The aim of this study was to illuminate the experience of climacteric in women with different culture backgrounds. The method was a literature review. Results are made of nine scientific articles. Sex main themes come out. The results are showing that the experience of climacteric is varying from woman to woman and from culture to culture.

I maj 2011 infördes nya plan- och bygglagen som gör reglering av fastighetsindelningen möjlig i detaljplaner genom så kallade fastighetsindelningsbestämmelser. Enligt äldre lagstiftning bildades tomtindelningar och fastighetsplaner som i dag räknas som fastighetsindelningsbestämmelser. Eftersom majoriteten av dessa antingen är genomförda eller inaktuella i dag skapar det problem vid fastighetsbildning och måste därför upphävas. Syftet med rapporten är att beskriva och analysera hur äldre tomtindelningar och fastighetsplaner hanteras i samband med fastighetsbildningsärenden. Rapporten ska undersöka vilka olika handläggnings- och beslutsordningar som används för upphävande av äldre tomtindelningar och fastighetsplaner. Ett bisyfte är att ge förslag på hur handläggnings- och beslutsordningen kan förbättras med fokus på nya plan- och bygglagen. Metoderna som använts har varit litteraturstudie, fallstudier och enkätundersökning.

Distrilux International AB, a company within the Electrolux-group, works among other things with storing of products from other companies in the Electrolux-group. This rapport contains a cost analysis of the two Distrilux warehouses in Motala and Mariestad. The company offers five services in these warehouses, in-loading of products from a local factory and from external factories, storing, out-loading of products to Sweden (domestic) and for export. I den här uppsatsen ville jag ta reda på hur potentiella bostadssäljare i område Alfa skulle välja fastighetsmäklare och denna fråga besvarades genom en personlig enkätundersökning. Hyresbostadsfonder är en ny placeringsform i Sverige som erbjuder privatpersoner, företag och institutioner att äga hyresfastigheter och erhålla avkastning från förvaltningsöverskott och värdeökning. I denna studie jämförs aktie- och obligationsfonder med en simulerad hyresbostadsfond ur ett risk kontra avkastningsperspektiv. Fonden baseras på data över den svenska fastighetsmarknaden från Svenskt Fastighetsindex och Investment Property Database, därför att placeringsformen är ny och det råder brist på historisk data från verkliga aktörer.Målet med studien är att besvara om hyresbostadsfonder är ett konkurrenskraftigt alternativ till aktie- och obligationsfonder. Utöver finansiella jämförelser redogör författarna eventuella dolda risker och nackdelar med placeringsformen.Resultatet från studien visar att hyresbostadsfonden har presterat bättre än både aktie- och obligationsfonderna under perioden 1988-2008. Bidragande faktorer till denna utveckling har identifierats och redovisats.

With support from thismethod the intention is to gain control on how well the established usage time canbe expected to cohere with the real value and what affects the value.The study is done specifically for hearing protectors with battery powered built inelectronically functions.
