This study examined if individuals act in a less discriminating way and in a more fair way when they Receive instructions about justice and not being discriminating while recruiting. 96 randomly assigned students at the University of Lund participated in this study. The participants were informed that they would act as a recruiter. They would then choose and place three of the best personal record in order of preference. There were three different kinds of company policies/instructions.

The aim of this master thesis is to study the students usage and experiences of the reference services at the university library at Linköping University. The four questions that I seek answers to are: - What kind of help do the students most often ask for at the reference desk? - To what extent do the students use the reference services for their studies? - What are the students experiences of the help they Receive at the reference desk? - What are the students experiences of the treatment they Receive from the librarians at the reference desk? I have studied literature that describes reference work and evaluation of reference work. I have also studied Christian Grönroos theory of service quality. I have distributed questionnaires to students at Linköping University.

The aim of this study is to explore how the people with a mental functional disorder experience living support. This studies research questions are; What kind of help do the clients Receive from living support? Do they feel that they need more help or do they Receive more help then they fell that they need? What does the relationship look like between the clients and the supporter? To answer these questions a qualitative research approach was used. Four clients where interviewed. The results are presented using themes and quotations.

Title: ?You could talk about it? ? a study of the experiences of victims of crime who have been receiving help from The Swedish Association for Victim Support.We got in touch with ten victims of crime through a local chapter of The Swedish Association for Victim Support and examined their emotional experiences of the help that was given to them from this organization.Background: Crime has always been a part of society and anyone can be subjected to some form of crime. Whenever a crime is perpetrated, there is always a victim. AbstractThe intention of our study was to examine the meaning of home of elderly women and men and how they experience their getting older. We also wanted to see how elderly women and men experience to Receive home-help-service in their own home. The study was based on qualitative interviews with elderly women and men. The informants were five women and four men between the ages of 60-84 years. They all had everyday help from the home-help-service.

It may even happen that the applicants are sending a photo with the CV, which can lead to the possibility that the appearance of the applicant will affect the assessment. Previous research shows that individuals who are regarded as beautiful get a better assessment than those who are considered to be ugly or mediocre looking, but if this can be prevented through awareness, the problem can easily be counteracted. The purpose of this thesis is to, through an experimental study, investigate whether recruiters can avoid being affected by the applicant?s appearance in the assessment of their CV if they Receive information about the stereotypical thinking that is tied to a person's appearance.
