The Airsoft Community always search for realism and optimal performance.When the performance and/or the realism in your AEG1 aren?t enough you turn to modifications toimprove the weapon. But to manufacture such modifications isn?t that easy, hence you turn tocompanies that are specialized in creating such devices.The goal with this project is to create a prototype of a modification called ?Programmable MOSFET?and targets optimization of the electrical components within the AEG. This means that you digitalizethe control of your AEG thus entails new functions and more stability to the system that isn?t possiblewith its mechanical predecessor.A prototype has been manufactured and programmed with functions according to requirementspecificationsthen it was tested on an airsoft-gearbox with rewarding results.

The thesis examined whether there is a distinct boundary between art and advertising. The collected data showed how art and advertising are linked to each other and also differ from each other, in particular through the latter half of the 1900?s. What was happening in society came to have great impact on what happened in art and advertising. Driving simulators are a very important part of the research that is done at VTI. Enhancing the realism and creating a better driving experience in the simulators are very important and an ongoing work process for the engineers and researchers who work with the simulators. This thesis explores the conditions of painting artists in the former GDR. The conclusion after studying rather many artists excepted paintings is, that they had a very personal style within the figuration, considering the official prescription of Social realism. The main objective for the study is common motives and changes over time. It showed a development against greater freedom in expression. A closer analyse of one painter´s work (Susanne Kandt-Horn) and of the exhibitions in Rostock Art Museum during the 80´s illustrates the circumstances under which the artists lived..

Studien analyserar försvarsbeslutspropositioner mellan åren 1995 och 2009 och beskriver svensk militär alliansfrihet ur ett säkerhetsgemenskapsperspektiv. Textanalysen visar att propositionerna innehåller säkerhetsgemskapsteorins byggstenar: idealism, säkerhet genom samverkan, realism, konstruktivism, utvecklande av gemenskaper, och en breddad säkerhetsagenda. Denna studie syftar till att undersöka möjlighetsvillkoren för barns karnevaliska lekar och subjektskapande i förskolan. Studien är kvalitativ med avseende på insamlingmetod och utgår från det postshumanistiska perspektivet agentisk realism. Studiens empiri har samlats in med hjälp av videoobservationer och fältanteckningar. Studiens resultat visar att karnevaliska lekar är vanligt förekommande i de förskolor där studien utförts och fokus i studien ligger främst på hur miljön i förskolan möjliggör för eller förhindrar de karnevaliska lekarna. Studiens resultat pekar vidare mot att de karnevaliska lekarna kontinuerligt sker i samverkan mellan mänskliga och icke-mänskliga aktörer.

Våren 2007 hamnade Estland och Ryssland i den största internationella konflikten sinsemellan sedan sönderfallet av Sovjetunionen. Konflikten handlade om att Estland flyttade en sovjetisk bronsstaty från centrala Tal-linn till en krigskyrkogård, då man tyckte att den symboliserade förtryck. I Tallinn blev det ett kaos med oroligheter och plundring som följd. Relatio-nerna mellan Estland och Ryssland blev mycket ansträngda, då Ryssland an-såg att det var fel av Estland att flytta statyn. This study is a critical discourse analysis on the genre of career coaching. Focus lies on questions such as how doescareer coaching articles construct the working subject, and how is working life described in the genre. The categoryof social relations is central to the study. I ask questions about which social relations are of importance, and whichare not, in the career coaching version of working life and how can these relations be interpreted from a critical pointof view. The concepts of power-knowledge is central to the analysis of social relations and the term employabilityconstitute the main theoretical understanding of what distinguish the contemporary labour market.

In the ever increasing media clutter it is hard for marketers to make their products stand out. New ways of reaching consumers are constantly arising. This study seeks to further investigate the phenomenon known as product placement, delimited to movies/television. By conducting an experiment we tested whether different presumptions matters for what effect a product placement will have on attitude and if these could be affected. We also looked at if the level of product integration effect attitude and realism enhancement.

This study examines work relations on a real estate agency. My interest is to examine how real estate agents apprehend their work relations, and how a recession can affect these relations. Previous research shows that the occurrence of competition in groups decreases the motivation to cooperate. A different research illustrates that reward interdependence is important to performance, and that task interdependence drives observed cooperative behavior. The study contained six interviews with real estate agents working on commission.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse how work by Swedish artist Ylva Ogland (born in 1974) function as an eye-opener for the social marginalisation of people identified with homosexuality, prostitution and drug addiction. Although highly present in reality, these phenomena were historically, and are still today, hidden from view in public discourse. I have focused on the installations Rapture and Silence and Things Seen, and the still-life painting called Xenia. I argue that these artworks carefully represent the above-mentioned marginalised groups, by way of references to comparable motives in the history of art, from neoclassicism in France, to realism and romanticism..
