Göteborg är en stad som växer. Det behövs åtgärder för att göra stadens transportsystem mer effektivt när invånarantalet ökar, en bakgrund till att infrastrukturprojektet Västsvenska paketet har utvecklats. Vid årsskiftet 2013 introducerades ett system för trängselskatt, som en del av Västsvenska paketet, i Göteborgs stad. Infrastruktur i form av vägar och spårvägar har traditionellt varit statligt finansierade, något som frångåtts alltmer under senare tid. I och med lagändringar har det blivit både möjligt och vanligare med kommunal och regional medfinansiering.I denna uppsats analyserar vi de möjliga effekter trängselskatt kommer att ha för Göteborg.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate if there is a risk that Sweden will go in to crises at the house market and in the bank sector. The Swedish house prices have in the last years growth very high and quickly and are now over the development in the beginning of 1990. IT kan hittas inne i våra hem och ute på våra företag och sägs vara vägen till regional tillväxt och utveckling. Därför satsar numera EU stora summor på projekt likt IT-rådgivarna. Detta är ett projekt som varit verksamt sedan år 2003 och som har till uppdrag att, i Gävleborgs- och Dalarnas län, kostnadsfritt ge rådgivning och stöd inom IT åt företag med behov. En undersökning har gjorts i detta examensarbete åt IT-rådgivarna bland microföretagen i Gävleborgsregionen. Undersökningen utfördes i form av en enkätundersökning och besvarades av 20st.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the target to convert the Swedish military aviation industry towards working within the civilian sector was planned and implemented parallel to the target of building a world-class military aircraft. Julmyra Horse Center AB är ett företag som driver utvecklingen av ett hästsamhälle beläget i Uppsala län. Ett utvecklingsprojekt har pågått under 2011 inom länet, där Julmyra ska bli etablerat som det första hästsportsamhället i Sverige. Idag är Julmyra under expansiv utveckling och för att kunna skapa en hållbar sådan krävs det en kortsiktig och långsiktig strategi. Detta är ett utvecklingsprojekt som är finansierat av EU och Julmyras vänner står som projektägare och är en ideell förening. Målet med detta examensarbete är att granska vilka servicefunktioner som bör tillkomma på Julmyra för att kunderna ska bli nöjda och vilka av dessa servicefunktioner som kan etableras på kort respektive lång sikt.

The aim of this study is to investigate how new knowledge, discovered and translated by the archaeologist, is transferred to the public by examining the question posed to the archaeologist by ?la?nsstyrelsen,? the county administration office.Since there can be no mediation of knowledge without an understanding of its perception, I pay a visit to the cognitive sciences in order to answer what knowledge is and how it functions in regards to contract archaeological results.I argue that the current structure of mediation, in regards to archaeological knowledge, is in need of the same quality control that is demanded by the contractors in regards to standard archaeological procedures. When presenting archaeology to the public, consideration needs to be paid to the different targets groups of society. The importance of national directions rather than regional translations for mediation of archaeology is stressed by the author. This needs to be carried out through a change of the questions posed to the contracted archaeologists by the county administration in their ?fo?rfra?gningsunderlag,? the order specification for archaeological investigations. .

AbstractAt the UN Conference on Environment and Development in 1992 the nations stated that traditional environmental policies were not sufficient to handle the multidimensional challenges posed by sustainable development. Governments needed to broaden their political decision making procedures in order to coordinate and integrate environmental, social and economic policies. Therefore a new tool was introduced in Agenda 21, National Strategies for Sustainable Development (NSDS). The aim of an NSDS would be to bring together actors from all parts of society to jointly reach a consensus on how to work towards the vision of a sustainable society. An NSDS would be seen as a strategic tool to help focus national policies for SD.

Provningsverksamheten hos Försvarets materielverk behöver en bättre anpassad prissättning mot andra kunder än Försvarsmakten. Utgångspunkten för detta examensarbete är att undersöka möjligheterna till en mer marknadsanpassad prissättning. I examensarbetet vinklas emellertid prissättningen både ur marknads- och kostnadsfokus. Teorin och analysen leder fram till en lösning där kundvärdet blir centralt och med internkalkyleringen som ett viktigt stöd i prissättningen. Syftet med detta kandidatarbete är att beskriva den befolkningsutveckling som pågår i Sveriges gles- och landsbygder samt att sammanställa metoder från forskning och beprövad erfarenhet som används för att motverka en negativ befolkningsutveckling. Den generella befolkningsutvecklingen i Sverige speglas sedan i Rävemåla, som är en tätortsnära landsbygdsort i Tingsryd kommun, för att undersöka om orten har följt samma bana som befolkningsutvecklingen gjort i Sverige och vilka metoder som används och kan användas för att försöka nå en positiv utveckling. Tingsryds kommun och Rävemåla tätort lider båda av en negativ befolkningsutveckling och en åldrande befolkning. Den mest använda metoden för att nå en positiv utveckling är marknadsföring, vilket är den mest använda metoden i riket för att öka befolkning.

Background: Theoretical, it?s been questioned why dividends exists in companies based upon the fact that there is a separation between ownership and control. According to the agency theoretical perception, dividends is used as a manner to unify the interest of this separation, which in turn lower the agency cost, and increase the efficiency of companies.Purpose: The aim of this master thesis is to scrutinize and analyse the association between Swedish firms? owner structure and owner types and their inclination to dividend.Method: We attack the problem with a hypothetical-deductive research method by using the existence of a universal theory, the agency theory. Quantitative method and materials are used to study the consequences of women's political participation in Swedish municipals.Many theorists think that women have special interests, different from men?s, which is also the belief of this essay. This political interest is here defined as freedom from discrimination and violence against women. In order to see if this interest is present in local policy it is transformed into variables concerning whether the local authority has an equality plan, supports a local shelter for abused women and by how much money it supports women's shelter.
