Med Basel II och dess regelverk som grund undersöker vi i denna uppsats vilka egenskapersom kommit att spela en viktig roll i tillämpningen av schablonmetoden och IRK-metoden,som banker officiellt tillämpar vid beräkning av kapitaltäckningskravet. Nyinstitutionell teorihar legat som grund för att undersöka om behovet av legitimitet hos svenska banker kunnatförklara dessa val. Tidigare forskning har identifierat egenskaperna storlek, resurser ochklientportfölj hos banker, vilka utgjort studiens avgränsning. Vi fann att bankers behov avlegitimitet varierar mellan egenskaperna, resultatet kan till viss del förklara deras tillämpningav schablon- och IRK-metoden..

Skolan har fått i uppdrag att implementera hållbar utveckling i undervisningen. Enligt skolverket ska hållbar utveckling genomsyra all utbildning. För att undersöka hur lärande i hållbar utveckling har implementerats i undervisningen intervjuade jag sex lärare på en gymnasieskola. Lärarna som intervjuades arbetade som naturkunskapslärare, fysiklärare och samhällskunskaps-lärare. Studien visar att de intervjuade lärarnas syn på vad hållbar utveckling i undervisningen innebär varierar.

Detta examensarbete undersöker forensisk längdmätning i bild, t ex längduppskattning av människor i bilder rörande brottsmål. Problemen identifieras och några av dagens befintliga längdmätningsmetoder diskuteras.Den metod som bäst uppfyller de i arbetet ställda kraven, d v s snabb handläggning, minimal systeminformation, minimalt arbete på plats och exakthet, har valts ut, anpassats och utvärderats. Metoden bygger på att hitta s k gränspunkter och grundplanets gränslinje i bilden och utifrån en i världen känd referenslängd beräkna den sökta längden. Den bakomliggande teorin presenteras och metoden beskrivs i detalj. Funktioner, algoritmer och ett användargränssnitt har implementerats i beräkningsprogrammet MatLab.

What motivates service user?s choice of electroconvulsive therapy? Do the psychiatric staff and the service users think that the positive effects of ECT can outweigh the possible negative side effects?Method: Qualitative study. The study is based on interviews with psychiatric staffthat works with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and with services users who have received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).Results: The result showed that the psychiatric staff feels that preconceived ideas occur about the treatment of ECT, and that it is affecting their approach to work.Service users motivate their choice by how bad they felt under the depression, and that ECT was their only choice left, that´s why psychiatric staff suggested the treatment.The positive effects of ECT outweighed the possible negative side effects because life is something you value higher than any memory loss and when there is currently no treatment having a similar efficiency.Keywords: Electroconvulsive therapy, Attitudes, Side effects, Experience, Patients, Professionals.

Utvecklat en modell för att med hjälp av ABC-metoden fördela kostnader för en IT-avdelning och pröva modellens tillämpbarhet på ett fallföretag. Då fallföretaget har en betydande IT-avdelning där problem med kostnadsfördelning påträffas, var de lämpat för att testa modellen på. Uppsatsen resulterar i två slutsatser. Fallföretaget bör tidsredovisa för att lättare kunna kostnadsfördela. Dessutom presenteras en modell som kan tillämpas i företag som återfinns i liknande situationer..

Syftet med undersökningen var att utvärdera metoder för hur landskapsarkitekter kan kommunicera med små barn (3-6år) kring planering av deras fysiska utemiljö så att barnens perspektiv framkommer. Tre kommunikationsmetoder: ?Tecken och karta?; ?the Insight Method ? och ?Stafettberättelse?, testades och dokumenterades genom metoden observation och loggbok. Observationerna analyserades sedan under rubrikerna: barns perspektiv och tidsåtgång. I studien framkom att metoderna inte entydigt nådde barnens perspektiv och att metoderna skiljde sig åt vad gällde tidsperspektiv.

Mitt undersökande masterarbete handlar om Riktat drömarbete. En metod att via skådespelarens intuition och drömmar berika gestaltningsarbetet och förankra det i kroppen. Syftet är att stärka tilliten till den egna föreställningsförmågan och intuitionen. Mitt sätt att arbeta med metoden tar avstamp ur psykoanalytikern Robert Bosnaks och regissören Janet Sonenbergs arbete med skådespelare. Båda verksamma i USA.Jag har undersökt metoden bland annat genom att pröva den på fyra sceniska arbeten.
