In 1809 the citizens of Sweden where given the freedom to practice their Christian faith through the Swedish constitution of 1809, 16 §. This proclaimed that there should be religious freedom in Sweden, albeit restricted to Evangelical-Lutheran faith. Although after the law regarding dissenters was passed in 1860 by choosing another church than the Evangelical-Lutheran church you lost some civic rights, for example you could not become a public official. The freedom to choose religious affiliation was given through the Law of Religious Freedom in 1951. The purpose of this study is to evaluate in what way the concept of religious freedom has developed in Swedish law between 1809 and 1951.In the background I treat two historical events and one era, with focus upon religious freedom, which have in my opinion influenced the view of religious freedom in Sweden during the chosen period of 1809?1951.

Abstract Background: In 1997 the Kyoto Protocol was signed, it?s an international agreement which is aimed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Sweden's goal is to reduce energy using in buildings with 20 percent by 2020 and 50 percent by 2050. This is a comparison with levels from 1995 (Glad, 2006). For Sweden to be able to reach its goals, they need to construct more low-energy buildings (Åhman, Wahlström & Lundblad, 2010).

SammanfattningOCS950(Object Controller System 950) är en av Bombardiers produkter som hanterar säkerhetssystemet i järnvägstrafiken. Det består av olika delsystem och strömförsörjs mha nätaggregat (PSU ? Power Supply Unit). I den här rapporten undersöks den befintliga PSU74-modellen samt nya switchade nätaggregat som finns på marknaden.Bakgrunden till att Bombardier vill byta ut PSU74 mot ett nytt switchat aggregat är att PSU74 har en vikt på 14 kg och tar stor plats i el-skåp. Ett swichat nätaggregat väger ungefär 1,5 kg och är så pass kompakt att det tar litet utrymme i el-skåpet.Bombardier har medvetet väntat med att gå över till SMPS eftersom tillförlitlighet blir ett problem.

En lojal arbetsstyrka är eftersträvansvärd i alla typer av organisationer eftersom det med lojaliteten även följer ett känslomässigt band mellan medarbetarna och företaget. Detta band bidrar till att medarbetarna gör sitt yttersta för att nå företagets mål och vision. I en organisation som Apoteket AB, vilken har genomfört stora organisatoriska förändringar, aktualiseras betydelsen av lojalitet då monopolets upphörande sätter företaget i en ny situation, nämligen en konkurrens om arbetskraften. Genom ökad förståelse för hur de olika hierarkiska nivåerna i organisationen ser på begreppet lojalitet och hur dessa uppfattningar förhåller sig till varandra möjliggörs konkurrensfördelar gentemot andra aktörer på marknaden. I denna kvalitativa studie har medarbetare från apoteket Kungsmyntan i Stockholm intervjuats om hur de ser på lojalitet och hur denna syn påverkats av omregleringen.

Den vanligast förekommande sjukdomen hos unga kalvar med infektiös orsak i Sverige är diarré. Enterit kan leda till uttorkning, acidos, rubbningar i elektrolytbalansen och i värsta fall dödsfall. Today, a large proportion of wood supplied for the Swedish forest industry is bought from private forest owners while forest companies at the same time provide the forest owners with services such as logging services and transportation. Today, forest companies work extensively with keeping the time used for transport and logging short. But what does the private forest owners think about the time required for the timber deal, also called lead time, and the different parts of the timber deal. In this thesis, the forest owners? perception of the different lead times in their contracts with Stora Enso and their communication with the purchasers is examined.

For a few decades, the wild boars are established over large areas in southern and centralSweden. Where they cause problems in terms of damage to crops in the agriculturelandscape, where rooting, browsing and trampling, but also damage to the crop when wildboars chosen daily rest in the cultivated fields. Along with the growing number of wildboars the rate of car accident with wild boars has also increased.Here I examined the daily rests of wild boar (Sus scrofa) sows in southern Sweden, todetermine the factors which the wild boars sows choose for daily rest. By determining whatfactors are important in this selection of daily rests, we may be able to make managementmeasures to reduce the damage wild boars make in the agriculture landscape by attractingthem to places where they do less economic damage and accidents on roads.In this study I have examined 123 daily rest positions from 14 different individual wildboar sows fitted with GPS collared in Southern Sweden, Skåne County in Christinehof,Högestad Kronovalls estate. Data was collared over the years 2004-2006 during the periodfrom June 1 to September 30.

Syfte. Undersöka användningen av kängurumetoden hos extremt för tidigt födda barn.Bakgrund. Kängurumetoden (KM) är en evidensbaserad metod som innebär att barnet bärs hud mot hud på förälderns bröst i upprätt ställning. Metoden har många fördelar för det för tidigt födda barnet och har visat sig vara effektiv för att skapa starka band föräldrar och barn emellan. Forskning visar att det är en säker vårdmetod även för extremt för tidigt födda barn.

Det existerar i dagsläget många färdigutvecklade mjukvaror för att underlätta olika organisationers processer.  Dessa mjukvaror täcker ofta stor del av den funktionalitet som organisationen behöver ? till ett förhållandevis lågt pris.Priset för att skräddarsy mjukvara, i motsats till färdigutvecklad mjukvara, efter sin egen organisation kan, speciellt när företaget är litet, vara väldigt högt i förhållande till lönsamheten. Då alla organisationer är olika, och således har olika funktionalitetskrav kan flera system behövas för att täcka dem. Överlappningen som sker mellan systemen ger plats för redundant data, som utan noggrann kontroll kan bli felaktig data.En lösning är att integrera mjukvaror med varandra för att skapa bryggor emellan och således ta bort risken för felaktig data. Detta är ursprungspunkten för denna undersökning.

The theories could not concretely describe how organizations should handle crisis in Social Media. Therefore, this study focuses on if and how organizations can use the traditional theories when working with crisis management in social media. Through a qualitative method the study has examined and tested the model on three crises, and subsequently improved the model based on the empirical material and  the analysis that was made. Conclusion: The conclusion found that organizations need to adjust their crisis management after following guidelines for it to work on social media:-    Strategies should be limited to only one, and be either a rebuilding strategy or a bolstering strategy.-    The focus should be on emotional communication, and regarding the rational aspects the focus should be on actual actions and plans for the future.-    Clear guidelines for what type of questions and critics that should be answered should be set.

This study aimed to investigate whether lambs show anticipatory behaviours in a holding pen prior to entering a known arena, whether the holding pen experience prior to the arena exposure affects their play expression in the arena and whether their behaviour (in home pen) is affected if arena access is denied. Twenty pair-housed male lambs (average 14 weeks old), were exposed, in chronological order, to five treatments. Holding pen treat-ment (HP-control): Each pair was led into a holding pen (2.7 m2) and remained there for 5 minutes before returning to their home pen (6 m2). Holding pen ? arena treatment (HP-A): Each pair was led into a holding pen for 5 min and then was allowed access into the arena (22 m2, containing two hanging chains, one ball and one platform) for 15 min before re-turning to their home pen.
