The purpose of this thesis is to map out and investigate how the banking sector affects a customer?s willingness to change bank, and what the switching costs are for a customer when making these changes. A case study was performed through qualitative and quantitative questionnaires and interviews. The qualitative part was carried out to create hypotheses. The hypotheses was tested in a quantitative survey to be able to either accepted or rejected these them.

Barn till missbrukande föräldrar är en grupp som enligt Socialstyrelsen bör uppmärksammas mer än vad den gör idag. Syftet med vår studie är att belysa problematik kring tillämpning av Socialstyrelsens rekommendationer för behandling av barnfamiljer med missbruksproblem.Tillvägagångssättet för att nå vårt syfte med denna studie, är att med en innehållsanalys belysa Socialstyrelsens rekommendationer till kommuner i arbetet med barnfamiljer där missbruksproblematik förekommer. Vidare går vi igenom en rapport som behandlar ett urval av Malmö stad arbete med dessa familjer. En del av syftet är att göra en jämförelse mellan Socialstyrelsens rekommendationer och ett urval av Malmö stads praktiska arbete.Det som framkommer från Socialstyrelsen, är att de rekommenderar ett samverkande arbete mellan olika verksamheter och enheter inom socialtjänsten. Socialstyrelsen anser, att när föräldrar missbrukar bör barn och föräldrar få behandling tillsammans eller parallellt.

My purpose in this paper is to study teachers' work in reading and writing in primary school and special school. I want to find out if they use the same methods, strategies and materials to help students learn to read and write. I will find out the answer to my purpose by performing two qualitative observation and two qualitative interviews. Lundberg (2010) is the researcher I relate to during my study. Through observation, I see how teachers work with students in the classroom during a lesson in the Swedish language. During the interviews, I received answers to how teachers work with language, the materials, methods and strategies they use. I found out that teachers use specific strategies when they help their students. They use a work material that is tailored to curriculum in Swedish language and it is based on the phonics method. .

Introduction: Dental health globally is not equally distributed as shown by caries prevalence is higher in areas with more immigration outside Scandinavia and Western Europe and areas with lower socioeconomic status. To reduce the health inequalities in Borås, a dental health project was made in five kindergartens in the district Hässleholmen. Purpose: The purpose of the survey was, by interviews with the actors involved (teachers, children, parents and the public dental service) find out the views of the project, and whether the project is relevant and should continue. Method: The method used was qualitative interviews with the actors involved in dental health project. A total of 21 interviews were then consolidated by a qualitative content analysis.

The aim with this master thesis is to analyze a scientific material concerning the context between learning and child/student development, and factors which controls process of learning, to create an image with quality account and teaching in mathematics, which then can raise the mathematical knowledge among students.The phenomena which stand in focus for the investigation is: why there is a negative tendency for development of knowledge in mathematics, among the Swedish students that TIMSSs investigations showed in intercultural comparison within the years 1993, 1999, 2003 and 2007.The method is the ethnographical method, which is based on: analyzing scientific theories about learning child/student development, factors which controls process of learning, and factors which controls process of learning the most and qualitative empiric investigation with qualitatively analyzes the questionnaires, which is about factors which are controlling the process of learning and factors which are controlling the process of learning the most.Result of the theoretical and empiric analyzes shows that factors as school environment, attitude for subjects and teaching, controls and influence the learning. To end a unenthusiastic tendency as a negative development of mathematical knowledge among students that is shown in TIMSS investigation and to elevate the students' performance in mathematics, an elevated qualitative account and teaching in mathematics, by the factors named. Safe school environments as the intercultural meeting place, the teachers influence part to the students' subjects' attitude in mathematics and goal related grading criteria in teaching, is all required for e qualitative teaching in mathematics..

Omfattningen av de obligatoriska upplysningar som noterade bolag, enligt internationell reglering, måste lämna i notsystemet i sina årsredovisningar har ökat och fortsätter att öka väsentligt. Det saknas dock en definition på vad dessa typer av upplysningar egentligen innebär, regleringen anger endast exempel på vad som kan innefattas. Vidare saknas det mer kunskap om hur olika användare ser på och använder sig av de obligatoriska upplysningarna.Syftet med den här studien är att få en inblick i hur analytiker använder de obligatoriska upplysningarna och om de kan anses vara tillräckliga, saknar betydelse eller om det krävs ytterligare information för att de skall vara användbara.Studien har avgränsats till att endast omfatta en användargrupp, det vill säga analytiker. Vidare består urvalet endast av analytiker som följer stora svenska bolag i industribranschen, vilka inte bedriver finansieringsverksamhet i någon större omfattning.Då syftet för studien endast är att få en inblick i hur analytiker använder sig av och ser på de obligatoriska upplysningarna, efterstävas inget generaliserbart resultat. Således tillämpas ett kvalitativt angreppssätt och för att undersöka de valda frågeställningarna genomfördes intervjuer.Av de intervjuer som gjorts har det framkommit att analytiker främst använder de obligatoriska upplysningarna som ett komplement till andra informationskällor som finns tillgängliga mer löpande under året.

The main problem that is seen in schools is that teachers sometimes don not reflect on what kind of pupils they have in the class and therefore do not adapt their way of communicate, which can lead to confusion and misunderstandings from the pupils side.In this essay I have study a teacher?s way to communicate with her pupils depending of what kind of class she has. The main question is How the dialogue between teacher and pupils looks like, and after that there are two more questions that are answered.The method in this essay is of a qualitative form where the observation is the main method to gather the empiric parts. The analysis is also of a qualitative form.The theoretical frame is taken from different scholars but the main focus lies in the subject of communication and dialogue and how these subjects are depending on the relationships  between people. But there are also a theory from Bahktin were he points out how to succeed with a dialogue in a classroom.The conclusion in this essay is that communication and dialogue in the classrooms are important regardless what kind of pupils you as a teacher have.

Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att utveckla beredningsarbetet av infrastrukturbehov i Bodens Garnison. Examensarbetet bestod i att analysera befintliga rutiner och föreslå utvecklade rutin-och metodbeskrivningar för rangordning och urval av infrastrukturbehov. De föreslagna rutinerna prövades till del i samband med Försvarsmaktens centrala produktionsdialog under hösten 2014 och har därefter kompletterats. Vi har tidigare skrivit en rapport över CCTV-systemet som Karlshamns hamn använder sig av. Problemen som den rapporten hade sitt fokus på löstes men det återstod fortfarande flertalet problem som rapporten ej tog upp. Denna rapport är därför ett efterföljande från det föregående arbetet om hamnens kameraövervakning och belyser istället för ett enda stort problem ett flertal mindre. Karlshamns Hamn AB ville att vi skulle behålla vår frågeställning och arbeta vidare med denna i fler aspekter än föregående arbete. Frågeställningen som används i arbetet är: Vad behöver göras för att få bästa kvalité på hamnens kameror 24/7? Vilket alltså innebär att vår uppgift med rapporten är att arbeta för att CCTV-systemet som finns i Karlshamns hamn skall hålla så bra standard som möjligt, dagtid som nattetid.

This essay is a qualitative study on quasimarkets in the field of home-help service. The main purpose of the study was to describe and analyze the function of costumers choice from elderly persons point of view. The quasimarket in home-help service of Solna stad has served as an example. The questions raised in the study concerned the elderly costumers opinion of the information about the different producers, what had influence on their choice, their attitude towards the freedom of choice, and their ability to act as consumers on a quasimarket.The method used was qualitative semi structured interviews. A majority of the elderly consumers appreciated the possibility to choose producer of home-help service.

The purpose of our research is to explore the investigation process of the cases of unaccompanied children by the social authorities. We present both national and international legal documents which are of importance to subject we have chosen. We also aim to study how these are put into practice by social authorities. This can help us to identify the problems and shortcomings in social authorities` practices in dealing with unaccompanied children?s cases.
