Uppsatsens syfte är att utreda hur svenska telemarketingföretag och deras uppdragsgivare påverkas av NIX-Telefon. Genom fallstudier på företag inom branschen kommer vi att generera hypoteser gällande branschen i allmänhet. Vår undersökning utgår från hermeneutiken och har en induktiv ansats. Dess utformning är intensiv och vi har gjort personliga intervjuer med två telemarktingföretag, en uppdragsgivare, NIX-Telefon samt en branschorganisation. Vår teoretiska referensram består av teorier inom marknadsföring och psykologi, samt ett par undersökningar om ett register i USA som liknar NIX-Telefon.

The establishment of loan-based structures within a group of associated enterprises with the purpose of lowering the group's taxes by using deductible interest payments to transfer money has become increasingly popular in Sweden during the past few years. The legislator has therefore implemented new laws which restrict the amount of interest payments that are deductible within a group of associated enterprises. As a consequence the definition of associated enterprises has become of high importance. The definition has been criticized and is perceived by many as vague and difficult to interpret. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the definition of associated enterprises in Swedish tax law with the aim of clarifying its scope and meaning.

Empati är att kunna uppleva och förstå andra människors känslor. Tre studier gjordes för att undersöka socialsekreterares empati för sina klienter och hur de upplever sin professionella och genuina empati. Två studier var kvantitativa och en var en mixed design. Deltagarna var 26 socialsekreterare och 57 socionomstudenter. Studie 1 och 2 visade att socialsekreterare och studenter på socionomprogrammet hade mer empati för en sympatisk person än för en osympatisk.

The discrepancy in the rights for healthcare between undocumented migrants and the citizen in Sweden is a prerequisite for the existence of Läkarkliniken. Because of the chosen patient group the clinic stands outside the regulations from the National Board of Health and Welfare. The aim of this study was, from an institutional perspective, to investigate how such a unique player is designed and where the influences to the design origin from. The task was conducted thorough a qualitative case study with base in depth interviews. High levels of isomorphism were observed between Läkarkliniken and the general healthcare, however differences were seen as well.

Syfte: Studien undersöker om det finns ett samband mellan ekonomiska indikatorer och den årliga aktieavkastningen ett år framåt på den svenska marknaden för företag som genomfört nyemission och jämförs med en benchmark som består av företag som inte genomfört nyemission.Metod: Uppsatsen utgår från en kvantitativ undersökning där multipel regressionsanalys används för att undersöka sambandet mellan indikatorer och aktieavkastningen vid nyemissioner under tidsperioden 2002 ? 2010.Slutsats: Utifrån resultaten kunde vissa signifikanta samband konstateras mellan indikatorerna och totalavkastningen för nyemissionsgruppen. Det visade att totalavkastningen sjunker det året företag genomför nyemission jämfört med totalavkastningen året innan nyemissionen. Det kunde konstateras att marknaden är ineffektiv till en viss utsträckning i samband med nyemissioner. För benchmark kunde resultaten dock inte säkerställas på grund av att statistisk felkälla förekom i regressionsmodellen..

Over the last decades there has been a steady increase in the representation of women on the political arena. Despite of this there are still fewer women in comparison to men in political organs particularly at the municipal level. It is therefore of great importance to examine which different factors that tend to effect the female representation at this level. Doctor of philosophy at Umeå University Jessika Wide presented in a study from 2000 that the share of women in the municipal councils tended to depend upon cultural, socio-economical and political factors. Other scholars also mean that women have specific interests and therefore are more represented in some areas.

This study focuses on the influence a user may have over his or her welfare service, personal assistance. A county, an assistance firm and a user cooperative are compared with the thesis that the organisation that surrounds the users shapes the possibilities the user have to influence his or her personal assistance. There are questions that try to answer if there are outspoken social goals within each organisation. Questions regarding influence of the user when she or he is choosing the assistance provider and the users possibility to influence and his or her power to decide who and when anyone works as an assistant are asked..

Background: At this present moment, one of the largest changes in the Swedish employment market is occurring, as the people born in the 1940's are retiring. The Generation Y, people born in the 1980's, will enter. Will this have an affect on motivation and leadership, and in that case, in what way Aim: The purpose of this essay is to investigate whether or not Generation Y (born in the 1980's) has an effect on the perceptions on how to lead and motivate employees. Based on research and our empirical results from qualitative interviews at one of Sweden's largest banks, our research questions are:1. Are executives' and employees' perceptions regarding Generation Y in line with previous research 2.

The society of today can?t manage without transportation. We need transports to getfood, to go to work and to create new products. The transportation ofgood is thus an important part in the function of the society and they?ll increase, bothin number and in amount.

Protecting the environment has with time grown to take a more central role in the society. Agriculture plays an important role in the society since this sector produces our food. More thorough research on how agriculture affects the environment is therefore motivated. This research can be used to improve the agricultural practice from an environmental point of view. This is something that both the farmers and the consumers can profit from. This study aims to form the basis for creating environmental indicators for use of nitrogen and energy on dairy farms. Twenty-three farmers in western Sweden have been interviewed about their farms, both organic and conventional. They produce milk with different intensity, defined as the amount of milk delivered (sold) per hectare of arable land.

SAMMANFATTNING Syfte: Att med kvantitativa metoder försöka finna faktorer som kan förklara skillnaderna i mängd antibiotikaförskrivning mellan tandläkare i Skåne och Västerbotten i Sverige. Metod: I denna utredande demografiska studie, gjordes en initial sökning i databasen Pubmed för att finna kvantitativa faktorer som påverkar tandläkares antibiotikaförskrivning. Statistiska uppgifter hämtades sedan från olika svenska register och tolkades för resultatet. Resultat: Ingen enskild faktor som undersöktes kunde förklara den högre förskrivningen av antibiotika som ses i Skåne. Resultaten stödjer hypotesen att det inte finns någon kvantitativ faktor som kan förklara Skånes förskrivning av antibiotika. Slutsats: Skillnader i mängd ordinerad antibiotika mellan de två regionerna i Sverige kunde inte förklaras genom att undersöka de kvantitativa faktorerna som använts i denna studie. Skillnader i förskrivning är troligen ett resultat av kvalitativa faktorer och fler studier inom området efterfrågas. Nyckelord: antibiotika, förskrivning, tandvård, Sverige.

En vanlig risk för organisationer är att användare inte har tillräcklig kunskap omdatasäkerhet vilket kan medföra att känslig information når obehöriga via internet.Administratörer i organisationer har fått ökade problem på grund av att användarna ärden svagaste länken i systemet. En vanlig orsak till detta är att användare i allt störreutsträckning utsätts för nätfiske-attacker.Arbetets syfte är att är att undersöka möjligheten att utforma ett test som undersökerkopplingar mellan personlighetstyper enligt Myers-Briggs Type Indicators ochanvändares förmåga att identifiera nätfiske-attacker. Testet som tagits fram består avtre delar. Första delen är ett MBTI-test, andra delen syftar till att se användarnaskunskap om nätfiske-attacker och tredje delen visar användarnas attityd till nätfiskeoche-postsäkerhet.Resultatet visar att det existerar skillnader mellan personlighetstyper vilket är enindikation på att metoden och testet kan användas för att se en koppling mellanpersonlighetstyper och förmåga att identifiera nätfiske-attacker. "Food security is a situation that exists when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life" (FAO Summit, 2003, pp. 28).Food insecurity is of concern regarding the Republic of Mauritius (ROM) since it is defined as a net food importing country. (Farming news, 2008). The impacts of climate change followed by their complexity could potentially have an increased risk effect upon the social and environmental welfare as well as the economic drivers in the ROM (www, UNESCO1, 2009). The primary victims when it comes to the impacts of climate change are the Mauritian agricultural producers since agriculture is highly dependent on climate stability, therefore affecting the yields of the producers.

Bakgrund: Schizofreni är en sjukdom som drabbar cirka 1 % av befolkningen, men en evidensbaserad, effektiv behandling med få biverkningar saknas. Denna litteraturstudie syftar till att kartlägga kvalitetsindikatorer som utgör grunden för en god omvårdnad av patienter med schizofreni. Syfte: Att sammanställa och belysa kvalitetsindikatorer som förväntas säkerställa en god kvalitet i omvårdnad och bemötande av patienter med schizofreni. Design: Litteraturstudie Metod: Litteraturstudie av 17 vetenskapliga artiklar, en review-artikel samt fyra debattartiklar om behandling av schizofreni, som analyserats och kvalitetsgranskats för att kunna belysa vilka faktorer som utgör kvalitetsindikatorer vid omvårdnad av patienter med schizofreni. Resultat: Kvalitetsindikatorer vid omvårdnad av patienter med schizofreni är ett holistiskt synsätt där patienten står i centrum och vården ges av välutbildade vårdgivare.

The purpose of this study was to examine the controversy surrounding the Swedish methadone assisted rehabilitation program over time. Which course has the Swedish methadone assisted rehabilitation program, and the controversy surrounding it, taken since the start? Which arguments have been for and which have been against a methadone assisted rehabilitation program in Sweden, and what are these arguments based on? We chose to write this thesis as a literature study to get a broad and in depth picture of the development of the program in Sweden. In our analysis we used social constructionism and a medical aspect on substance abuse as theories.It is clear that it has been, and still are, differences in opinions when it comes to the effects of the program. As early as in the 1980's the methadone assisted rehabilitation program was scientifically proved effective and approved by the Swedish Board of Health and Social Affairs.
