Bakgrund: Fetma blir vanligare och behovet av kunskap inom vården ökar för att på ett säkert sätt ta hand om dessa patientgrupper. Anestesisjuksköterskan ska kunna hantera, prioritera och ta snabba beslut vid akuta tillstånd och förebygga komplikationer som kan uppstå. Kunskap och beredskap inför akuta situationer är av stor vikt för att hantera den svåra luftvägen och kunna ge en god och säker omvårdnad genom anestesin.                                                                   Design: En litteraturstudie med kvantitativ ansats genomfördes.

In Örebro, the car traffic share does not tend to decrease. The crowdedness on some of the bus routes is high at times. Investigations show that the residents of Örebro want a city centre whose street environment is more restrictive of car traffic and better for pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. To decrease the car traffic share a rapid, convenient, clear, effective and environmental friendly public transport with high frequency and strong capacity in a short, direct and logical network is needed. A modern tramway fulfils these criteria.At first, this report describes factors that are important to take into consideration when planning a tramway.

I analyze articles published in Dagens Nyheter, Swedens biggest morningpaper and Aftonbladet, biggest eveningpaper. The method is based on a quantitative content analysis, and critical discourse analysis in which I use van Dijk's analytical approach. Issues :1. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a complex, often lifelong allergic disease affecting around 10 % of both dogs and humans. The hallmark symptom is severe pruritus, causing a lowered quality of life. Mast cells (MCs) are known to play an important part of the immunopathogenesis, promoting a faulty T helper cell type 2 (Th-2) response which follows by a production of specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies towards environmental allergens (Ag). To further investigate the role of MCs and its mediators in the progression of AD, a low-calcemic vitamin D3 analog (MC903) was used to induce AD-like symptoms locally on the ears of two different knock-out (KO) mouse strains. The first strain was Wsh-/- mice deficient in MCs.

SAMMANFATTNINGAmbulanssjuksköterskan har en komplex arbetssituation, hon ska självständigt bedöma och behandla akuta tillstånd hos patienten. Arbetet försvåras av flera faktorer, tiden med patienten är i regel kort, möjligheten till rådfrågning är liten, utrymmet och tillgången till hjälpmedel är begränsade. Trots det ställs höga krav på vården i ambulansen, många gånger samma krav som på vården på en akutmottagning. Ett av dessa krav är en god dokumentation, kraven på patientjournalen är desamma i ambulansen som i övriga vården. I journalen dokumenteras uppgifter om iakttagelser, omvårdnadsåtgärder, medicinska åtgärder och information rörande transporten.

Syftet med studien är att genom en forskningsanalys identifiera orsaker bakom och konsekvenser av den snabba befolkningstillväxten i Latinamerikanska storstäders socioekonomiska periferi. Arbetet utgör en geografisk studie och fokus i analysen ligger därför på rumsliga aspekter. Studien tar avstamp i en orsaksanalys för att förklara den kraftiga urbanisering som tog fart i Latinamerika under 1900-talets andra hälft. Sedan analyseras de socioekonomiska och rumsliga konsekvenserna av denna urbanisering. I studien identifieras fyra huvudsakliga orsaker och sex huvudsaliga konsekvenser.

A recommendation for stand treatment of lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta) is, in a scientific point of view, lacking when it comes to harvesting for biomass energy. Within the next decades it is expected that 280 000 hectares of lodgepole pine will have reached thinning age on the domains of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA). Due to this the interest has grown rapidly for studying the possibilities of harvesting biofuel assortments already in the first thinning. In this study the distribution of the biomass within lodgepole pine trees has been studied and taken into account for estimating the proportions of harvested assortments when using different methods of thinning. The methods studied were conventional biofuel-harvesting (with delimbed branches gathered separately from the round wood) and thinning with cutting of round wood and long tops (incl.

Linde Material Handling AB i Örebro kundanpassar truckar och har i sitt produktutbud truckar med inbyggd laddare. Detta för att ge kunden en flexibel lösning, som inte är beroende av en specifik laddstation eftersom truckarna då har en anslutningskabel som ansluts till ett vanligt vägguttag. Det finns även en säkerhetsbrytare som kontakten måste placeras i efter laddning, säkerhetsbrytaren är till för att förhindra att trucken körs iväg med kontakten kvar i väggen. Arla är en stor kund till Linde Material Handling, de har haft synpunkter på anslutningskabel och efterfrågat en kabelvinda för förvaring av kabeln. Målet med detta examensarbete är att leverera en fungerande prototyp på förvaringen av kabeln i trucken som uppfyller kundens behov.

Direktsådd i Sverige är en etableringsmetod som tillämpas i liten omfattning, där endast cirkatvå procent av Sveriges areal direktsås. Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka direktsåddunder svenska förhållanden. Det utfördes framförallt genom fältstudier, i ett nystartat försök ochi tre pågående försöksserier. Det nya försöket var direktsådd med Seed Hawk och Rapid, där debåda Väderstadsmaskinerna jämfördes med varandra och ett grunt höstbearbetat led i storparcellförsökpå Munsö i Mälaren. En av de pågående serierna var ett treårigt rikstäckande försökmed höstrapsetablering, R2-4143.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the customer?s attitudes toward the contracting for availability, i.e., which factors are from the customer?s perspective necessary for the fulfilment of a supplier-customer agreement? Furthermore, the objective is to describe and analyse a supplier-customer relation in the Defence Industrial sphere.The present study has been carried out as a case study using an abductive approach. The thesis is based on a practical problem, i.e. which factors will be important to the customer when a contractor in the Defence Industry wants to increase its commitment of service, and how will their relationship change? The thesis is above all focused on generating knowledge that can lead to rapid and concrete measures and that can be used in the analysis of an increased industrial commitment but also as a case study of a problem of a more general nature in the Defence Industry.
