Thesis purpose: The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate the expectations of roles between supplier sales representatives and retailer store personnel in relation to in-store campaigns, this in order to enhance effectiveness of these functions creating an increase in consumer response. Methodology: The researchers believe that social phenomenon and their meanings are continually being accomplished by social actors, hence a study of individuals? expectations must have a point of departure in these people?s social reality. Store personnel and supplier sales representatives are to a certain degree affected by the structural power relationships within the organizational network, thus the researchers combine an interpretative and radical structuralist paradigm. Theoretical perspective: The researchers investigate expectations of roles through examining interaction between parties involved.

Syftet med studien är att utifrån begreppet bildskapande studera hur bild används som pedagogiskt verktyg på tre olika typer av förskolor. I inledningen beskrivs att bild har fått stå tillbaka i jämförelse med de förstärkta målområdena som matematik, naturvetenskap och teknik. En kvalitativ metod används där nio pedagoger intervjuas. De valda frågeställningarna är: Hur uppfattar pedagoger att de arbetar med bild i förskolan? Hur motiverar pedagoger bild i verksamheten, det vill säga är några specifika lärmål kopplade till metoden? Hur definierar pedagoger bild, det vill säga vad (hur), med vilket material arbetar barnen med då? Hur tänker pedagoger kring sin egen roll i barns bildskapande? Är det några skillnader hur olika typer av förskolor arbetar med bild?  I resultatet framkommer det att majoriteten av pedagoger arbetar med bild i förskolan samt att de kopplar bild till det fria skapandet i förskolans verksamhet vilket innebär att barn har tillgång till material och skapar på egen hand.

Background: In Sweden, heart transplantation increases as a method of treatment. Patients undergoing heart transplantation require special needs of care. Nurses have to increase knowledge about experiences that these patients percieve to conform the health care in the future. In this study, health science has been used as a theoretical frame of reference which includes a patient perspective.Aim: The aim of this study was to describe experiences among patients, elder than 18 years old, undergoing heart transplantation.Method: The method was a qualitative descriptive study with a context analysis based on ten scientific articles and an autobiography corresponding with the aim of the study.Results: The results of this study showed six themes about experiences that emerged among patients undergoing heart transplantation: feeling of vitality, existential crisis, importance of social support, destructive feelings, capacity of going on and the experience of quality of life.Conclusion: It?s not a guarantee that the quality of life will increase among patients undergoing heart transplantation and they need a specialist trained nurse available to support at all hours..

SammanfattningDet här projektet behandlar området Additiv Tillverkning (AM) för metalliska material och undersöker om det är lämpligt att använda vid produktion inom flygindustrin. AM är en relativt ny tillverkningsmetod där föremål byggs upp lager för lager direkt ifrån en datormodell. Teknikområdet tillåter i många fall större konstruktionsfriheter som möjliggör tillverkning av mer viktoptimerade och funktionella artiklar. Andra fördelar är materialbesparing och kortare ledtider vilket har ett stort ekonomiskt värde.En omfattande litteraturstudie har gjorts för att utvärdera alla tekniker som finns på marknaden och karakterisera vad som skiljer de olika processerna. Även maskiners prestanda och kvalité på tillverkat material utvärderas, och för varje teknik listas möjligheter och begränsningar.

The aim of our study has been to see how DIK-forum represents the occupational groups that are represented in the frames of the trade journal. We have, to find out the phenomenon, done a content analysis by looking into 18 numbers of DIK-forum from year 2006 and 2007. The 18 strategically chosen journals was enough to give us a statistic result that we later on could generalize over those two years of DIK-forum. Totally there were 818 articles, news items and vacant advertisements that made the central point of this study. By these materials have we studied the representation of the occupational groups to find out if there were any over- and/or under represented groups, and also if the publications of the material were directed to the students or to the occupational groups in these trade journals.In our study the results shows that the trade journal DIK-forum does not represent all the occupational groups at the same level.

Den här studien handlar om vilken påverkan omställningen från versaler till gemener har på den tidiga inlärningen av bokstäver i skrift och läsning. Studien handlar även om det pedagogiska material som affärer som tillexempel lågprisvaruhus och bokhandeln säljer och vilken effekt ett material som lekmän utformat har på ett barns inlärning av skrift och läsning. Studien berättar även om vilket pedagogiskt material som förskolan och skolan använder sig av och det materialets påverkan på inlärningen av bokstäver. Den metod som använts är att jag lett gruppdiskussioner där vi arbetat med semistrukturerade frågor för att på det sättet komma djupare in i ämnet. Frågeställningen har varit hur dagens aktiva pedagoger resonerar om versaler (stora bokstäver) och gemener (små bokstäver), dessutom behandlas hur pedagogerna resonerar om elever som blandar versaler och gemener i en mening eller ett ord.

The aim of this master thesis is to study how academic librarians can overcome the gap between themselves and the user. The gap, as we see it, is generated by the user's deeper knowledge surrounding her subject in comparison to the librarian. This knowledge gives the user possibilities to handle certain discourses attached to the subject and a knowledge how sub-subjects relate to each other within the main subject. At the same time the user is in need of help to find information within her subject, this need needs to be explained to the librarian as a search expert. The scope of this master thesis is to find how the librarian, tactically, can reach the users need despite lack of subject knowledge.

To be able to plan for the expansion of a town, one needs a vision of the future appear-ance of the town. It is the current issues (social situation, supply and demand, political control etc.) which decide what the ideal for town planning is. This is turn is the steering factor of the physical structure of the town. Therefore, the town's structure is decided by these ideals.In this report, I will present planning ideals that have historically been, and which criticisms that have been directed towards them. With reference to these issues, I will present those guidelines and ideals we have today for planning of our towns.

Resultatet från de internationella studierna TIMSS (2011) och PISA (2012) visar att svenska elevers matematikkunskaper försämrats över tid. Detta i relation till övriga deltagande länder. Vanligen präglas matematikundervisningen av få inslag av variation och läroboksstyrd undervisning dominerar. Både litteratur och forskning framhäver laborativt material som ett redskap för att konkretisera abstrakt matematik. Dock tydliggörs betydelsen av lärares reflektion gällande denna undervisningsform.

Emissions of insufficiently treated wastewater, mainly blackwater (i.e. wastewater from toilets), contributes to the eutrophication of lakes and seas. At the same time, blackwater is a fraction with a low content of heavy metals and, after sanitization, it can recirculate plant nutrients to arable land using the liquid composting treatment method. Liquid composting means that organic material is degraded under aerobic conditions. For sanitization, the blackwater needs to be treated together with energy-rich complementary material.

Our study is based on a number of specifically selected incidents which show the consequences these disruptions cause in management, security and quality within the operation. Our intention was also to examine what role the medical technology department of the hospital plays in the care production operation during these unplanned stoppages. Method:Through a qualitative study we have generated material from a number of interviews with staff working in the hospital of Kalmar.

Det behövs konkreta upplevelser och praktiska tillämpningar för att eleverna ska förstå den abstrakta matematiken. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur sex lärare i årskurs 3 och 4, i sydvästra Sverige, uppfattar att ett färdigt laborativt material inom tal i bråkform, vilket representerar de olika faserna - konkret, representativt, abstrakt och återberättande, påverkar deras planering, undervisning och bedömning. Resultatet visar på att lärarna uppfattar att det färdiga laborativa materialet påverkar deras planering, undervisning och bedömning på sätt att det ger variation, stöd, elevaktivitet och tid att individualisera. Men samtidigt visar resultatet även på att lärare i studien uppfattar att materialet behöver utökas med elevinflytande och delaktighet, mer tid till att arbeta med det färdiga laborativa materialet och utökat bedömningsunderlag. Det vi la märke till i uppfattningarna i lärarnas svar var att alla saknade kunskap om den representativa fasen och vikten av att ta med alla faserna i arbetet med det färdiga laborativa materialet..

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to analyse how adult students in Swedish adult education seek information for school tasks. The focus is on how they use the public library and electronic information sources and their reflection on information and sources in this process. Also of interest in the study is the help they receive from staff in the public library and their teacher. Methods used in collecting and analysing data for this study were of qualitative nature.

I have in this essay looked at what stand NWT took to the three leading countries in The First World War, Germany, France and England, and if it changed during the course of the war.I worked based on the theory that NWT, as a politically conservative newspaper was pro-Germany, which also showed to be true.I have look at the official stand, what is shown in the published material, what stand that the newspaper showed outwards. The result shows that NWT held a neutral stand during the war being loyal to the conservative government. At the end of the war the papers sympathies for Germany are shown more openly in its political material..

During recent years the professional role of librarians has changed considerably. Development in the areas of information technology and the Internet has had a strong impact on libraries.
