande faktorer för samverkan? Studien är baserad på kvalitativa intervjuer med chefer på två nivåer inom organisationerna. Tidigare forskning om samverkan, professionsteori, nyinstitutionell teori, teori om tvärprofessionella grupper och gruppteori är applicerad på materialet för att förstå fenomenet samverkan.Studien visar att det är många faktorer som spelar in för att åstadkomma en fungerande samverkan mellan olika professioner. Vi ser hur samverkan kan struktureras på ett medvetet och genomtänkt sätt och vi ser hur samverkan blir godtycklig när det inte finns en medveten strukturering.

During the last few years the alcohol consumption has increased and is now the highest in 100 years, one usually count that 10 % of the grown up population abuse alcohol and/or drugs and most of them are hidden abusers with families and work. This leads to great costs for the companies. But the much greater cost for the companies are the much larger group of risk abusers. According to the Swedish law the employer has a responsibility for the work milieu and also for the rehabilitate for the employed and drug/alcohol abuse applies to this.I have done qualitative interviews on four companies in the south of Sweden with one representa-tive for the management and one representative for the union. I have investigated their attitudes to alcohol and drugs and how they describe the alcohol culture at the company.The companies define alcohol problems when they are established and obvious and when it is dis-covered they put in resources and because of this they don't work preventive so much.

As the staffing agency business is rapidly growing and suffering from accidents resulting in higher sick leave than in other businesses, it is of great interest to analyze which responsibilities prevail between the customer companies and the staffing agencies, when it comes to working environment for hired staff.The purpose of this essay is to clarify the distribution of responsibilities between customer companies and staffing agencies, regarding working environment. I would also like to analyze which consequences this distribution of responsibilities may lead to.To be able to answer these questions, I have chosen to use the legal dogmatic method together with the sociology of law method. I have studied legal sources, literature and also interviewed three persons who are active within the staffing agency business; one person from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, one person from the employers? side and one person from the employees? side.The conclusion of my survey is that the SAM-responsibility is divided equally between staffing agencies and customer companies, since the customer company who hires staff is equated with an employer. The employer must also ensure that there is an organized work adaptation and rehabilitation function within the company.

Andelen yngre som insjuknat i stroke har under de senaste åren ökat och möjligheten för dessa individer att kunna återgå till arbete med hjälp av rehabilitering eller kompensatoriska åtgärder är av stor vikt. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur individer som insjuknat i stroke upplever sin nuvarande arbetssituation, men även belysa hur de upplever rehabiliteringens roll som en del av återgången till arbete. Datainsamlingen skedde genom en egenutformad enkät med kvalitativ ansats. Deltagarna bestod av två män och två kvinnor i åldrarna 32-60 och med olikartade yrkesroller. Resultatet visade att framförallt arbetsgivare och rehabiliteringspersonal hade en avgörande roll i individernas upplevelser av återgången till arbete.

Sjuksköterskor kan uppleva det som svårt att kommunicera med patienter vid livets slut (end of life [EOL]). Det är avgörande för patientens välbefinnande att ha en god kommunikation med sin sjuksköterska i samband med palliativ vård. Syftet med studien var att belysa sjuksköterskor och patienters kommunikation inom palliativ vård. Studien är gjord som en litteraturöversikt baserad på 14 vetenskapliga artiklar.

Vi har gjort vårt examensjobb på reklambyrån Aptera. På efterfrågan av Äventyrshuset Bodaborg, en av Apteras kunder, fick vi uppdraget att göra ett litet spel för reklamsyften. Som ett sätt att nå ut till konsumenterna på ett underhållande och lite nytänkande sätt. I reklambranschen är det viktigt att man har bra och nyskapande koncept för att folk ska lägga märke till, och ännu viktigare, gilla reklamen. Och reklam finns ju i alla möjliga former, så det kändes som ett naturligt steg att även använda dataspel som ett reklammedium.

How do we match our education with the needs of the construction line of business and the requirementsof the Swedish National Agency for education? Is there something that we have to change?In this study I have asked our former students about their opinion of our education and I have also asked them to give me their view on what a good teacher is like. I have been able to benefit a lot from their answers in my efforts to be that good teacher. This survey took place at Facebook.The answers showed that we carry on a piece of solid workmanship. But you can always improve, try harder.

The aim of the study was to describe what it's like to live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and experiences of social support and being received and met by health personnel. The method was a qualitative interview study of descriptive design and was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Three women and two men (26-75 years) with MS from two municipalitiesin central Sweden participated in the study. The main results showed that the participants felt the disease limited everyday life. The majority described feelings of injustice being affectedby the illness, but they now have a new perspective on life.
